The view was great. The staff is great and location is good.

Our room floor tile was busted and taped together, the indoor pool had to much chemical, the outdoor pool is in bad location. There is very lil sun and very windy. And no breakfast causing tourist to go spend alot of money to eat at other places.

The toilet became stopped up in the middle of the night . There was mold and water dripping from the balcony onto my balcony

The staff is the only thing I like. The place is really dated. It is false advertisement. It shows completely different pictures of different rooms and none of them look like that. Everything seem to be falling apart. There were things that were dangerous and the price wasn't worth it

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Great balcony view of the ocean. Easy access to ocean. Nice bathroom and shower. Maintenance request were responded to swiftly.

There was a smell in the hall by our room for the first 2-3 days that resembled marijuana. Ice machine not available, so we were told to get ice from one on the 4th floor. It never worked either. Parking was expensive. It should be included since the hotel owns it. Plus it was a long way to walk. Arches were too low on upper floors for large pickups, so we were told parking on first two was reserved for trucks. The signs were up but not enforced. There are far more cars parked there than trucks. I scrapped my electronics antenna against the archway in order to find a place to park.

The property was absolutely disgusting. There was nothing I liked about it besides the fact that there was a balcony view.

There was roaches running around everywhere, there was no maintenance in the building. The rooms were very moist it was almost as if they were sweating. My first night I couldn’t stay in the room I paid for because it was so nasty, they put me in a downgrade room. The staff are nasty and never at the front desk when you need them. The phones don’t work. This place honestly needs to be shut down. William at the front desk said he spoke to the manager to get us a FULL REFUND! And they have yet to send that. They didn’t have towels and when I tried to get towels there was nobody at the front desk. The manager is disrespectful and unprofessional. I hated my stay and this was supposed to be for my birthday if I could rate them 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE! Even the pool is filthy !

Check in staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was dirty (hair on bathroom floor), no toilet paper in bathroom, no daily room service as advertised, slow check in procedure.
