Perfect location! Love the walking distance to multiple restaurants. We landed at Rick’s 3 nights on our stay. Fun times and great atmosphere!

The condo was very accommodating. Great location, awesome balcony, beautiful beach and sand, beautiful water. Close to anything could need for a great trip. Will definitely be back to the area. Communication was always prompt!!!

We enjoyed our stay here, this was our first time staying GULFSIDE we had stayed bayside in the past. We enjoyed the easy access to the the beach. The only downside we had was a lot of renovations occurring in the unit below us. (especially early in the morning) … but other than that our trip was great. Would like to stay again sometime

We had a wonderful time. There was so much to do between being on the beach, swimming in the pools or walking down to the pier, boardwalk and checking out the aquarium. It was so nice to be so close to everything and still have the privacy of a private beach. The views were breathtaking, the sand at the beach was so white and soft. The pool areas were nice and even had a lazy river. Shelley was amazing to work with and always quick to respond… we will definitely be back!

We came to Ft. Walton to watch our granddaughter play softball. But off the field we were treated to an all star condo so close to the beach the only thing missing on the balcony was the sand. Soothe yourself with the sound of the surf, people-watch, and relax in the sun. The unit itself was well-equipped, clean and spacious. We ate in often and everything you need to prepare a full meal was at our disposal. Choose this G502 unit and you are sure to hit a home run with your family and friends who might join you.

Everything was very nice! Clean condo! Awesome view. I wish that they had a couple more beach toys or chairs. Room does come with two beach service chairs but when you have 6 people and a kid it would be nice to have a little. But not a complaint at all just a suggestion.

Loved the condo, very clean. We love okaloosa island. This was our second stay at the destin west resort. Highly recommend!

We love to stay in 502 because it has everything we need for cooking meals on site, it has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony, beach chairs and umbrella included, close to all the pools and of course so close to the ocean. We highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty of the beach and have a wonderful time with family or friends. In our case it was both!

The condo was amazing and sparkling clean. We loved the location. We had zero problems other than me not turning the on switch on for the coffee pot. The management and owner were both very quick to help me figure it out, I was so embarrassed! I do wish that there was at least 1 empty cabinet to put our groceries away, we did have to stare at most if groceries on the counter all week. Not a huge problem, but it did drive my ocd crazy a bit. I would return to this condo in a heart beat! Please let me know when bookings for next July will begin. Thank you for providing such a clean and beautiful home for our family trip. We will treasure these memories for a lifetime.

We enjoyed this gulfside condo for our family beach trip. It is nicely decorated, spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 kids, and clean. We loved waking up to the beautiful ocean view each day. The only downside was that the elevator located right across the hall was not operating. We had quite a walk to get from our unit to the beach and pool since we had to use a different elevator. My dad is handicapped and this was challenging for him. Other than that, we had a very nice time. My daughters enjoyed the pools and we liked being able to go over to the Island next door for lunch.

My family and I had a fabulous trip to the Destin area. It was our first trip. The stay at Destin West was the highlight of the trip. The condo is well decorated and is well equipped with utensils and all that you would need for an extended stay. My girls (4 and 1) had a blast in the balcony watching fireworks on the pier, shouting out to the people on the beach, singing songs in the morning and so on. The condo itself is fairly well located with easy access to Destin and surrounding areas. We used Publix via instacart for all the grocery needs. Shelly Tumlin was thorough and responsive to all our needs. I was in contact with her regarding different things and she was a perfect hostess. The beach was crowded given the busy beach season and post COVID rush of travel. We also utilized the lazy River and pools that were part of the Destin west resort. Needless to say, my girls had so much fun. The oldest one kept asking me if she could bring the beach house with her to her home in TN. Overall, remarkable experience and highly recommended. I have already written too much!
