Perfect dog-friendly ski in/out that has everything you could ask for! The hot tub was fantastic after hitting the slopes and the house was well-equipped in the kitchen. Everyone loved the boot warmers and having a spot to store all the skis/boots.

Terrific ski-on/ski-off location on Jay Peak. Immaculate. Plenty of place for a big extended family. Would definitely rent this place again.

We had an amazing time at this property. The house was clean and spacious. We all had access to our own private bathrooms. The view was incredible, q The host was very communicative in making sure we had everything we needed. We had access to steam room, pools, hot tubs, water park, arcade, restaurants, hiking, tram ride up mountain and more. I would highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, within walking distance to the Stateside Base Lodge and a quick drive to the waterpark. The place is very clean, large, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities, and the deck was nice for hanging out in the evening with a glass of wine. The only bummer was that the hot tub is out of order, we were told it won't be replaced until fall. We were disappointed to find this out only after booking, but the owner did give us the option to cancel right away. I feel like this amenity should be removed from the listing until it's fixed so as not to confuse the guests when booking. Overall though, the condo is great, the owner was very nice & responsive, and the place is super nice. I would stay here again.

Our family stayed at Ted's four-bedroom condo for four nights at the end of January 2022. Our stay was great in every way. The condo was very clean, the living area and bedrooms very comfortable, and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. Although we didn't take advantage of all that Jay Peak had to offer,(waterpark, etc.) the skiing was terrific and we especially loved the easy access to Grammy Jay and Racoon Run where our granddaughter was able to learn to ski. After our long days of skiing, it was wonderful to return to the warm and comfortable condo and especially the fabulous steam room!

Our stay was amazing! The hot tub was clean and hot, the rooms were clean. We would love to bring our 3 children back next time! Thanks for a great 40th birthday weekend away!

This home was perfect for our mixed group of people. Everyone had space with the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. We had most meals at the home and it was a very well stocked kitchen and living area. We will most defiantly rent again.

Housed 7 adults comfortably. Well stocked kitchen. Great response when we needed paper products. Enjoyed goiing on walks and riding the tram to the top of Jay. Would definitely rent again

Ted's property was beautiful! Very spacious with ample room for 2 couples, 2 singles and 4 dogs! We were never on top of each other. There was a hot tub on the back deck and the trails to the mountain slopes were literally right out the back door. We had everything that we needed and it was a perfect place for a sibling + mom family reunion. (we grew up on BurlingtonVT and one sibling used to live a few towns over in Richford) My 85-year-old mother climbed to the top of Jay Peak and down again! We will definitely com back.

We had an awesome stay at this fantastic spot. The condo is spacious, well kept and in a great location. The layout with the four beds and baths and multiple common spaces allows everyone to have their own space. The steam shower, hot tub, fireplace and ski room are awesome bonus features that made us wish it was winter! The location right on the Grammy Jay trail is surely awesome as ski in/out but it was also great for hiking as it allowed direct access to the full trail network right from the unit. Ted was great to work with in making sure our stay was top notch and we definitely want to stay here again!

What an amazing property! The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly situated for our week at Jay Peak. Everyone in our group raved about the accommodations. It was truly ski in/ski out, with the Grammy Jay trail running just behind the house. Skiers were able to come back to the house for bathroom breaks, lunch, or to grab or shed a layer. It was so easy and convenient. And everyone loved having the hot tub and steam room after a long day on the slopes. There were a few minor issues and Ted, the owner, was very responsive, apologetic, and lovely to work with. Whatever he couldn't address from afar was taken care of by the property manager, who was also very helpful. I can't recommend the home enough. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property on the slope with great snow and terrain. Home had everything we could want.Too bad Covid restricted some family members from joining us.

Teds place was perfect for our large group of 12. The kids had plenty of space with their own downstairs living room and bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for the week. We would definitely stay here again!

Also host Ted, is very responsive and accomdating, knowing the weird circumstance of this year and restrictons. Very gracious and thankful for the place. Easy slope access. Well maintained , cleaned and stocked. Responsible owner. Reliable WiFi. Private hot tub. Huge ski storage room. Ample parking. I cannot think of one suggested improvement. Perfect for large groups and families.

The unit had a great location, was very clean and was well equipped in the kitchen with everything you need. We had a great time using the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be back!
