We had a great week in Jaco, and the condo was probably one of the best condos available in Jaco. The place was really clean, roomy, great views of the ocean and daily sunset, and had everythinbg you could possibly need. We are definitely going to stay there again!

This property is fantastic! We enjoyed our stay. The view is priceless, the condo was clean and even better than the pics. We received great recommendations from the owners/vacation managers for transportation and activities. One of the bedroom fans was squeaky, they sent mainttenance out immediately and it was fixed. We can't say enough good things about our stay here.

We loved our stay - the condo is beautiful. The views are priceless! The beds were very comfortable and to be able to control the temperature in each room was great. We all enjoyed the pool - so relaxing. Location of condo complex was easy walking to everywhere (plenty of great places to eat!) Look forward to staying there again!

The condo was beautiful, immaculate, and clean. Love, love all the updates. Just wish there had been some kitchen rags for wiping things down and cleaning. Also, would recommend a few more comfy chairs in the living area, and more hooks or some of the retractable clothes lines in the showers for hang wet swim suites etc. I gave the check -in process a 1 star rating, because the email received with check-in instructions were old and had to address for the old property management co., so it took us a hour to find the new office. The agents were super fast in responding to questions/needs. They set up excursions and massages for us at the condo. We did the all day Tortuga Island, which I highly recommend. The staff were very accommodating, and would bring our drinks to us while relaxing the in ocean with friends. We also did the Adventure Park combo with ziplines, ATVs, and horse back riding with lunch. The food on both excursions were really good and plentiful. The massage therapists that came to the condo were ahhhhmazing!!! We had our massages on the patio the evening before we left. It was the best way to end our fantasist vacay!! Cant wait to come back and do it again. Pura Vida!!!

What a beautiful penthouse apartment. ONLY wish I had was that the location on the building blocks the sunset. But you can walk down to the beach and enjoy it anyway. Management company is like a private concierge. They were so helpful.

Great week. The place was clean and the pool was Beautiful. Everything within walking distance. Beach was awesome to surf and watch the waves roll in. Would love to come back

The Condo looked exactly like the photos. Tina was a jewel, she set up our transportation to and from the airport, the driver let us stop at Walmart to pick up items we would need once we got to the Condo, then the driver stoped at a restaurant for us to eat, then the driver took us to the Condo, that gave us a good feeling of starting our trip. Tina also gave us the information for a reasonable priced Chef (Chef Randall Rubi Junio), he and his team were entertaining as well as good at what they do, they arrived at 5:00p.m. to prepare our 4 course meals with fresh fruit smoothie drinks and had dinner on the table by 7:00, that is the time we chose. Tina also set up our excursions based on what we were capable of doing (group age 60+), she even scheduled massages for some of the group to come to the Condo (she sent photo ID of who to expect). The town of Jack is walking distance from the Condo, you will find souvenirs, Restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, fruit and vegetable stands and pharmacy’s, etc. If we ever go back to Costa Rica again, we will definitely stay in the same place! We loved it!!!

The property was beautiful. It was well suited for a party of eight. The kitchen was well appointed. Traveling with a group I would highly recommend this property.

This Condo unit has all the comforts of home with the most spectacular views of both the sunrise over the mountains and stunning ocean sunsets. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom. We sure had a wonderful vacation in Jaco and this beautiful home made it all the more special.

Our week in Jaco was one of our favorite vacations to date! Phil and Evelyn’s Vrbo was exactly how it is advertised and our whole family enjoyed every moment of it! We felt safe, had all we needed and we could walk everywhere! Thank you so much for making our Christmas weeks vacation fabulous!

The pictures don’t really do justice to this beautiful well appointed condo. It was SPACIOUS with wrap around balcony. The panoramic view of the ocean and the sound of the waves were magical. Everyone in our family loved it.

We had a lovely time. Owner and property manager we’re fantastic. Property manager was able to what’s app a tour for us as well as communicate about the property. Security is great: guards at all times and a new entrance. Condo is spacious with lots of items provide in the kitchen and for the pool.

This is a nice place, the views are great, and the management was super responsive to requests.

Condo was super clean and well kept. Very well stocked with all soaps, detergents, trash bags, dishes, linens, etc. Beautiful pool. Jaco was very close with plenty of great restaurants and grocery stores within a couple of minutes of walking distance. Delluz office was very helpful with questions and booking tours. Highly recommend staying here!

This property is gorgeous. It looks just like the pictures shown. The property manager, Tina, was very quick to respond. She was very friendly and helpful. The booklet the owners send you is so informational and helpful. That was fabulous to have. The location couldn't be better, everything is within walking distance. The views are breathtaking. Every couple had their own spacious bedroom and bathroom. Security is top notch, you have front and back security. The house is completely stocked for kitchen needs. We had an issue with a shower not working and maintenance was there in 10 minutes to fix it. This house added to the top 5 favorites of my time in costa rica.

We aren’t millionaires but we felt like ones for a week! I treated my friends with the accommodations and have many times in the past. They were blown away! (I out did myself) The condo is just amazing! The property is wonderful! Jaco is a great town with plenty to do and tons of restaurants to choose from. A great time was had by all. T

This condo is unbelievable! Sprawling layout, very clean, views to die for, incredible location right in the heart of the Jaco strip, gorgeous pool, friendly security staff… We thoroughly enjoyed our week and did not want to leave. 😩

This property was absolutely perfect! It is the best location in Jaco! We had ample space for 7 adults. The tiki bar next door was ideal for drinks on the beach and they had great snack foods! The pool was kept very clean. It's not heated and the weather we had was most cloudy and rainy so it wasn't conducive. We did enjoy one full day there in the sunshine. The security was very pleasant and helpful. You could walk straight out on the beach was was perfect. The ocean was very warm and we played in it most days, even in the rain! Great crashing, rolling waves all the time! Some of our group took to surfing and had a blast. At the end of the street was ATV Backcountry Tours which was fantastic! We enjoyed many restaurants. Breakfast was our favorite meal to eat out and by far the best was Mundaka! We also enjoyed La Artesenal and the Green Room. Dinners that were above and beyond were Graffiti Restro, Puddlefish, Inferno, Amara and Tacos Locos (best ever Tacos and Margaritas)!! We all decided we will definitely be back and even thru out the idea of owning a place. We met many people who came to visit and never left! It's the place to be for sun, surfing, eating and Pura Vida!

This condo was incredible! Ocean views everywhere! Pool was great, kitchen was full with everything you would ever need! Super clean! Loved the little extras...boogie boards, board games, bose speakers and of course...the pool table. The airconditioning was superb. The location is perfect for exploring. My adult children were able to go out at night and walk one block to the strip where there are bars, nightclubs, etc. Multi cultural restaurants, supermarkets...everything you need. People are sooo nice. We went ATVing in the rain forst, zplining, to tortuga island and also to Manuel Antonio. Wonderful trip. The security is crazy good! We had a chef and the first time he came he had to wait until the company called to clear him. We told them we hired him but the security was protecting us to make sure they were legit. We never, ever felt unsafe! This place is awesome!! Dont hesitate! Book it! You wont regret it!!

Wow! Such a luxurious condo overlooking Jaco Beach. The condo had everything we needed and had an incredible selection of beach items including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mat, coolers and more. We used the barbeque on the one of 4 balconies all which had outstanding views of either the ocean, mountains or the vibrant Jaco strip. The security staff at the gate and the pool were exceptionally helpful and kind, we appreciated them and all there help. We played lots of billiards on the beautiful pool table in the condo, watched bioluminescent waves from the balcony (9th floor) and enjoyed the pool everyday between excursions. The property was well maintained both in the condo and in the rest of the building and grounds. Jaco itself is a bustling place and we were right off the busy night life strip that proved to provide some good eating options and lots of shopping. The area felt safe and the condo was quiet at night. The main strip in Jaco also felt safe even in light that at night there is more of a ‘party’ vibe. Loved our stay, we were spoiled and Costa Rica and this property were amazing!

This was my second time visiting Jaco, but My wife and her family have been coming for the past 15 years. We always try to go through Phil. The condo is absolutely amazing with stunning views of the ocean. It’s also conveniently placed so you can just walk down town. We loved our stay and love the condo. It is definitely worth every penny.

From the beginning the communication was clear and quick. The first thing you see when you enter is the magnificent view on the ocean, Wow. And then you go through the apartment and everything is like what you saw on the pics. The front terrace is so great from morning to evening. The pool is just fantastic it is clean and never crowdy. From the beach we had access to a few nice restaurants. I recommend Koko Gastro bar that you can reach from the beach walking south. Even if Jaco is « sans interet » it is a good starting point for different excursions. We went to Monteverde, Manuel Antonio and Poas area and enjoyed each places. We strongly recommend this condo for the easy and secured access, the cleanliness, the proximity to the beach, the pool, the extra large terrace and the superb view. The condominio was quite nice and the kitchen had everything you might need. The condominio building itself could use some tlc but The condominio was clearly cared for and well maintained. Great view. Centally located.

My friends and I stayed at Phil and Evelyn's condo on the beach in Jaco. The unit is very well appointed and exactly as depicted in the photos. The bedrooms are nicely furnished as is the entire unit.and had absolutely everything needed from the beach necessities to the pool table. Wonderful time! We will definately return.

Our adult family stayed here for a special birthday! It was wonderful! Perfectly located, loved the views and extra touches! Will be back!!

My wife/I have stayed on property multiple times, but wanted to try one of the best views on property. It definitely did not disappoint. The property was above the description and very clean. The communication with the owner was very smooth and they worked with us on a few adjustments on our party. Would love to return in the future.

The property was beautiful! Issues with ac units that weren’t promptly addressed! Delluz property management was rude and unhelpful. After flying all day arrived at condo to no welcome letter with code to get in. Security had no idea we were showing up. Very unorgaanized! Communication with property owner was poor!

We had a great 8 night stay in Jaco! The condo was excellent, providing a clean & comfortable stay for our family with everything we needed and outstanding views of Jaco beach. The location provided a central point for trips to Manuel Antonio, Monteverde, Tortuga Island along with white water rafting and ATV rentals. It was also within very close walking distance to groceries and a large selection of really good restaurants. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again. Great value!
