The perfect getaway from the “norm”! The amenities provided met our every need. The cottage was decorated so nice and the outdoor space was amazing! Thanks for all the thoughtfulness, it was great.

What an awesome property in a perfect location. We visited St Augustine and this home was our base. I loved our choice of close breakfast restaurants and late night hangouts. The beach was a block away, too! Thanks for hosting us in your bungalow!

From the moment we drove up to the house and went inside we were amazed! This by far has been the best beach house we have ever stayed at. It has all the amenities you would ever need on a beach and more. We loved riding the bikes along the beach and around the neighborhood. Everything was within walking distance or biking distance. The beach was beautiful and it was great having chairs, a cooler, wagon, and umbrellas to use. We loved the backyard and coziness of the entire place. We wish we could have stayed longer but for sure will definitely be back!

This is one of the nicest rentals we have been to. It had everything we needed and more. From the moment we got there it was obvious that a lot of thought and love went into making this rental the perfect home away from home. We will definitely be back.

We had the MOST amazing time here! The set up was amazing, the location was amazing, and we’ve never slept better on vacation! We had our wedding in St Augustine and there couldn’t have been a better place to relax! We can’t wait to come back!

The property was very welcoming from the moment you arrive. In the front there was room to park 2 vehicles though we only needed to park one. Also there's a nice sitting area right in front on the home. The hosts were prompt to reasons to any questions we had. The rental had everything you could want for a weekend at the beach from pool floats to boogie boards, bikes, and chairs even a little wagon to put it in. Loads of beach towels and plenty of privacy. Unfortunately beach access appeared to require crossing a1a which meant we loaded up and went to Amelia island instead. House rules were clearly posted and we enjoyed using the firepit and lounging in the back yard. My only suggesting would be maybe some flyers for local attractions or directions to beach access. All in all it was a very lively and clean rental. I hope to return in a few months for a cozy weekend with my hubby. As a florida local it's a great and amazing staycation destination. Close enough to everything to enjoy the tourist part and far enough away to have quite peaceful evenings.

Everything was perfect. Walked in and had snacks ready for us. Clean and comfy! Beautiful outdoor space to read and relax. 3 min walk to beach. PERFECT. We will be back

The property was very nice. The property was a little small but great for our family of 4. Wish we could have stayed a little bit longer to enjoy it more.

We picked this house during our previous trip in 2023 due to it's location and amenities, and boy did we nail it! Great location, super comfortable beds, and very peaceful and relaxing spaces, inside and out. Lovely place hosted by lovely people. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for family of 4. Close to beach and restaurants. Everything you need is here. Just bring your bathing suit. Garage stocked with bikes, beach chairs, beach gear, games. House has every need. Amazing firepit in backyard. We had a perfect stay. Tricia was easy to communicate with too. Great host.

Family and I had a great time, perfect spot with short walk to both the beach and main strip to restaurants. House was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed to do some cooking and grilling. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed with my husband and children ages two and four. We loved the beach and all the beach supplies that was provided at the house! All the beds were very comfortable. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to historic area which we spent a day seeing all the historic sites. 3 nights was not enough, wish we would have stayed longer. The only negative was that the ledges in the shower were very dusty. I also like to see recommendations for restaurants and things to do that I didn’t see in the house book, also the flood lights in the back shine in the bedroom windows at night. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed a week long stay at the Sea Salt Sanctuary. We felt very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed and then some. The kitchen was well stocked and the linens were a nice quality. We know others will be blessed when staying in this home because of the thought and care the hosts put into preparing it for guests. Nice, quiet area, close to the beach.

Sea Salt Sanctuary was a cozy, comfortable home away from home with easy access to the beach and good dining options near by. Everything you need for a good time were provided with bikes, beach chairs, floaties, etc. And the real highlight was the beautiful backyard with a covered patio, comfortable chairs and a fire pit.

Within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. Quiet. Comfy. Plenty of beach toys, kayaks.

Cute and nice place! Beds were very comfy and living space was comfortable. Loved the location. There were baseboards, vents and windows that were a bit dirty. On that note, we would definitely come again.

Older but beautifully maintained and provisioned property. The amenities are well thought out and everything is first class from the bed linens to the bath towels. Every little thing you need or will make the stay more pleasant is there. Congratulations!!!

What a wonderful girls weekend! This house is adorable. We got up each morning and walked the 1/2 block to the ocean had watched the sunrise. Then back to the house for coffee on the patio. Went into St. Augustine for the day then back to our little house for drinks by the fire! The beds are very comfy. This house had everything you need to make your stay complete. Bikes, floats, a wagon to take it all to the beach. All the little touches, a basket of snacks, coffee, laundry soap and toiletries which made our stay so much easier. There is a Publix right down the street and restaurants within walking distance. We had such a great stay we will definitely be back again!

Trish and Scott were wonderful hosts and their property checks all the boxes. It was thoughtfully decorated with fun things to look at in every nook and cranny. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds and baths were awesome and the outdoor space was absolutely beautiful not to mention a garage full of everything you can thing of to enjoy a beach vacation. 5 stars is not enough to rate our experience. We will definitely be back!

Great spot right across from the beach!

We had the most wonderful week at Sea Salt Sanctuary! We were able to reconnect with family I hadn’t seen in 20 years. Tears were shed and so much love was created! Thank you for providing such a lovely space that felt luxurious and was a relaxing home base for all. We are excited to come back again and again.

Wonderful accommodations, great location, all details of what guests need were thought through. Would definitely stay there again. Well done!

Such a nice house, so near to the beach!

Sea Salt Sanctuary had everything we needed and is truly a home away from home! Super cute decor, close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

My wife, teenage son and I spent three nights at Sea Salt Sanctuary. It was an amazing stay! The property is well-maintained and had anything you could possibly want for your stay, from beach chairs and towels to kitchen appliances and utensils. Great location! Very short walk to the ocean. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and most anything else you could want within a 5 to 10 minute drive. We really didn’t need the car other than for the one evening we drove into Saint Augustine. There was really no need to contact the property manager, but when we did just to let her know when we would be artiving, she responded promptly. First class experience! I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be going back.
