Stayed here with some friends for my bachelorette trip. The house is beautiful and so fun! We loved the colors and decorations in the house, the great outside space and pool, and the amount of space in the house in general. The host was very kind and responded to all messages very quickly. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable too. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!

The property is exactly as described and was the perfect size for two adults and four teenagers. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The neighborhood is perfect for walking/running and it is conveniently located to downtown Austin/UT. The host was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. There are instructions/directions for everything you can think of and more. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our family really enjoyed the Cha Cha Cha house. It has a great layout for multiple families. Note that the pool, art and decor is fun but can be a little bit challenging for inquisitive toddlers.
The kitchen is really well stocked and beds are comfy. Great location!

Super fun stay at this house. We loved the pool! Close for UT graduation/downtown. Super comfortable beds and plenty of room to hang out outside.

The property was very unique and a lot of fun. We enjoyed all the amenities of the property from the pool to hot tub to lawn games. It was a short 10-15 minute drive into Austin for sights and then a nice getaway to relax in the afternoon at the pool.

We had a great stay. So much attention to detail and providing comfort experience. Loved the Decor. The Hot Tub and Pool were terrific after exploring Austin. Lots of helpful guidance for figuring out the house and the Austin Area. Everyone in our party of five commented on how comfortable the beds were. Never had a better rental experience. Loved It. This was the perfect house for our annual guys trip. There is plenty of room to spread out both within the house and the back yard (the Jacuzzi is a must). Barbara and Will are consummate hosts. Every detail is covered and their friendliness and hospitality shine through the entire process. The house is very-well equipped with everything needed for cooking, playing and relaxing. Great location within an easy drive to grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Very walkable neighborhood as well. Don't miss out on the opportunity!

My wife and I were down visiting my son yhat lives in California but was down working at SXSW.
This property was perfect for us being close to downtown but yet in a nice quiet neighborhood.
The property owners we great and very attentive we had no issues but Barbara did text us to see if we were enjoying the stay.
Backyard is very peaceful and we caught up on some reading..
We will visit again next year during the SXSW event

Loved the house! The decor was fabulous! Comfortable beds and roomy. The house is older and might could use a few updates but overall it was great! Backyard area was nice but the pool is showing it’s age. I wouldn’t recommend this one for disabled persons, lots of steps ups and downs and uneven pavers in yard. My biggest complaint was the ac control. We couldn’t turn it below 72, which was fine during the day but we like to sleep cold at night. Quiet neighborhood. There was also a lot of timers on lights and stuff that made noises. Renters should note there’s a noise detector for the outside area after 10 pm. Very well stocked kitchen including coffee, sugar, spices, foil, Saran Wrap, appliances, toiletries in bathrooms, sunscreen and beach towels.

Barbara's home was so fun for our group of 4 adults. We loved the colorful house, and had a great time escaping the oppressive summer heat in the pool. Communication was easy, Barbara was very responsive, and the house had everything we needed -- and more!

the pictures don’t do this place justice! the property was located in a quaint neighborhood. the host provided generous amounts of necessities to make our stay seamless. she was very responsive in all my questions and allowed us to check in early which helped us with timing. 3 full bathrooms with plenty of towels was great for a girls trip of 8! we had only one hair dryer so keep in mind if you book but we made it work just fine! great place!

Perfect Austin vacation home, we loved everything about it. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and filled with everything needed for long weekend or monthly stay. Barbara was perfect host and checked to be sure we had everything we needed over the weekend. The beautiful pool was super clean with plenty of lounge chairs, floats, and cool landscaping. It was so relaxing and had something for everyone. Also great location to downtown Austin, restaurants and Lake Austin.

We LOVED our stay! The home was everything we hoped for and more. The backyard was amazing, as we beat the heat with the beautiful pool. Barbara checked in throughout our stay and was just a call away if needed. Next time we are in Austin, we will be staying here!

The house had the perfect amount sleeping quarters and restrooms. The backyard was the highlight of the property for my stay. The pool was very clean and refreshing in the summer heat. Plenty of shaded areas to sit out and relax. The location could not be better. Everything you would need is only a 5-10 minute drive.
I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs throughout the country, and this home ranks in the very top. There was plenty of room for our (2) teenagers and ourselves. The home was so charming and unique, you can’t help but feel happy when you walk inside. The pool was a wonderful way to cool off from the 100+ heat. Barbara was so easy to work with and so friendly. If I am ever lucky enough to come back to Austin I will definitely stay here!

We are not experienced vacation home renters but cant imagine much more this house could have offered. Fun decorations, comfortable furniture, clean, fun yard with pool and hot tub, and very clear directions thru the house. Bathrooms feel new and are very nice as well.
Barbara was super attentive to all my questions and provided great restaurant and attraction ideas.
If even in need again in Austin we will be on the look out for the Cha Cha Cha.

Not only a super fun place to stay due to the decor, the house was amazing and the neighbor was great as well! We loved feeling safe to walk each morning and walk to some restaurants. It was an easy Uber ride to many other places in Austin. If we come back, we will be staying here again!

This was the perfect property for our stay. We were in town for a weekend football game and the property was well located and provided a relaxing home base for the before and after. Barbara is the a very responsive and accommodating hostess. Her house is beautiful and is great location. We loved going for morning walks in the neighborhood on the many trails and soaking up the sun in the pool + hot tub. 10/10 would recommend to any friend or family member.

Awesome house!
This house was everything we’d hoped it would be. The inside was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the decor was a really fun addition to an already adorable house. The owner was easy to communicate with and made check in and checkout a breeze. The outdoor space was amazing and the pool was just what we wanted for our chill weekend. The neighborhood was really nice and HEB was just down the street! We’d definitely love to come back.

Wonderful Retreat in ATX
The Cha Cha Cha house is by far the nicest and artistic property I have ever stayed at. Barbra was kind and promptly responded to communicate with me during our stay. The location is safe and in a desired area of Austin. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Tons of trees and outdoor activities right in the neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were amazing and super clean. Lots of swimming was happening during our summer visit. The beds were by far the most comfortable in any place I have stayed. Will definitely book again for our next visit. Such an adorable house! Thank you so much, Barbra!
