This well-appointed home with all the conveniences is well located and extremely comfortable. We just finished our second stay and had a time to remember for a family of seven.

Our family had a wonderful stay and particularly enjoyed the golf cart which was worth the extra cost. Perfectly suited for our large family. The home had everything you could need. We loved being minutes to the beach and marsh and a short walk away from many stores and restaurants. We’d love to stay again!

My wife, 2 girls, doodle and I really enjoyed our time at the East Beach cottage during our spring break. The house has a comfortable open layout with plenty of space to gather both indoors and out. The bedrooms are all generously sized with two en-suite baths. The outdoor space is perfect for kids. The pool was clean and the backyard felt private and secluded. Beach access is convenient (especially with the golf cart) and the house is tucked away off the more heavily trafficked main roads. A great overall experience, we'll be back!

The house was just as pictured on the website. Very cozy (we were there for a cold December week) and comfortable. Well stocked for cooking and entertaining. Close to the beach and not too far from town. Overall very nice accommodation.

Very comfortable. Was inside quite a bit due to Ian, but the house layout allows for both family togetherness as well as individual privacy. Would definitely rent again.

This house was perfect for our 1st Family Vacation. Having rented the golf cart was the best choice to go to and from the beach access. The pool area was beautiful. Bedroom were spacious. Had a few things that I reported to Rick. Which he handled it very professionally. We would stay here again.

This house was great! The location was great, the living space was perfect for our family. The pool was fantastic. We loved the island! My only issue is the listing states that there is a golf cart available. The owner waited until a few days before checking in to tell us that there was an additional fee to use the golf cart. We hesitated to pay the fee, but we’re glad we did. Because after we got there we realized it is necessary. The beach is farther than we expected. It should be indicated in the listing that it’s not included in the rental price.

Great house! Very clean, nice golf cart, great location, pool was nice, putting green in the backyard let’s kids entertained for hours, great decorations, bikes. Would definitely stay here again! Rick was very easy to work with and always responsive when messaged.

We can't say enough wonderful things about this home and the owner Rick. This home is in a great location. It is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We had five adults and the layout of the home was perfect. Nicely decorated and maintained. I would rent this home again.

We really enjoyed this property. It was nicely decorated and very well stocked. The living area was actually more spacious than the pics appeared. The kitchen was well stocked and having the butlers pantry (extra storage, ice maker, wine fridge and smaller fridge) was so nice. Laundry room also nice and a good drop place when you came back from the beach. The screened in porch was great and a wonderful spot to visit. The pool was the perfect size and was in the sun the majority of the day. The backyard was wonderful, spacious and private. There was outdoor seating, a putting green, grill and outdoor shower. The backyard and front courtyard are fenced, which was great since we had our dog. The primary room with the king was roomy and bed was very comfy but had the smaller bathroom (not a big deal). The other primary had a comfy queen and a larger bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms had comfy queens and were roomy. We had 4 adults, 5 teens & a dog and we were very comfortable in the house. Plenty of parking. The house has bikes, beach chairs and even beach towels. We rented the golf cart as well. It was a huge convenience to get to the beach , but it does needs some maintenance on the front wheels (it worked, we just drove carefully). Overall, this was a very well stocked, wonderful house in a quiet area of East Beach, we would definitely rent it again in the future.

We had an incredibly wonderful Thanksgiving gathering here (with extended family members renting houses nearby). East Beach on St. Simon's Island is one of our favorite places on earth, and Rick was an amazing host: super-responsive and attentive to his guests' enjoyment. We took advantage of the heated pool, all the outdoor seating, and the bikes--including one with a kid seat and kid helmet for our toddler granddaughter staying down the street with her parents. This is a marvlous place to stay!!

This home on East beach was outstanding for our family, ranging in age 2 1/2 to 83. Easy Access to beach with the Golf Cart ( worth the rental cost). Plenty of space for the 10 of us. Pool is a great addition. Would highly recommend this property

Golf cart rented but was broken prior to arrival. Owner knew before we arrived but I had to call, received call day later and was promised 3 times cart would be fixed. Never fixed. Outside TV broken and never fixed. Front door lock did not work, dishwasher not secured to cabinet and falls out towards floor, somewhat dangerous. Handle on wine cooler fell off when trying to open and towel rack falling off bathroom wall. In addition 2 new homes being built across the street, construction starts at 7:30 am…not ideal. Other than those issues all was good. Stayed in many VRBO properties and others and this was the most disapppinting experience.

We really enjoyed this spacious home in East Beach. It is a pet friendly, one story home with 4 bedrooms/3 baths and a pool -- a real gem in East Beach! Lots of space to relax and have fun! Highly recommend this one!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It truly felt like it had all the comforts of home. The outdoor pool area was extremely relaxing. The open floor plan made it easy to gather and spend time with our family. We would definitely come back and stay again!

We had a great stay at this home with our children and grandchildren. It was just as described with plenty of room for our family of 10. The porch and the large pool were a big hit with all, especially the grandchildren. It’s an easy walk to the beach, has quiet streets to ride bikes, and there is plenty of parking at the house. We would definitely rent this home again.
