My husband and I cam down and stayed the week of Spring Break. Property was very clean, spacious and views can’t be beat!!!! The most well-stocked VRBO we have ever been too ( which was a nice bonus). Beach wasn’t too crowded, rock do is well-insulated ( did t really hear neighbors), and near lots of restaurants and St John’s Pass. Would definitely go back!

We liked Chambre because it was right on the beach and an easy walk to John’s pass for live music, food and other shopping. We got around on the Gulf Blvd trolly to go places on the blvd that were just beyond a comfortable walking distance and Ubered to restaurants more inland. The weather was amazing for it being the last full week in January. We took walks on the beach and laid by the pool 3 straight days. We loved it that the pool was heated but there is a short window for getting sun there because its nestled between bldgs 4-5 stories high. I think we saved $ and the hassle of renting a car, especially since there is only paid parking at John’s pass and it was walkable. That being said, Yner was very affordable for local trips yo restaurants or shopping, but I think Uber charges too much for the ride from and to the airport. Next time I’ll find an independent driving company for those trips. One of our favorite restaurants (Lisa’s cafe) was one of our favorites for brunch and our favorite place for pub food and live outdoor music was the Bamboo Bar. Lastly, we were fortunate and were here during the seafood festival at John’s Pass when there were multiple bands and food trucks. I’m sure other festivals would offer a similar atmosphere there.

Great location, well stocked, lovely view

My sister and I have stayed in the Clearwater/St. Pete area every summer for the past 6 summers. This by far was the nicest condo we have stayed in. Fully stocked, has WONDERFUL views, a quiet beach and pool, and a very responsive owner. We got a response from her within a few minutes and she even gave us directions to the closest grocery store. The washer and dryer were a plus as well as extra towels and beach chairs/umbrella. We have already looked into booking it for the same time next year. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet, restful, and laid-back vacation!

Nice location, short walk to beach, overall nice place to stay

The condo was very clean, anything you would need was provided for the renter. the view was outstanding, sunrise and sunset. walking distance to restaurants and johns pass. the owner with any questions, look forward to working with the owner again

Everything was wonderland and as described, we are very pleased. Very quick responses to or questions. The only thing was the bed, couch and love seat are very soft, not to our liking.

We stayed for 2 weeks and the condo was directly on the gulf, beautiful sunsets and the condo was very well stocked, Great location and we really enjoyed our stay…

My husband and I have traveled all over the United States and foreign countries. Frances’s condo is superb to any place else we have ever stayed for detail to cleanliness, and having everything imaginable to work with that you could think of was above and beyond. Her communication was excellent with us, and she responded immediately to some minor issues that we had. We have never experienced a condo that clean and that well furnished. I would definitely recommend this condo to rent. Thank you Frances for a fabulous getaway.

We have stayed in many different units all over St Petersburg/Treasure Island/Madeira Beach area. I loved everything that was provided. We have gotten to condos and there wasn’t even toilet paper, so we had to immediately go to the store. This condo had it all! Also, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and even a box fan was provided. When flying down you can’t travel with all that stuff. We’ve had to go buy fans (for sleeping) then leave them. The only thing I would recommend is maybe getting some better pillows. Definitely worth the money and the location is perfect! We also like that there isn’t a bunch of units so it was quiter than some places we’ve stayed.

The condo is a home away from home. It has all you need. You can walk to John's Pass and find plenty to do and not have to pay for parking. We went to Salt Rock Grill for my birthday and it was exceptional. I can't say enough about this rental.

This condo is in a perfect location. It's an extremely easy walk to the boardwalk and right on the beach with a great beach view. Updated appliances, clean, cozy, and big beach vibes. The pool and hot tub were great to hop in when you didn't feel like making a day of it on the beach. The owner was extremely nice to work with. We had an awesome time!

We visit Madeira Beach every year and really enjoy the area. This unit is clean, well supplied and we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. This was our second time to rent this unit and we hope to make it a third soon.

Excellent location - right on the beach ! Incredible balcony! Also well stocked with kitchen items. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were a great addition.

This was a return trip by my wife and I. The condo is great for our purposes as a couple and appears to be recently equipped with new appliances. Communication with the owner Fran was always easy and responsive. Direct beach view and access is ideal and sunsets are some of the best anywhere. Definitely our go-to place at Madeira Beach.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the view from the condo. The location to Johns Pass was excellent. The condo had plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and cart to haul it all to the beach. The bed in the single bedroom was surprisingly comfortable. Communication with Fran was extremely easy. However, the living room furniture (to include the sleeper sofa) desperately need replaced. They looked stained and very uncomfortable. I had to purchase dish cloths and dish towels because there wasn’t any. I also had to purchase wash cloths and bath towels for the bathroom. The kitchen could use some wooden spoons. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and the condo.

This property was well stocked and had everything you needed for a great stay. The views from the balcony were awesome! It was quiet and within easy walking distance from St. John’s Pass.

Above par- thought a full week would be to long, but it was perfect’ - exactly like the explanation but so many more extras ! Great place to cook and bake. Fran was always available and very quiet building

First of all the view of the beach and ocean were great. The kitchen appliances were top notch as well as the washer and dryer. The condo was equipped with beach chairs and several other things for the beach. The bed was comfortable which is a must for any stay. Over all it was a pleasant time.

Oceanfront, beautiful, clean property. Fran was very helpful and the condo is lovely. The beach was clean and the condo is very close to John's Pass and other attractions. Pool was warm (the hot tub was out of service), and everyone was very friendly.

Great views and location. We liked that it was not a large complex and an uncrowded beach. Owner provides beach chairs, towels and umbrella all of which were in good condition. The property is quiet, clean and conveniently located (walking distance) to restaurants and shopping. For the size of the complex (25 units), a large and very nice pool with plenty of seating.

My husband and I checked in on Saturday, it was very smoothe, only question was where to park, and Fran the owner responded within a minute. Unit is just beautiful, as soon as we walked in, we were in awe, beautiful view of the Gulf on the large balcony with a high top table, chair, as well as 2 lower chairs with another table. Condo was spotless, and had everything we could need for the beach, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, 2 coolers, noodles for the pool or gulf. Kitchen was great as well, a drip coffee pot as well as a Kuerig, even a few coffee pods. The building is mostly residential, and everyone we met was so nice, and they all loved this beautiful building. The pool was heated, and bonus, a hot tub, spent our days at the beach in the morning, and pool in afternoon ! Plenty of shopping nearby, and a ton of great Restaurants, Maderia Beach has it all !!! WILL DEFINETLY BE BACK

What a beautiful condo! We couldn’t have been happier with the unit and the location. The description for this condo was spot on. We frequent Sanibel Island but after having such a wonderful stay here, we have found another place we would be thrilled to travel to. Did I mention the dolphins and sunsets?!

This condo at the Chambre' met all of our vacation needs. The pictures of the condo unit are accurate. Everything is exactly as described with many extras. The kitchen has everything you need. The property grounds are well maintained. The owners communication was quick and reliable. The location is perfect for walking to Johns Pass. Very family friendly location.
