TV didn’t work, doors were hard to open

great neighborhood, everything within reach both the coast and the city. great connections next to the apartment

It's a funcional decent spot with a modern big TV, good wifi, Nespresso, good electric oven, close to the beach, hot shower.

Overall the place is ok, but I highly recommend the manager to improve the following: dirty old sheets, old mattress, kitchen unequipped, towels old and a bit creepy, electricity disconnecting, bathroom door not closing, no trash bags, no cleaning sponge, feels insecure: balcony doors are very easy to break in, cold in cold days (weak heat pump). Also, the doors to access the building and the flat are hard to open.

bathroom doesn’t close properly, the kitchen is not well equipped

It was close to the beach, lots of restaurants and bars, and a couple markets.

The bathroom door does not close and the power would shut off if you used more than one appliance at a time (ie: stove and AC). The host was quick to respond when the power went out, but I think we should have been informed of how to deal with it ahead of time.

Good location. Apartment equipped appropriately (washing machine, microwave, stove, TV...). Quick response of the host. Opportunity to experience the daily hustle and bustle of people outside the strict center of Valencia.

Worn out bed mattresses. Poorly closing front door to the building. Missing external blinds in the living room and other room. Noisy happenings on the street at night; not suitable for people who want peace.

Convenient location for city and beach.

No one met us at property. On arrival wet sheets on bed and mattress and mattress protector very stained( cleaner provided dry sheets later that day, new protector given several days later), unable to close bathroom door ( never rectified),door falling off wardrobe, ripped bedroom curtain, freezer full of dirty ice ( new fridge/freezer supplied three days later),no kettle although advertised( given one four days later after asking three times), no glasses and only one teaspoon. During heavy rain leak in lounge and kitchen ceiling( leak in kitchen was above microwave oven and water entered cupboards containing plates etc. This had clearly happened before as hole in ceiling and when reported to agent response was “it’s raining in Valencia” . Agent did not come to flat to check the leak . We had to put bucket under. Only contact with the agent was by phone, had no visit.
