We would definitely stay in this condo again. It overlooks the ocean and the beautiful pool. The garage is close to the entrance to the building and has everything you need to enjoy the beach. It is within a 5 minute walk to Flagler and all the great restaurants and shops. The owners were helpful with anything we needed. Perfect!

Condo is beautiful, clean and right on the beach! Just walk out the back door to the pool and the ocean. Walk down the street a short walk and you are downtown and at the public beach. Great place to get away from everyday life for a while! We loved it here!

We really enjoyed our week! The condo was as describe, perfect size for a family of four, spotless and great view. We found everything we needed, great attention to details.

The condo was fabulous. It was exactly as advertized and more. The kitchen had every appliance, spice, utensil, dishes and cocktail glasses etc that we wanted. There were plenty of towels, supplies and beach items. It was a fabulous place. There was nothing left out and it made it feel like home.

We couldn't have had a better time! The condo was absolutely perfect! Everything you need is there. Jenn and Todd were super great to work with and responded right away with any questions. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more! The furnishings are beautiful and the views amazing!!

If I could give this rental and owner six stars, I would! Wonderful communication and a beautiful location made for a great week! The condo was extremely clean and the furnishings were extra cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. I would highly recommend this beachfront vacation spot!

Amazing is the only way to describe our stay at Jen and Todd's beautiful condo. The views are spectacular and we enjoyed so many gorgeous sunrises and walks on the beach. The condo has everything you could possibly need! We loved the bikes and beach equipment including the chairs and umbrella. Jen's communication was excellent and the place was super clean and updated. We would love to stay here again. Thanks Jen and Todd.

Very nice condo. We enjoyed it. Great property. The only slight inconvenience was laundry outside of the room. But not a real big deal. Our condo owner Jen, was exceptional. Would contact us immediately if we had questions. She was so helpful. Thank you for a great time.

This property was beautiful! Extremely clean and sitting on the balcony was wonderful watching the waves and seeing dolphins! Jen was very friendly and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back, it was the perfect peaceful vacation we needed!

The condo is beautiful and so is the view! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The unit is immaculate and the amenities and are all high quality. The beach is one of the nicest we’ve been to and there are great restaurants and shops just a walk away on Flagler Ave. Unfortunately our stay was interrupted by an unwelcome guest by the name of “Ian” so we weren’t able to enjoy all the wonderful things there are to experience in this area. However, during the whole ordeal Jen kept in contact with us to ensure we were ok and her son, brother-in-law and a friend checked in with us as well. We were sincerely appreciative of Jen’s thoughtfulness and caring and look forward to returning next year! Definitely not the vacation we had planned for, but definitely one not to be forgotten!

The condo was exceptionally clean. The decorating was perfect. Couldn't ask for a nicer condo and location. And the ability to have a garage for our car was special. (most places don't offer a garage.) All necessities were provided. If someone is a late arrival everything required is available, including morning coffee. Then come morning a grocery store is near by.(or a restaurant)
In our opinion there isn't a nicer place to enjoy the beach.

Amazing vacation at NSB!!!
Everything was fantastic!!! Beautiful condo that was well equipped and the most beautiful views. Three teenagers had a blast at the beach, pool and Flagler Avenue. Plenty to do in walking distance. Condo had assigned parking spot in garage that was perfect and super convenient. Will definitely be going back.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL & WONDERFUL STAY
I do a beach trip every year with my cousin in Ohio. Jen’s condo was beautiful inside. The cleanest place we have stayed at so far. Jen was so nice and very helpful all the way from beginning to the end. She had everything that u need in the condo from beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Even had some nice fans in each closet that came handy . We had such a wonderful cousin trip and look forward to staying again next year for sure . Thank you so much for letting us stay in your special place.

Great location and perfect ocean view.
The condo was beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed. It is located close to numerous restaurants and shopping. The view is spectacular and even over a holiday week, the pool was not crowded. Communication and check in was seamless. I would highly recommend the unit. Perfect for adults and families with kids of all ages.

Womens Week
We had a women’s week at New Smyrna beach. The condo was fabulous!! Very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the view of the ocean from the deck and the walking distance to eating and shopping. Jen was helpful and very nice. We saw dolphins, a fisherman catch a shark and a stingray on our beach walks. We would definitely stay in this condo and recommend it to everyone.

Awesome stay
We had an awesome stay at the Golden Arms. The condo felt like a home away from home. Very family and kid friendly (pack and play, booster seat, beach chairs, games, etc). Owner made sure to check in with us upon arrival. Will definitely stay again!!!!

BLISS!
We kept looking at the picture and dreaming of being there, knowing that sometimes pictures can lie…Well it couldn’t have been more perfect! Every detail imaginable was attended to. Gorgeous condo, roomy and definitely exceeded our expectations. My husband told a friend that the only thing that wasn’t done was having a drink brought to him as we walked through the door, lol. The beautiful bar built in the condo took care of that. Definitely want to return. Excellent hosts!

I have traveled extensively and owned a few vacation homes and I can truly state that Jen has provided not only superior communication but has made good on every promise and experience with her home. It was outstanding in its cleanliness .as well as comfort in furniture and supplies. It did not even take a minute for us to gorge on the incredible view . A perfect stay! Jen is very accommodating and communication was the best I have ever had with a rental. Everything was exactly as represented and better.
The unit, the view, the grounds, the proximity to everything, the Neighbors! All 5's. You can tell Jen and her family actually use it because this place is stocked with all you need and things you don't even realize you want until you want it.

Family vacation
The condo was super clean and nice. It was perfect for myself, husband, and 2 daughters that are 6 and 8. The view is amazing! Beach access was so easy. I love that the owner jen has beach chairs for you among other beach necessity. Our mini van was to big for the garage, so we used the parking spots at the complex and always easily found a spot. Love that the owner called us on our first night there to check on us and said to call if we needed anything. Truly a treasure.

Family Vacation
Jen, my family and I absolutely loved our stay here! By far the most well kept place that we have ever stayed at while on vacation. From the moment we stepped in, it felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have ever needed and we didn't even need to bring anything for the bathrooms. The communication between the owner and us was incredible and any question we had was answered promptly. This will be our go-to place when we stay in New Smyrna Beach. Great family vacation
I stayed with my husband and 2 young children. This condo was spotless when we checked in and beautiful. It was by far the most well equipped we have stayed in at the Golden Arms. Jen communicated everything we needed to know and responded immediately when we had questions. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

Ridiculously awesome
This property delivers! From the accuracy of the listing, the stocking of the condo (I even came across a crock pot!), the cleanliness of the condo (sparkling), the owner's communication (SO nice and responsive), the view (bam, ocean!), the location (5 minute walk to Flagler Ave) - EVERYTHING is on point! Same thing about the condo complex overall - we saw them cleaning the pool every morning, chairs arranged nicely, umbrellas on tables work, etc. If the overall complex allowed pups (and this unit was ok, of course), this would be our go-to spot. If we continue to travel to NSB without our pup, we will DEFINITELY rebook here. Thanks Jen for everything!

We were so happy with your beautiful condo, awesome views, cleanliness, everything in kitchen, friendliness of owner. Unfortunately I ended our time there earlier as I had bilateral pneumonia and ended up in the hospital. Relax and Rejuvenate
As perfect respite for a hardworking person. The only regret is that I did not stay longer. The condo was well appointed, the view breathtaking and the town charming. We especially loved all of the wildlife and flowers we encountered. Walked to 5 star restaurants, day spa, beach, shopping and more. The owners thought of everything. Highly recommended for all ages!
