Good location and pretty new

Triple room is a bit noisy because of reception right in Front of it. My gf was woken up by it one morning quite early.

I loved the hosts in the hotel. The location was super cool. Next to the sea! Loved it!

The room was a bit small and the wiev was into the buildings and other windows

the woman from the reception is very nice, the rooms are cleaned every day and they do it really well. All in all we enjoyed it very much and would love to come back again.

Tjlhe position of the hotel is perfect in terms of the beach, intercitu bus station, city amenities, cafes and bars,… the staff is extremely nice and helpful and the hotel is spotless.

The glass door for the bathroom as there were three of us staying in the room.

Staff , location, cleanliness

I came alone with my two small kids and we loved our stay. The hotel is in a perfect location on the main promenade and a minute from the beach. There are kids playgrounds close by. The breakfast was in a restaurant nearby and it was really tasty and a wide menu to choose from. The staff was really nice and helpful. Everything was perfect and we did not want to leave!

The Hai Hotel Staff is very nice and helpful.

We got a room ( old market view) whose window is into the street. The street is no car street but however, you can hear people chatting and walking because next to the HAI hotel is a very popular bar/pub which is working even on Sundays so you basically can't sleep until 3 a.m. All the reviews on booking are so nice about this place but nobody saying about this noise.

The bar next door was noisy and could bother other guests but it didn't bother us as we stayed up late anyway.

We stayed there only one night. The hotel has a conveniet non-contact system of checking-in. We was pleased for earplugs because the loud restaurant locates next to the hotel. We missed that point in a hotel description. But it wasn't a big problem for us.

Location was perfect. Nadia at the desk was great. Bonus: got the top floor, with the patio.

Loud music from a bar down the street late in the evening. I had no trouble falling asleep, however.

Everything was perfect. Room was nice, well equipped and clean. The room was cleaned every day. The receptionist was very kind and hospitable. She gave us all information we need and helped us a lot. The breakfast was in the restaurant nearby and it was tasty and nice. Every morning you can have fresh orange juice or coffy with a lot of choices for breakfast. The location is excellent, almost in the city center and close to the beach at the same time. I would recommend this play to everyone.
