George is very helpful and kind host. Detailed information about how to get to the apartment and plenty of useful info we received about Larnaka and Cyprus was astonishing. We found it very useful to start our stay there. The key locker was easy to handle. The apartment is equipped with EVERYTHING you need for your stay including washing machine. Air condition is in all 3 rooms and works well. Beds are very comfortable. The apartment is located 5-7 minutes of walking distance from Finikoudes beach. The beach is clean and big with sunbeds and umbrellas at extra charge. However there is no problem to go with your own stuff. You can wash your feet when leaving the beach free of charge, the shower is 0,5 EUR. There are many bars and restaurants along it. You can take a bus to Mackenzie beach (less than 10 minutes driving) which is next to the airport. Great place for the spotters :-)

Bathroom requires renovation, especially tiles under the shower. Toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet bowl – hard to use. The sofa in the living room requires washing – very dirty. The internet was not working the first day but it was solved the other day.

Host is frendly and helpful, provided check in/out instruction and helpful information. There were apples, everything for tosts, coffee, tea and water upon arrival. Rooms are clean and with air conditioning in every room. Kitchen equipped with all necessary staff. There are hairdryer with diffuser attachment (it was a life saver for curly hair).

Internet was very weak. Sometimes I just fell off for a few hours. YouTube was hard to watch. We bought a cydavota sim card for internet purposes

The amenities and the beach is very close, the apartment is basically in the city centre. The kitchen is quite equipped and the owner left some food in the fridge as a welcome gift. He sent us very detailed informations about the city, the apartment, and everything.

The apartment wasn't completely tidy when we have arrived, but it was ok. It's a bit noisy in the evening.

Perfect location for seeing the area. Parking reasonable. Communication with property owner excellent, but not intrusive. Owner had thought of all the little things we might need as well as providing all the basics.

The apartment is in a very good location, near the beach and restaurants, quiet, the air-condition works very well, the beds are comfortable. The apartment has everything you need to cook your meals, shower works ok, clean towels provided and there are even extra towels for the beach. We had a nice and comfortable staying in your apartment and we will be happy to return!
