James home was very clean and stocked up. I highly recommend it.

We needed a place to stay while visiting family for Christmas. This house was perfect! Beautiful kitchen and master bathroom and nice furnishings throughout . They even decorated for Christmas which made us feel at home. Great location too. I would highly recommend this home for your next visit to Boise!

Can’t say enough about how perfect this home was for us - four visiting adults and 2 local adults. First of all, it was immaculate. And then - Lots of room for us to congregate, eat, watch TV, do puzzles and play games. All the furniture including beds were very comfortable. Master bathroom was wonderful- heated floors, heated bidet commode, huge shower. We all commented many times that the kitchen was the most complete of any house we have ever rented - had everything we needed for 5 days of 6 adults preparing and eating holiday meals. We were so impressed with the refrigerator that we googled it to see details to purchase one for ourselves. The deck and yard looked great - too bad it was winter weather or we would have taken advantage. Communication with James was easy and helpful. In the end, whole family agreed that we would stay here again and recommend it with no hesitation. In fact we’d buy the place if we could!

The house was clean, well stocked, spacious. Very nice outdoor area. One suggestion-king bed in the master. We will def be back!

James’ place was so wonderful, clean, spacious and perfect for us. Very well cared for, well equipped, and fun touches throughout - plenty of cookware, kitchen essentials(cooking spray, spices, Keurig pods), board games, PlayStation, cornhole/bags set, and shower essentials in each bathroom. I can’t say enough about this place, it was just perfect. A beautiful, serene back deck and yard with mature well-kept landscaping.

This home is just perfect from the beautiful front and back yards to a fully equipped kitchen. The deck had comfortable furniture, including a table and umbrella, with nice lighting so we could play games at night The kiddie park is directly behind the house and a delightful public pool is a short walk as well. Was a perfect location for visiting family and friends. Location was near several neighborhoods i grew up in so plenty of nostalgia. House is nicely furnished, very comfortable, clean, inviting and a great back yard to host a bbq. James was super friendly, communicative, and a fantastic host. Highly recommend.

Everything about this property was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The house was absolutely the best in every detail, the furnishing, the kitchen and cooking supplies, the outside space for enjoying the great outdoors, the fenced back yard, the birds and squirrels who entertained us, the children who we heard enjoying the playground behind the house. I can not think of anything that could have made out stay any better. We were there to see our granddaughter graduate from medical school and we will not have a reason to again visit. But it was truly one of the most enjoyable stays we have ever had, and we have traveled a lot in both the US and Europe. I would suggest you try this Vrbo when you are in Boise.

We have stayed here several times through our 4 years of visits to Boise while our son attended BSU. It's close to everything, the house is wonderful. Clean and comfortable. We had a great long weekend visiting our daughter who is going to have a baby soon. The house was perfect for us.

We have stayed at many short term rental properties but this was by far the best experience yet! The home is so well equipped (fully stocked kitchen, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash, board games etc). The backyard is amazing! Comfortable seating, with flowers, squirrels and birds chirping while you drink your morning coffee! And a BBQ and corn hole for afternoon fun! Also, it is located very close to campus and downtown. The home is immaculate and the owner was great to work with!

Wonderful vacation home! We had excellent communication from our host! The kitchen was well stocked and even had a welcome basket with snacks and treats! Lovely backyard and fantastic location. We will definitely stay there next time!!!!

It truly was an oasis! We couldn't have asked for. Host was attentive to our needs. Kitchen and grill were perfectly stocked. Backyard was a true oasis with the firepit and beautiful landscaping. Loved watching the birds! Hope to stay here on our next trip!

The property is centrally located to BSU as well as downtown. Very nice condition - a city park is just behind the backyard and there is a door opening that allows easy access.

James's house is first rate from top to bottom. The kitchen is fantastic, with everything I needed to make appetizers for my son's wedding and host a few dinners as well. We pretty much lived on the back deck when we weren't in the kitchen or out. A beautiful back yard, patio furniture and even a fire table. There's good, and then there's exceptional - this home is certainly the latter. Absolutely immaculate, it was a wonderful place to stay with an inviting array of amenities and beautiful .landscaping. James is a fantastic host and does everything to provide a welcoming experience for his guests.

Our son and fiancé live in Boise. He grew up in WA, she grew up in MT so this was a destination wedding for many attending. This home was the favorite of all VRBOs rented for the weekend! The adjoining park was a perfect gathering place for all. This home is lovely and we didn’t want to leave! The owner goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home.

We came from all over the northwest to find my wedding dress, and James’ home was the perfect place for us to stay. We absolutely loved the beautiful backyard and the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very easy to use. We would definitely stay again.

We reserved this property for a family wedding which was to take place in May, 2020. Covid changed all that. This past weekend was the third scheduled wedding date and it had to be postponed because of covid as well. We decided to stay at the vrbo anyway and are so glad we did! This is a lovely, comfortable home close to the original venue. It’s the nicest vacation home we’ve stayed in! James, the owner, is an outstanding host! We’ve reserved it again for wedding date #4 in August.
