Sybil's place was an ideal quiet location for us to explore the area. An easy walk to the beach , boats and coffee shops. A comfortable and very well equipped place with lots of space. We appreciated the opportunity to do some laundry mid trip

Rob’s place was fantastic. Both upstairs and downstairs were nice and spacious, great beds, well equipped, and everything was very clean. Rob was very helpful too. Would happily stay again!

Perfect for a weekend away with friends. Space for everyone and communication excellent. Rob popped over to say hi and check everything was ok so he is right on hand. Communication was excellent and location perfect for us to walk to everything including lost spring. Highly recommend.

The property was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Great location for a fishing trip and plenty of off road room for our 6.5M boat. Excellent value and facilities. Thanks Rob

Family weekend away
We had a lovely time exploring the Coromandel and Sybil's place was exactly what we needed. Great location for walking to nearby cafes/restaurants and I loved the art work on the walls.
Wifi was not very good - I kept getting disconnected. This wasn't a problem for us and Rob was generally very responsive and helpful, so if I'd mentioned it then he may well have fixed it.

Fabulous
Superb property. Loved the retro vibe. As a bigger family we used the house and flat. Both exceptionally clean and tidy, with all the amenities you could ask for. Big outdoor space - front and back, with an enclosed courtyard front of the flat. Great location, less than a minute to the beach and a couple more to meander into town or down to the jetty.
Rob was so easy to deal with and a great guy to boot. Terrific surprise was the welcome gift thinking not only of the kids (sweets and big bar of whitakers) but also the 'weary' adults (lovely chilled bottle of wine).
Thanks will definitely be staying again.

Change of scene
We decided on a different destination for Easter weekend and were not disappointed. Sybil’s Place was awesome. We could walk everywhere - town, beach, cafes, bars and just general exploring. There was plenty of room for us all and we loved the downstairs living area so we could all spread out. Thank you Sybil’s Place 👌
