This house was beautiful and in the perfect location! We were a group of 14 and we all fit comfortably in the living room/kitchen area. Missy was so sweet and responsive. 10/10 and would absolutely stay at this house again!!!

We had a quick 2 night visit and the place did not disappoint! The kitchen and dining room area is open and gorgeous. We loved the cozy and private balcony area. The rooms were a nice size with lots of beds to choose from! The beach chairs were in great shape. The owner was very friendly and quick with responses. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hosts were very communicative once we arrived, and very accommodating for our needs. The house itself is stellar and clean, plenty of space (we were a party of 8), within a relaxed community. There’s an absolutely wonderful cafe just on the other side of the street (Jon and Patty’s) with two stories and great coffee. I didn’t want to leave! And when they say the house is fully stocked, they definitely mean it. Can’t wait to come back someday!

Great rental property

Wonderful time together with family, allowing us to share the beach for the first time with our Midwest family.We were a party of 7 adults, 2 toddlers and two infants. Was a lovely property and suited our needs perfectly for our short stay. With more adults or a longer stay we could have gotten underfoot. Maneuvering around the dining room table and outdoor patio table was at times a little tight. Was wonderful to have the beach chairs, the cart and umbrella. The outdoor shower was nice although we could only get hot water so a little difficult to rinse off our youngest members. Not sure if it was meant to be that way or not. Nozzle broken off the hose but certainly still usable. Could have used a few more towel rods in the bathrooms. Minor things in the grand scheme. All said it was a lovely place for our family to gather. Thank you for sharing your property and providing us with memories for years to come!

Beautiful home, clean, pretty close to beach. Open concept for our party of 10 to enjoy each other. Many beds which were very comfortable. Owner Missy readily available. Overall, just a great home for a vacation.

This property exceeded mine and my guests' expectations. We felt very comfortable in the house, and it accommodated our needs perfectly. We enjoyed our weekend getaway in Ocean City, New Jersey.

Property was super clean and well equipped. Property has a beach cart, beach chairs and boogie boards in case you don’t bring your own. Big enough for our 6 parents and 5 college aged boys. The beach is a 10 minute walk. The house is on block away from Asbury which is loaded with shops and restaurants.

Clean, new place. Great layout, big bright kitchen and living room. And the porch was great and had tons of seating for the whole family. Would absolutely stay here again! The only cons- 1. the bunk beds are supposed to be secured to the wall with brackets, but one of them was not. Fine for a kid’s weight, but the bed tipped when I went up to put sheets on. 2. kitchen was missing some amenities. There were no wine glasses (but a fancy wine opener and wine fridge- go figure) and no blender as advertised. We bought 4 wine glasses and left them behind for future guests.

Our group of 11 close family stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, the house was clean and week- stocked and we enjoyed cooking and hanging out together in this home. The property manager was responsive to any questions we had and a pleasure to work with. Thank you

The property isn't large, but well laid out & near to OC businesses. The common space (living room, dining area & kitchen) were fine for 8 people, but I think it would be crowded for 12 or more. I knew I had to bring linens & towels, but that was actually a bigger pain than I anticipated since it is three floors up to the apartment, plus another set of stairs to all the bathrooms & bedrooms. The stairs were a lot to deal with, especially for small children. At this price point, linens should be included. They also occupied a LOT of space in our vehicle. One caution: the twin beds are on metal frames that jut out past the mattresses by 6-8 inches. They presented a safety hazard to the small children. There is no place to hang bathing suits & beach towels, so I would imagine that could be a big challenge in summer months. We were there for a fall family get together though, and had a good time together.

We celebrated my Moms 70th. Great place and location was walking distance to the beach. Fit 11 of us comfortably. Thank you!

Great stay.

This was our 2nd year in OC (first was in 2015) We enjoyed our stay- the house fit our needs well. It could have been cleaner (especially for paying a cleaning service- felt like we needed to sweep the floors when we got there- 3 month old spends a lot of time on the floor. With small kids furniture gets moved and you could tell nothing was moved when cleaned). The walk to the beach and boards were a little long for my parents, but was fine for my husband and I. We would stay closer to the boardwalk on our next trip!

Had a relaxing time. Great location within a short walk to everything. Beautiful accomodations. I look forward to renting again

Perfect vacation

It was a very nice place. It needed some extra cleaning attention. The walls and trim needed cleaning. they were dusty. The deck and the siding on the deck needed cleaning. Other than that it was a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

Great house for large family. Close proximity to the beach/boardwalk. House has everything you need for a getaway stay. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated having the gas grill. I was a little concerned with the distance to the beach and boardwalk because we had young children with us but it turned out to be no problem at all. And it was nice to have Asbury Avenue close by.

The porch added nice additional outdoor space with plenty of seating as well. The beds were comfortable and every room had a tv for those that wanted privacy and time alone. We unfortunately had horrible weather for the long holiday weekend. But if the beach were an option the beach caddy and beach chairs were nicely organized in the garage.Overall the property accommodated of our party of 12 very nicely and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Seamless and enjoyable!

A couple close friends and I stayed at Missy’s beautiful home to ring in the new year and had the BEST time. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and there was so much space in the dining/living room to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms were extremely accommodating and comfortable and we already decided we want to come back in the summer. Missy was also extremely responsive and accommodating!
