The entire process was on point and easy. The property itself was wonderful. The owner did an excellent job with the decor and the modern feel. Definitely a 20 out of 10. Loved it.

Photos don’t do this room justice. So beautiful and relaxing. We felt right at home with the fully equipped kitchen. The bed was great and even the pillows were excellent, which is a hard find for me.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The location the owner the place itself all of it was top notch. I just wish our time there could have been longer!

Property manager (Kim) was very responsive. Property was exactly what was described. If ever go back to Pensacola Beach this is where I will stay every time. Right in the beach, 2 pools, hot tub, sauna and gym. Great food right across the street. Although Aunt Kate’s for breakfast in Pensacola is worth the drive. Hope to be back.

My daughter and 2 of my grand daughters stayed here last week. We had an awesome time. The Condo was beautiful with a wonderful view of the ocean. Clean and well stocked. Direct communication with the owner was great and only a text away. We had everything we needed. Will fur sure come back next year! Thank you Kim for letting us stay at your beautiful place.

We have stayed at Emerald Isle 5 times now, but this was our first time renting this unit. I hope I never have to stay in any other unit when I am down in PB. Communication from owner was top notch and way above what we have received in the past. She went out of her way to help in any way possible such as coffee preferences and leaving extra beach towels since we were flying down. The condo is better than described and looks exactly like the pictures show. Having some beach chairs/toys was a huge bonus for us, since we couldn't bring these on the plane. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in PB! Thank you for sharing your property with us.

We loved this condo! It had and awesome view! Plenty of room and space. All the keyless entries made everything simple. From check-in to check-out we loved it all! We will definitely go back and stay in this condo in the future!

We have stayed in many VRBOs before, but this place was ultra special!! The corner room gave magnificent views! The large “living space” was magnificent! We could eat at one end of the table and play games on the other end. There was beach service, so we had reserved umbrellas and chairs for the week. The condo was immaculate in cleanliness. The beach was relatively quiet for spring break. There are many restaurants within walking distance or a quick drive. Our host, Kim, was amazing! She checked in on us for arrival and departure and once in between. Just a warning for those of you still worried about Covid-19. My husband and I have been vaccinated. Our 18 year old daughter has not. We wore our masks consistently. Only 10% of people wore masks in elevator. We got most of our food to go or delivery because few of the servers or patrons wear masks. This is no reflection on this condo. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great week in Pensacola Beach! The condo made much of that possible. The pools were great, proximity to the beach was fantastic, & you can get anywhere you need on foot. Great location. Also, the owner was very helpful and communicated well from the beginning. We will be back!!

We really enjoyed this spacious condo and the location was amazing. Fortunately, there were no jellyfish, crowds or hurricanes...we had perfect weather and water. Kim was so attentive and accommodating, as my daughter and I have bad allergies to synthetic fragrances. She went well out of her way to ensure the products to clean and launder the place would not trigger anything. The kitchen is very well equipped and although we did not use any of the beach stuff, it was so nice that it was available. I wasn't able to figure out the main TV, but it really didn't bother us as there are TVs in all bedrooms and we spent nearly all of our time at the beach or pool. I really appreciated the quality of the furniture and how well kept the place is...it's a real gem. Thank you for providing my family this much needed respite!

The location is amazing, but the owner's attention to detail and hospitality is what will bring me back.

Everything was so clean and smelled the same when we arrived, we were very appreciative of the hand soap at each of the sinks based on all the recent health crisis. The room set ups including the bunks, truly met our family needs, the view from our room, and location of shops and restaurants across the street makes this condo the best. Thanks Kim for a wonderful week, I will be in touch for next year.

Lovely on-the-beach condo that was spacious, fully stocked, clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive and pleasant. I will stay here again.

Great property and location. Wasn't sure I wanted to be on 11th floor but would definitely do again. Provides great view of ocean, beach, fishing pier, and we could watch the sun rise from the living room. You can see the sunset too from the balcony Easy beach access with shops and restaurants just across the street. The owner was very helpful. Since it was our first stay it was nice to get recommendations and advice from her. We had everything we needed even a waffle iron. :). Look forward to staying again sometime.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent again. The condo was very clean and furnishings were in great shape. This condo was rented through the homeowner, not a rental company, and there was plenty of personal communication. We were there in November and the heated pool and hot tub was fun. Chairs & small beach toys are available but we rented beach chairs/umbrellas. Gorgeous view!

Kim reached out well in advance to help cater to questions and kept us well informed. The condo exceeded all the pictures, was much more spacious, and the views were amazing! Will definitely be coming back!

When we first walked in to the condo we were all shocked with how open the space was. The pictures didn’t do this place justice! Kim was wonderful through the whole process and great to communicate with. The group of friends we were with all talked about how they wanted to use this condo for their vacations next year and we will certainly book with Mrs. Kim any time we are planning a trip to Pensecola Beach.

I have stayed at many different VRBO's along the gulf of Mexico and by far this condo unit has the best views! You can see the gulf as well as the bay and views are unobstructed. The unit was very clean and had great seating options for our party of seven. It came with beach chairs and umbrellas which made our days at the beach even better. The owner was very accommodating. She responded quickly to questions we had before the trip and even checked in with me when we got there to see that we were settled in. Definitely will be back!

I booked last minute and Kim was amazing. The minute I booked she was in contact with me. And she stayed in contact with me through check in. She allowed an early check in since my flight arrived early. Walked me through everything. The condo itself was amazing. Absolutely everything you need in a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with best view on the beach. I can't say enough good things about the property and Kim.

We had a party of 8 and We all stayed comfortably in this spacious condo. We had an amazing experience. The property was beautiful and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Kim went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful vacation. She offered restaurant recommendations as well as checking In on us during the rainy days. I would highly recommend this property!
