Good size. Enough seating for our needs. I wish they had extra towels and washcloths so I don’t have to wash laundry EVERYDAY! I am on vacation. I would rent again. My older kids were about to come down to the beach on Sunday and someone knocked on the door. It was maintenance stating they needed to upgrade the internet. I sent my husband up because you never know. He did in fact work on the internet and we didn’t. Know we didn’t have tv until we came back from dinner at 9 pm. My husband was aggravated because he could not watch tv. Kids could not watch tv either. We were not notified about maintenance coming that was aggravating. If we had not been there would they have let someone in?

Not the most welcoming or friendliest host but location was great. The condo is spacious , just needs some updates . The furniture is outdated and the balcony furniture is not the greatest . The listing is very accurate . We did enjoy the pool and the gym . Not a lot of space for putting up your beach tent due to the condo chairs and umbrellas. Plan to be down at beach around 5am to get a good spot for tent .

We've stayed in this unit multiple times over the years and it is our favorite. Feels like coming home when we walk in. Nicely equipped. Perfect for our family with adult kids and grandkids. Comfy beds. Ideal location. Can't be beat! And we can't wait for next year!!

Perfect view of the sugar white sand of Navarre Beach. Condo was very well equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Will be staying here again.

Perfect location! The kids loved the heated tub and hottub. The layout of.the unit was perfect as we were together but also had space for our privacy.

This was our first time at Navarre Beach, Florida. We will definitely return. We stayed at The Pearl. The condo was spacious, well equipped and beautiful. It was right on the beach.

Condo was great . Clean with a great view. Rooms were spaced well and decent size kitchen. Walk to pool and beach were short. Chair service was great. Had an awesome vacation there

We've been going to Navarre for decades and as our family grew, The Pearl has become the best place for us. The 3-bedrooom layout is perfect for a large family with adult kids and grandkids. We can all be together yet have our own space. Clean and well equipped kitchens for those of us that like to cook on vacation. Staff at The Pearl is always kind and professional too! We'll be back Memorial Day week. Can't wait!!!

The condo was fine but the people who run the beach chairs and umbrella are not very professional. They got picked up at 115 in the afternoon and I asked Juan why he told me a storm was coming and it never did. He kicked people out of the chairs so he could put them up. He put the chairs right on top of beach tarps a d we could not even walk around them. We asked him if he could do something about it and he said no. You know those chairs and umbrellas are not cheap! I also spoke with his boss and he was just as bad. Other people sitting near us even complained about him. Acting in this manner makes us not want to come back.

This was a great condo for our Navarre beach vacation! The unit is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable.The views are amazing from both the front and back balconies. You can’t go wrong with this beautiful condo!

Very Clean. Large enough for our big group. Comfortable seating. Enjoyed the large Gulf side deck and beautiful view. Gulf side deck we could see the sunrise and the back back view deck we could see the sunset. Highly recommend this VRBO.

We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. The only issue I had was not having the code when we arrived to check in. That wasn't Merle's fault. He promptly responded to my call and even came to change the faulty lightbulb. The condo was clean and the location was excellent!

Condo very clean but the property and building is not. This is not Merle’s fault, though. Do not let it prevent you from booking! The outdoor pool bathrooms are the nastiest I’ve seen. OutdoorHallways, etc are nasty.
The beds are VERY comfortable, all of them. View is amazing. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Description is accurate. Plenty of space and separation from each bedroom. Convenient and easy walk to three restaurants, all good. Also can walk to Tom Thumb convenient store. Nice to have a Publix very close by. Scooters and Bella Luna are great eateries.

We absolutely Loved the morning views from the balcony with our morning coffee. Everything was great and had everything we needed in The kitchen. The only misunderstanding I had was I thought the beach chairs and umbrella came complementary with the condo , but I was mistaken and that’s ok. We worked it out and I would definitely stay again without hesitation.

We came this year for our 2nd trip to The Pearl to join with other family members to celebrate our parents 47th anniversary! Unit 406 was PERFECT for our group of 2 adults, 1 teen, and 2 ages 10 & 12! Sunsets were gorgeous!!

Was a wonderful place to stay. Condo was so spacious with excellent views and beach was beautiful. Only downfall was some roof repairs resulting in the heated pool being closed. Other than that my family and I had a great time and loved it!

The condo was perfect for a family. The layout of the three bedrooms allowed for quiet, and early risers did not have to worry about making noise. It was beautiful and clean.

I loved the condo and beautiful view. Unfortunately there was construction going on when we went and one pool was shut down as well as one side of the parking lot which was an inconvenience along with the noisey construction. Besides that the room was great and the communication was prompt.

Roomy condo with comfortable beds. The condo has lots of room and allows for folks to have separate space when wanted. The living space has plenty of room for groups.

We enjoyed our time at the Pearl. This isn’t our first time staying and we will 100% be back. The only issue we had was someone on the property from their balcony was constantly smoking marijuana. You could smell it from the balcony as well and inside the condo at times.

Overall, a very nice condo. Second bedroom could use upgrades to mattresses. Would be nice to have curtains in that bedroom as there is an extremely bright light outside that window that the blinds do not adequately block out.
