My family was in the area to celebrate the marriage of a very close friend. The Cardiff beach home was perfect. It is in a great neighborhood and located so close to many beaches. Restaurants, food markets, and shops are within walking distance. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop deck. We didn't want to leave when it was time to head back to Colorado. Communication was great when we had a couple of issues. Highly recommend.

This was a great house for a family vacation. The location was amazing. The roof deck wonderful.

We will look to stay there next time we are in the area. Owner consistently avail when I had questions before and after I booked. The unit has wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. I had a family event about 30 minutes northeast of Cardiff and also visited the San Diego area and the condo was the perfect spot for all of this. The immediate area has lovely things to do as well.

It was perfect for us-close to beach areas, stores and restaurants. We would recommend this house for others who have teen agers and adults staying.

Lovely home, furnished with everything needed for a delightful stay close to the beach. Great walks, biking, restaurants, easy parking. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great wi-fi and tv - they have thought of everything to make a relaxing comfortable stay.

Absolutely perfect holiday in this lovely home! Granddaughter loved being walking distance to the neighborhood park. Everyone enjoyed walking to the beach, nearby restaurants, and the best craft beer we’ve ever had. Mike was a considerate and responsive host. We will be back!

We do not have a single complaint about this lovely home. It is so well designed that all 3 of us had space to relax and unwind after a busy Holiday. We have every intention of a return trip.

We were four guys reuniting in SoCal after the death of a close friend. The house in Cardiff was perfect for our reunion. Enough parking, patio and rooftop, plenty of space and a ten minute walk to the beach. Only 20 minutes or so from SAN airport. It was a sad occasion, but an important celebration of life and the house and location were perfect for our needs. Would love to stay there again (and maybe never leave 😎), Tom

Property was comfortable and clean. Served us well for exploring the Cardiff area, very walkable. Loved access to the beaches near by! We had 6 over 60 and we all enjoyed our stay. We were even able to get our 101 year old mom up the stairs for a visit. Owner was very responsive for a couple of small issues, and we would definitely stay here again!

This lovely home was perfect for my family of 6. We were visiting my granddaughter, who lives close by. The house is spacious and well stocked with linens, beach towels and chairs, paper products, kitchen items and so much more. Thanks for letting us enjoy your lovely home!

If you're looking for a relaxing beach get away this is the place! Easy walk/drive to the beach and restaurants. Great patios to enjoy the weather and the view. we gathered with family coming from 3 different directions--it was the perfect spot!

Could not have asked for a lovelier place! Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. We ate several meals on the balconies. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, delicious restaurants and VG Donuts. Quick 30 minute drive to San Diego’s tourist attractions. The neighborhood is so quiet in spite of all the homes so close together. This was the cleanest property we’ve rented and Mike was available to answer our tourist questions. Will 100% stay here again the next time we visit San Diego! Thank you for helping us have an amazing first family trip to the West Coast!

Lovely, well equipped home with a great location!

This house was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 15, 13, and 10). We loved the location which had several walkable restaurants, a donut shop, and an amazing grocery store (holy desserts!), not to mention the beach and the views. This was our home base for easy trips into San Diego as well as just around an hour to get up to Disney. Downtime was spent relaxing and the house was roomy, comfortable, and clean. Owners were so kind and easily accessible!

After a long flight from the east coast to Cardiff, we were overjoyed to find a clean, spacious, welcoming VRBO upon our arrival. The Jacksons were excellent communicators and could not have been betters hosts. Thank you, Mike, for making our CA vacation an excellent experience!

House is in a great location in Cardiff! We walked to several restaurants, coffee shops, etc! VG Donuts was a highlight. House was very comfortable for our family of 4. Sunset was beautiful from the top patio. Great spot!

Nice short week in Cardiff escaping the rain in Portland! Well-stocked kitchen. Lots of room for everyone. Good view of the ocean from roof deck. Fully functional grill. Hosts’ communication was excellent, very responsive and kind. Thanks for the late checkout and understanding when I forgot to take out the trash! The park is just behind the alleyway, 1 minute walk. That was a hit. Walking to the beach was more of a hike than I anticipated, same with walking to get groceries at Seaside (about half mile to grocery). Master BR and kids room felt a little “basement” like, even though they’re on ground floor. Why no 5 stars…little things like the old, broken shades on windows, TV in kids room with duct tape around it, little things here and there that need to be upgraded. But it served our needs very well and it was a pleasant experience!

Charlotte and Don’s townhome is located a few blocks from the beach entrance and from the sweet little town of Cardiff. It is very well stocked with extra pillows, toilet paper, etc… And the kitchen pretty much everything you need, even though we didn’t cook, we appreciate places where we actually don’t need to go out and buy everything. The first thing my son did was go to the park less than a block away and play basketball with the new ball in the garage - thank you for that! There are tennis racquets and balls and beach toys/boards, etc. available for use. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, very quiet, comfy beds and lots of room to spread out. The third bedroom has two twins and is smaller but bright and very cozy. Thanks again for offering your place to stay to us. We absolutely loved it and if we come your way again, we would love to stay. Thanks again!

We were a group of friends having a reunion. This property felt like a home: comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The location is prevent for walking to restaurants and is just a few minutes from San Diego and surrounding small towns. We loved everything about our stay!

The home was as beautiful as the listing described. My family stayed in Cardiff in August of 2022. The weather was perfect which allowed us to take advantage of the short walk to the public beach or a 5 minute drive to the private beaches. The boys made use of the Outdoor Deck to tan and relax. The quality of the local restaurants and bars allowed us to stay close to home at night which we appreciated after some long drives sightseeing during the day. A stay in this home will guarantee a memorable vacation.

We had an awesome 7 nights, plenty of room for 5 of us, my wife and I and 3 sons ages 15, 13, and 9. The rooftop deck with views of the ocean and stars at night got used every day. Walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. And a very short drive if you need to bring a car. Beach chairs and boogie boards are provided, and the pass to park in a ton of beaches and parks was really nice to have. We used that every day also. Really easy 30 minute or so drive to downtown San Diego and all the different things to do there. Don and Charlotte are great, very nice and easy to communicate with. Overall a phenomenal vacation and would definitely like to come back sometime.
