The only thing I can think of that was ok was the pillows. Other then that nothing.

-The hot water lasted not even 1 min then you were showering in the cold. - stains on the bed sheets - no phone in room to ask staff for help have to walk down the stairs - they asked for a deposit for the key which was not advertised. We were checking in at 2 am in the morning and was not told anything about this. We did not have cash on us so they took my id. Even though I booked online with my credit card so if anything was broken they could charge it to there, but was told that’s not good enough. When we refused, they asked for our passports. Spoke to the manager regarding this issue and was met with rudeness and an unwillingness to listen to his consumers. - don’t think the room was clean before we stayed in it. Was empty soap packets in the bathroom. - a small window that had no curtains shone the light through the room all night as light blasted in from the outside lights left on.

The rooms were real good, beds were very good, the personal (,if asked) willing to help. Spacious rooms, reachable for go-jek.

There were no coffee facilities nor a restaurant. It is al brandnew, so the 'feeling home' rate has to grow.
