Our helper was great, and she was a beautiful soul. I loved the pool and the layout. The place was conveniently located 2 mins walk from the main street!

Amenities needs a serious upgrade. The sink was stained with calcium deposit from the water making us not even wanna use it. The Water for shower was horrible and disgusting.it let our skin dry and the smell was so bad, The beds need new mattresses it was quite comfortable sleeps

Excellent location, just a short stroll to ‘Eat Street’. A stand out for us was Ginger Moon - the crispy barramundi steamed buns are a must! As is the coffee at Revolver. The villa is safe and quiet. If you want to do some solar charging by the pool, best time is in the morning as the sun moves to the other side of the pool in the afternoon. Also the soap doesn’t lather in the shower so maybe purchase a shower gel as well.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t good, we had to keep restarting it - thankfully I had pre purchased a $5 per day roaming pack with Optus which was great as a back up.

Beautiful and private. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice deep pool. Right next to Seminyak's super busy centre but is quiet by night. 5min walk to the beach. This is not a resort and does not have restaurants etc attached, but great restaurants all very close by.

The location was very close to the main strip which was filled with restaurants, bars and shops which made it incredibly easy to get around. The staff and facilities were great. Breakfast was fresh daily and was lovely. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating. Thank you for a great stay 😊

A really beautifully designed villa: two lovely bedrooms and a balcony upstairs, a huge kitchen/living room area downstairs and the most beautiful pool/ gazebo area. Every morning a good breakfast (of the typical Bali choice) is prepared freshly in the villa by the lovely staff who also cleans the place.

I had a hard time sleeping as a water pump/System near the bedrooms was going on and off making quite a bit of noise the whole night. I told Made, who takes care of the villa, but it couldn‘t be/wasn‘t fixed.

This property is a gem. Small, contemporary, comfortable with everything you need. The location was absolutely perfect. In the centre of Seminyak (just around the corner the main road and an easy walk to the flea markets and then on to Seminyak Beach. We were picked up by Made at the airport (a great move for a late night arrival) and the lady who came to cook breakfast and clean every day, Putu, was wonderful. We were able to make simple breakfast requests and she happily made them for us. Great juice, eggs and bacon and toast, fruit, banana pancakes (or indonesian fare) was no problem. The property was very well kept and super spacious. There was a convenient place for parking bikes and a night manager is on staff daily for extra security. It would be ideal for two couples as well as each room has its own ensuite. However we just used the single room. The pool was crisp and a good size. It was nice to sit out under the pagoda near the pool or on the huge balcony upstairs which caught a nice breeze.

The steps into and out of the pool are very deep. My 6ft 1 tall partner had no problem, but at 5ft 2 (156cm) I struggled a bit getting out. The sofas and chairs could have been more padded to make lounging more comfortable for relaxing. Perhaps consider adding a chaise longue downstairs for reading and gazing out to the pool

Bathroom lighting needs to be brighter. Bed in room 1 was a bit hard.

The villa was very spacious and was within walking distance of a number of cafes and restaurants. The free breakfast prepared by the caretakers of the villa was good. Also liked that the villa had a water cooler so we didn't have to keep buying/boiling water with a kettle.

The villa could be slightly cleaner - the bed canopies in one of the bedrooms was rather dusty. Not sure if this is an issue with the showerheads or the water supply, but the water was not very clean and we did not feel clean after showering.

From the moment you walk in to the Villa you will be blown away. The pool, the fish pond, the garden, the lead up to the Villa, it is all on point. Then when you walk inside you are blown away with how spacious it is. Beautiful decor and so well set out. Upstairs to two wonderful bedrooms with massive king size beds that are oh so comfortable. There is absolutely nothing to fault about this Villa, do yourself a favour and book now or will miss out on a true jewel in Seminyak. Add in the fact you are a two minute walk to Eat Street and you just can’t go wrong.

Nicholee began messaging several days before we arrived with villa information, local advice and friendly chats... already a great start to our 8 nights of exceptional hospitality. It was then the turn of Made (Mar-dee), the villa manager, who made contact prior to our arrival and was there to welcome us at the airport very late at night and take us to the villa. The whole experience just kept getting better from there... The lovely and friendly Putu and Luh De prepared daily interesting and tasty Indonesian breakfasts (and the occasional bacon & eggs). Made very swiftly organised a couple of maintenance repairs as well as arranged in-house massages and took us on 2 amazing day tours of the island and was always available for our every need. This is what Balinese hospitality is all about!! Makasih banget to our new Balinese friends. Oh, and the villa itself... perfect for our needs... huge space, comfy beds, big well-maintained private swimming pool, unlimited filtered water, fast Wifi internet, great air-conditioning, very secure and located in the heart of Seminyak just off "Eat Street" (Jl. Kayu Aya) and close to beaches and shopping. Everything was exactly as in the pictures and description (zero "real estate" over-hype).

Absolutely nothing except the fact that we hadn't traveled to Bali and stayed at Villa Kora earlier than we did.

Villa Kora is located in a heart of Seminyak. Shops, restaurants and such landmark as Seminyak Village and KU DE TA are within 5-10 mins walk. 2 friendly ladies come every morning to cook breakfast. You can choose either Indonesian (nasi goreng or mie goreng) or Western breakfast with fresh fruit juice, fresh fruit and coffee or tea at your requested time. Mr. Made, a manager of the villa and also a driver, will take care of our request very well. I highly recommend this villa.
