Straight and easy instructions on how to get the keys from the box. The key (pilot) to underground parking was attached to keychain with apartment keys. Mattress on the bed - memory foam, super soft and we loved it so much that we want such one for ourselves. As I read previous reviews that said only tops for this apartment I got concerned since you can't have it all positive, right? Wrong. Everything's positive with this place as far as we're concerned. The main reason for that is I guess that the building is new and everything is still squeaky clean and working perfectly. Highly recommended.

Parking spaces in the garage a bit too narrow for a, say, medium-sized car, but definitely wide enough unless you've got a super-sized off-roader :) .

The location is really good for my needs, close to all my work events and also close to the historic centre even by walk. The apartment was clear on arrival. Parking lot underground is a great bonus. Communication with host was perfect.

just on the day of departure, the cold and hot water stopped flowing, so I couldn't even take a shower before leaving. It's probably not the owner's fault, but it was unpleasant

Kitchen has mostly everything needed for cooking. Good location, rather quiet place.

A bit unclean - there was some dust under the bed, and also some garbage (probably from previous stays) on the terrace. Apartments are very small - comfortable for a couple, but not enough when you have a kid.

great apartment, perfectly suitable for solo travellers. close to the city centre. terrace is a great place to chill / eat dinner. great value for the money.

no breakfast was provided. I liked its location very much. Handy to go everywhere. Would recommend putting more pots and pans in the kitchen. there was only one pot and one pan. Bathroom was very clean but we had to buy our own toilet paper. Would be good if supplied with more toilet paper, shampoo and toothpaste. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay there. thank you

Great location - close to the center and zoo. Nice terrace. Clean and big enough. There is all the machinery needed - dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning (didn't try though). Easy to access with an elevator.

Would be nice to have a small pot to boil some rice. There was a cot for a baby but no mattress or even a bed sheet for it.
