Clean condo. Amazing stock of kitchen utensils and supplies. Just like home. Beautiful, clean condo. Hostess was attentive to any needs during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

We were there with our family to attend our Grandsons graduation from College. Everything great and the owner was very responsive when I reached out to her, and responded in a timely manner. I would go back to the same condo.

This is the perfect condo with ocean front beach, heated pool, basketball and tennis courts, excellent restaurants. Kim treats her guests just like family. She is exceptionally respectful, kind, responsive. The amenities is the condo are wonderful for all family ages. Our daughter’s families visited. The rest of time was wonderful for just my husband and me.

The property as a whole is beautiful and well maintained. It was quiet within the condo itself. The views and the balcony were perfect for our first trip to Daytona. A furnished condo with a parking garage was great for keeping the salt off of my car and providing safety. If I had anything less positive to say, it would be that the bathrooms really need to be updated or at the very least, a thorough cleaning. And, take your shower quickly because you’ll run out of hot water every single time. The green space, the grills, the pool, the easy access to the beach, the views, the sunrises, all of it was just what we needed for our girls trip! Highly recommend!

This was our second year staying at this property. The place is beautiful, right on the beach with an incredible view. The owner is the best I’ve ever worked with and so above and beyond attentive. The place is stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need.

Nice relaxing quiet

Once again this condo exceeded our expectations! Kim has this condo so well stocked with everything from enough kitchen items, to enough towels and beach toys. This was our 5th time staying here and this time might have been our favorite because we had our adopted newborn baby daughter with us. We played in the pool and ocean with our 4.5 year old and having my mother in law with us helped immensely! The second highlight of our stay here was to have a visit with Kim! It meant a lot to us for her to come and meet our daughter and to stay for a chat. That personal touch certainly makes a wonderful impression. We are so looking forward again to next year! Thank you once again, Kim, for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Condo just as advertised, everything you need is here. From the roominess, the stocked kitchen ( I forgot a main ingredients for a meal I was making, it was in the cabinet) The awesome view from the balcony is breath taking additionally, if your like me and not crazy about being up high this 2nd floor balcony is the place for you. Pictures are accurate however, must nicer once your here. Would definitely stay again. Lastly it smelled so nice and fresh when I arrived.(kudos to whomever cleans).

We have rented numerous condos on the beach over the years and this was the best hands down. Everything you need , EVERYTHING!!! We are not wealthy people and work in stressful jobs working with combat Vets , so we only get one vacation a year and we save for that experience and if we choose wrong its disappointing , This was the best vacation choice we’ve made . The condo has everything , towels , beach equipment , a kitchen with any utensils you would ever need . The condo is clean and beautiful , our kids had a blast , we had a blast . The beach and pool was amazing and our Host Kim was great and communication was the best … I can not stress how much this was the best and if your reading this stop looking and book this property

Wonderful view of the ocean plus easy access to the beach and a pool looking over the beach! Not to mention clean, with all the supplies one could need, and very comfortable beds. 10 out of 10! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. Then only issue was we could not figure out how to use the microwave. Can't wait for next year!

This unit was very clean and literally had every single thing we needed for the beach. There is no need to bring chairs, umbrellas, wagon, beach toys, boogie board, etc. Tons of beach towels were also provided. Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, hand soaps, etc. were all provided. There is a Keurig coffee maker, along with the traditional coffee pot. The view of the beach, water, and pool was perfect! Great stay!

Loved assigned parking spot,wall of windows,carpet, stocked necessities just like home, beach umbrellas and chairs and cart. Just as advertised.

We had a wonderful time. The condo and the owners are wonderful. We enjoyed being just over the pool. We could call People up for dinner. Being on the second floor gives you an advantage in getting to the pool, tennis court, basketball court, and beach. The owner is quick to respond. When the beach cart broke, she picked up another and brought it to the condo. Don’t take your cart through the middle of the building, but go outside around to the left out of the front door use the gate on the right of the property -it saves you from dealing with steps. The same goes for bringing bicycles to the beach from the garage. We fixed most of our meals in the condo and used the grill by the pool. The condo was comfortable. If you love the beach, you’ll love the convenience of walking down to it and the views from the condo itself

The best! If I’m ever back in Daytona we will definitely stay again. Perfect location, beautiful condo, so many necessities that we didn’t have to provide! It was the best!

From before we left Wisconsin, until we arrived in Daytona Beach, then left for home, we had an amazing stay. The condo was clean and well furnished. Plenty of kitchen supplies to make eating in a breeze. Questions answered quickly by Kim. Loved our stay and will make it a point to stay in the same place again. The couple we traveled with stayed in another unit from Kim, too. All 4 of us were very happy with our accommodations. Highly recommend!!

This condo is awesome, looks exactly like the pictures and is so cute! The host communicated everything we needed to know before hand and made it super easy to check in. The location is also great, close to everything. Highly recommend staying here. An excellent view of the ocean, sunrises and dolphins! We will stay here again!

The condo was perfect for a week at the beach! Everything was so easy and accessible. I was looking for a more family oriented, quiet environments and that is exactly what I got. Thank you!

This condo had everything a family needed, from a baby bed to toys right down to beach towels. All you need is your clothes!!!`The beds in the second bedroom could use an upgrade but for a week everything was great.

Everything was as good as advertised and better. Truly awesome 180 ocean view. Nicely appointed. Comfy bed. Quiet neighbors. Location ideal for a beach vacation. Very responsive owner. Easy check in/out procedures. I will be back!

We stayed six nights in this lovely 2/2 at The Shores Club. The unit is beautifully and comfortably decorated. The master has a pillow top King size bed, private dressing room, private bath with shower doors and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom had a twin size bed and a full-size bed with a temporpedic mattress. The second bedroom also had a walk in closet. Second bath has a walk-in shower with a grab bar. There was a full size kitchen with everything we could need (including a slow cooker, microwave, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc.). The dining room table seats six. There is also a comfortable size living room with sleeper sofa and 2 comfortable chairs. There was access to the balcony from both the living area and the master bedroom with breathtaking views of the ocean. You could also see the heated pool from the balcony or living room windows. Both the master bedroom and the living room had windows stretching the length of the living room and also the master bedroom offering offering lots of sunlight and access to that gorgeous view. Both Kim R. and the managers of The Shores Club were wonderful. My son-in-law was able to communicate with Kim R. whenever he needed to via both text message and phone. She was very kind and helpful. The managers were on site daily, and they were friendly and professional. The only real damage to this property was the beach access. Management was inspecting every unit and inspectors were on the property throughout the week inspecting every detail of the property, seawall, and surrounding areas. We also saw maintenance on the property frequently cleaning the exterior and keeping the pool and courtyard sparkling clean. Our unit was also very clean when we arrived and well stocked with essentials. The closets also held laundry baskets, extra blankets, fans, a twin rollaway bed, and a crib. A washer and dryer is provided in an outside storage room in the breezeway. There are plenty of books, toys, and games in the unit for children and family entertainment. Each of the TV's in the living room and master bedroom have DVD players for all your favorite movie nights. There is also a fitness center and Library as well as a sauna for guests to enjoy. Beach access is available via a ramp four buildings to the North of the condo. With so much to enjoy right in the comfort of this lovely condo there's no need to go anywhere!

Beautiful ocean view from living room and master bedroom. Most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. From abundance of towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, toys, books, movies etc for kids. Also brand new beach chairs and floats. She truly thought of everything you could possibly need. Customer service was also top notch. We will definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely love this condo! Ms. Kim is wonderful and makes sure your stay is PERFECT! We are already planning on returning in 2023 :)

This condo was fantastic. We had everything we needed there to use from cooking utensils to beach items. There was umbrellas, chairs, toys, coolers and everything you need when you get there, no need to pack it all to bring with you. No room keys to to keep up with which was great, everything had a key pad. The owner Kim was amazing, she checked to make sure everything was good when we arrived. Definitely a five star condo and look forward to staying there again next year!!
