The beds was terrible and had may back hurting really bad and the pillows sucked too.

I reserved a king bed. When I checked in at 4pm local they told me that there was not a king room for me. I reserved a king room specifically. I was disappointed. The staff was very uncooperative. I felt like they were discriminating against me. I am positive they could have made the change. The hotel was not full by the end of the day.

The front desk staff were awesome!! Super friendly!!! Agnes checked us out, and she was a pure joy. I would definitely stay here again. Stayed 3 months ago and had a great experience then too!!

First of all Agnes at the front desk is the best. She went way above and beyond to help us and should be commended for that effort. She has to be the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever dealt with at a hotel.

The bed was extremely hard & uncomfortable. would be nice to have gluten-free options for breakfast.

I had to stay over night and the place was available. I had been to a Tru property before and was familiar with the setting.

The price was far to high for a one night stay. I would have found something cheaper if I had discovered it first. Checking in late and leaving very early in the morning was not worth the price.

it was clean, the staff was friendly and the bathrooms had a nightlight. Bree checked us in, she was super kind and helpful!

the bathrooms lack a vent/fan which is not only good for airing out the room but also provides a sense of privacy while pooping ;) the wood flooring in the room, while easier to maintain with pets, was not good for our dog. she slips around on tile/hardwood and we ended up having to buy a couple of rugs to put down.
