We asked for and received a handicap room. While there were plenty of grab bars in the bathroom, it would have also been nice to have the higher toilet. Getting up was a bit of a challenge.

Nice hotel and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety and something for everyone.

Had to Waite for the receptionist to show up at the desk for like 5-10 min to check us in. After that the hotel was great.

The worst hotel experience for my life. A minor disagreement with the night manager who clearly did not want to deal with people and reveled in the power he held. Despite the fact that I complied with his request and my wife and I went to bed, he called the police and had us thrown out on to the street at 1 am. Totally uncalled for.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before a few years ago and had a good experience so we decided to stay again. Next time I will choose differently. The elevator smells terrible and the carpet desperately needs replaced. The headboard has a faux leather-like material and had three large chunks missing from it. The toilet was loose and rocked. The shower handle was loose and didn’t maintain the heat setting. On one of the nights of our stay we came back late (3:00 am from the visiting family at the hospital) and there were people hanging out in the parking lot. A woman who appeared to be drunk/high was sitting in the driver’s seat of a car and a man was standing outside the car. She started yelling at us several times as we walked from our car to the hotel. We told the front desk clerk and he went out immediately to check it out. The hotel is in a convenient location but is getting rundown. I’m not usually critical in my reviews, but I think this hotel needs some maintenance/updating. I think the rating was a little off at 8.6 Excellent.

Breakfast was 7a-10a, which is fine. But fresh coffee earlier would have been awesome. Went down around 710 and the coffee was cold and terrible. Everything else was fine.

Great place to stay! 10 minutes from the USAF museum.

Lovely place. Nice rooms, everything super clean. Staff very cordial and professional. We’ll be back!
