Everything was perfect!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us, we were traveling for our anniversary and it was perfect. Can’t wait to go back. The booking process, communication, cleanliness and accuracy of description were all awesome. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach, which was perfect.

We loved the location, the heated pool and easy access to the beach. The property was explained well on the listing so we knew exactly what we were getting. The host were very kind and informative when we reached out to him. We would love to come back again soon.

Me and my husband celebrated our 13th anniversary here and it was perfect. We loved being right on the beach and the condo was super clean and just as described! We are ready to come back!

Older property but this condo had been redone well. Loved the location and the whole property was well maintained. While we did not use the pool it looked very nice.

Spent a few days here on our way home meeting with friends. By far the nicest and most comfortable unit of any we saw. Our host checked in to make sure everything was ok and supplied lots of information about places and restaurants to visit. We have used Verbo many times and have never had a host contact us personally before, it was appreciated

The condo was small but well equipped. Loved that beach view and being able to get to the beach was so easy. Kevin and Pam had wonderful recommendations for restaurants. Our stay was very relaxing.

The view of the ocean was really lovely, Sun Rises were beautiful. It was not a saltwater pool. So sad but still a nice pool. Cleanliness could have been improved upon especially in the bedroom.

Nice place for two people. Owners are very friendly and easy to contact. Heated pool in January was great.

This was the perfect spot for a weeklong stay with my husband. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and lots of available storage for our belongings. The place was sparkling clean and the bed was super comfortable. We were provided everything we needed for our stay - including nice new beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Great location with a short walk to the clean, peaceful beach. Comfy outdoor chairs on the private patio to enjoy the sunrises with a cup of coffee. Only a short drive to St Augustine with lots to see and do - even in rainy weather. Amazing communication with the host, Kevin. He gave us very clear instructions, check in was a breeze and he was easy to reach with questions. Really a very positive experience overall!

Betty and I visited in order to getaway for a warm weather vacation in December. Although the weather was a bit cooler than expected, the hosts couldn’t have been warmer or more attentive. This was a beautiful property. Walk right out to Crystal Beach. The heated pool was an added amenity that was much appreciated ❤️ We will be re-booking with Kevin and Pam!!

The condo was perfect for 2 people & beautifully decorated. Kevin provided information on the condo, check in, the area, etc. a week ahead of our arrival that was very helpful. He made a point of being available to reach out to as needed & was very sincere & kind. The patio view is amazing as well as the beach. The condo is not far from all the St Augustine attractions, dining, etc. Wish we had another day there to relax. We highly recommend & hope to return some day.

Beautiful condo right on the ocean. Clean, Comfortable, and quiet retreat. everything you need to have a great beach vacation. Walk the beach at sunrise, or just watch from your own private patio. Short drive to plenty of great restaurants. Also close to grocery if you chose to cook yourself.

My husband and I had a wonderful 20th anniversary stay at Pam’s Place!! Kevin answered every question and gave wonderful suggestions for places to enjoy in St. Augustine. We will definitely be returning to stay with Kevin and Pam again!

My husband and I stayed at Pam’s Palm Place from August 19 – August 26. This lovely little condo is the perfect beach retreat. It is beautifully and simply decorated. The bed, sofa and outdoor patio furniture are of good quality and comfy. The view from the patio is beautiful and is perfectly shady in the afternoons and evenings. The owners have thought about all the little details from the basics, such as paper towels and starter toiletries, to quality beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved the Bose Bluetooth speaker! Although we didn’t do any real cooking while on vacation, it appears that the kitchen equipment provided is more than adequate to fix simple meals. The owners are available by email, phone and text and provide excellent and detailed check-in instructions complete with spot on recommendations for local dining and activities. The condo is small, but if you are beach people like us, it is all you need. We did not feel at all cramped and there is plenty of closet space in the bedroom, as well as storage under the bed. As for the area, we love Crescent Beach. The wide, white sand beach is perfect and it’s just a short drive away from old St. Augustine. There are plenty of restaurants close by and Tony’s Pizza across the street is not only super convenient, but may possibly make the best meat lover’s pizza in the world! Full service grocery stores are within a short drive.

Comfortable stay that is perfect for a beach getaway.

We had never been to St. Augustine and what a surprise. The condo was beautiful and a great size for two people. I would definitely come back. Best VRBO we’ve ever had!

My husband and I loved our stay in this condo. Beautiful view, short walk to the beach which even on the busiest day was not that crowded. Information provided by the hosts was thorough. Good proximity to St. Augustine and many great restaurants. We hope to come back some day.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Everything was perfectly cleaned and being able to see the sunrise every morning was breathtaking. The beach area wasn’t crowded whatsoever. Fort Matanzas is right down the road and it has a free ferry to and from and the Seafood Kitchen had the perfect dinner every night with fresh fish caught that day. It is a cozy little condo settled perfectly on the beach with everything that you need. I can’t rave enough about this place. Definitely will be recommending this to everyone I know!!!

Very clean, relaxing, and peaceful stay at Pam’s Palm Place. The beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus for our time on the beach. The view of the ocean from the room while watching the Women’s College World Series was the cherry on top of our stay. Very clean property and close to many great places to eat.
