Looking at our stay, we have nothing but smiles. Susan’s condo hits all the boxes for a perfect vacation. The location could not be better. We walked everywhere or took the Duval Loop to the other side of town. The stop is one block walk to the park south. The condo has it all and Susan is really on top of the rental. Santiago’s Bodega just around the corner was so good that we ate there twice. Sitting of the deck for coffee and breakfast every morning started the day out with a smile 😊. Using her bike to Fausto’s grocery was a great help to stock up for the week. So many other great places to eat. Grab a pizza 🍕 from Onlywoods, only a couple blocks away. Believe it or not Garbo’s food truck and bar was really good. Music included. Friday night on the USCG for the sunset 🌅 was the perfect end to a fantastic stay.

Loved the condo. It is clean and updated. It has a huge balcony - larger than most in the Shipyard. Great location - within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo on the second floor. It’s conveniently located, near the pool- but not too close. Truman Annex location of the Shipyard condos is the perfect place to stay to be close to every thing in Key West. You are located in a gated community with one parking space( but you don’t need a car). Susan is a great host- tells you everything you need to know and more. Condo is well equipped.

We had a great time staying at Susan's condo last week. The location is fantastic, and we loved being able to walk everywhere. It was wonderful to be able to spend time on the deck, cook, and feel settled in for the week. We also really appreciated having protected parking. A caveat is that the parking lot itself is not well-marked and the layout of it is quite confusing. We arrived at night and finding the assigned spot, and then the condo itself, was pretty tricky after a long drive in from Miami. That said, once we found everything, we were set. It was a great stay, and we appreciate Susan's hospitality!

Short walk to Mallory Square and Fort Zachery. Very convenient.

Wonderful quiet location in the Truman Annex area. Nice outdoor deck, close to pool, easy walk to Duval Street and lots of restaurants and bars. Reasonably well equipped. Good communication with owner.

We loved the one bedroom condo. Close to everything and very quiet. The patio was very private surrounded by trees. We loved the door in the bedroom which we could leave open at night and get a nice breeze. The hostess was very responsive to any need. Also we used the bikes quite a bit….a nice extra!

We loved the large deck and decor. We have spent many years coming to different condos in Truman Annex.This was by far one of the best for decor and location. The bikes included and beach supplies such a plus. Best of all Communication with owner excellent!

The condo was very comfortable and I appreciated the keyless entry being my phone number. The owner was most accessible and left excellent instructions. Locations could have been more clear: initial difficulty finding unit from parking lot upon arrival, and needed help locating the garbage/recycling bins. The area was very quiet and much time was spent on the balcony; it was delightful.

This was the perfect place to stay! We felt at home right away, spent much of our time relaxing on the balcony which overlooked beautiful trees. We spent the days walking everywhere and relaxed with light dinners at the condo in the evenings, streaming our music on the Victrola. It was so nice to get away to celebrate our golden anniversary, but we met a lot of nice people everywhere we went. We highly recommend the Zachary Taylor fort tour (and the beach), the Art and History Museum, and a tour of the historic cemetery, but we saw and learned even more by walking everywhere. Even our fitbits are happy! Thank you so much, Susan, for your kindness and for our stay!

Great location and enjoyed having bikes to ride all over the island.

Susan's quaint home was perfect for our relaxing vacation. Everything was clean and in good working order. The location is unbeatable , access to the restaurants and shopping , groceries and beaches were all very handy. The two bikes that come with the condo came in very handy also! Nice clean pool area to relax or meet other travlers. I would highly recommend .

Property is as described. I overlooked it is on a 2nd floor with no elevator access. Hard to get luggage and ourselves upstairs. Parking lot is confusing as spaces are not in numerical building order. Parking space is not a short walk to the unit.

This is a great rental unit with plenty of room for a couple, convenient amenities including reserved parking, 2 bikes, beach chair, umbrella, full size laundry, walk-in shower and located right across from a community swimming pool and steps away from street and walking distance to the beach as well as Duval street and Malory Square. Will be back for sure.

The property was perfectly located to the action of Duval Street but far enough away to take a break. We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday and the condo was perfect! Awesome deck … so close to pool … clean, comfortable, perfect!!! We will be back for sure.

The condo was perfect for our 30th anniversary trip. It was clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location. The Truman Annex is quiet and beautiful, and close to everywhere we wanted to go. We walked or biked everywhere. We enjoyed the pool, the bikes that were included with the condo, and a special anniversary gift from our host, Susan.

Susan’s Key West condo is perfect! The location and condo are close to everything, and the two bikes make getting places even easier. Susan is attentive and willing to help in any way possible. You won’t be disappointed!

How do I begin? There are so many WONDERFUL things I could say about or stay here, but to start I must compliment Susan 🤗. Long before our trip Susan was so attentive and super easy to reach with any questions we had. She even went so far as to provide us with a little welcome honeymoon gift. The location of the condo is perfect. Truman Annex is just close enough to have a relaxing and romantic walk to all the restaurants and entertainment without the nonstop noise of Duval. We enjoyed every minute and will be booking a future trip soon. Thank you for everything!

This property was perfect for my husband and my early 28 year anniversary as well as our 1st visit to Key West! It was clean and well stocked, and so close to everything! Communication with our host was excellent. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend to anyone else wanting to get away for a while.

It was a wonderful place in a perfect location! Bicycles were a must have for us (since we didn’t have a car) and 2 were included with the reservation (with locks). We used them every day to go everywhere! The place was very clean and provided all the necessities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We’ve stayed in this condo before and are so pleased with it. The furnishings are comfy and pretty; the tv is easy to operate and has a great picture; the kitchen is well equipped … we ate in a few times . The owners supply helpful info about local restaurants etc including an up to date insiders guide . The art work is high quality and coordinated … not tj max sale rack stuff . Numerous USB chargers are located throughout . Here’s an example of the owners’ dedication to guest comfort: the air conditioner went on the fritz on Sunday. They brought over a window unit immediately and had the air fixed the next day. Incredible. We’ve stayed in their properties at least a dozen times and have always been happy. Love the location. Quite yet close to the action.

This condo is in a great location! We biked to the beach and walked everywhere else. The pool is just steps away. Susan was great to work with!

Excellent property. Near all the good stuff, i.e. old town and the Green Parrot Bar. As close to the pool as you can get.. we rented from Susan before and would do it again. Also, assigned parking on site, which is a very big deal in Key West.

Property is safe, clean, quiet and pleasant. Owner is accessible via text or phone. Enjoyed my stay. I found it close enough to many locations. Bicycles are available for use. I chose to walk, however. Enjoyed my stay.
