The perfect location for a family visit

Utilized both #1 and #2 for a week over Thanksgiving. Charming, quiet, private, and cozy little houses with welcoming outdoor space. Loved our stay.

We visited the LA area to have a long weekend with my boyfriends son and girlfriend who live in Redondo and celebrate my boyfriend's daughter's birthday. We wanted our own place but have often stayed at a local hotel. We chose BBC due to location, privacy and peacefulness and that is exactly what we got. It's cozy for sure but it had everything we needed and the courtyard is a lovely way to start or end the day. I even lost $180 that accidentally fell out of my purse and David, a neighbor within the property contacted the owner (Wendy) who tracked us down and returned the money. It was a miracle that it was returned and shows there are still good people out there. Thank you David AND Wendy! I would recommend this to anyone.

We spent the last couple days of our vacation here after 4 days at Disneyland, and it was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the nearby beaches and restaurants. Perfect location as a base to explore and walking distance to the pier. We were here with our 2 kids, ages 6 and 9, and the futon provided plenty of extra sleeping space for them. Thank you for hosting us!

Wendy's cottage (we stayed in BBC#2) was everything we expected after reading the description and reviews on the website. Don't expect anything spacious, but the cottage is perfect for two people and loaded with charm and nostalgia. Very clean and convenient, and thoughtfully provided with all the essentials and then some. We'd love to stay again!

Wendy is a perfect host with kindness and personality as lovely as the little cottages she shares. We brought our bikes and felt we hit gold with the location. We will be back.

Wendy (the owner) is amazing and clearly puts a great deal of TLC into the cottages and property. The way the cottage was decorated, the grounds and different sitting areas - it was all incredibly charming and comfortable. Very short walk to pier and boardwalk. Would HIGHLY recommend this property. Next time we come to Redondo we will be checking to see if any of the cottages are available. Thanks for being such an amazing hostess Wendy!

Our bungalow was in the perfect spot for our visit to Redondo Beach and the pier. We could walk anywhere! The outside area was so charming and quiet as well! We will for sure coming back!

Wendy was fantastic and the cottage itself was very clean, charming and had everything we needed to cook our meals, enjoy beach activities and chill out at the end of the day. Will be back for sure.

These beach cottages are the most adorable! Just a short walk down to the Redondo Pier, they provided everything we could want. Comfortable, cute, available parking, quiet neighborhood... the best! We will definitely be recommending this to other friends and family who visit the area!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed this cottage. It is in a quiet location away from the chaos, yet close access to the action. It was wonderful to wake up early and run a few blocks to the pedestrian path along the beach. We would stay here again! Thank you!

Adorable, fully equipped bungalow, perfect for a beach stay and not too far from all the LA sights! I stayed here for a week and it was a pleasure to wake up to the beautifully landscaped garden and patio at this cozy home. Wendy is the best host—meeting me at check-in and providing not only info about the home but also any info and gear I needed for my time in the area! I had everything I needed for meals in the cute kitchen, I loved the claw foot tub in the bathroom! I’ll definitely be staying here when I come back!

The cottage was clean and cozy with a wonderful vintage vibe that totally nails the South Bay beach city mojo! Outdoor patio areas are private and inviting. Parking is easy, and the location is perfect for almost anything you want to do in this special part of LA. Wendy is an incredible host who goes above and beyond. Looking forward to returning soon!!

Comfort, Convenience and Spectacular. Those are the words we would use to describe this property. And the service from Wendy was exceptional, making us feel welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. We are so happy we found this property. It really feels like a surfer's oasis right next to the beach. All of the design work that has gone into the cottages and the property is amazing. It feels so comfortable and is exactly what our family was looking for as a quick getaway. We will be back many times. Thank you, thank you Wendy for making our vacation so perfect!

Loved this darling cottage. Wendy was terrific and actively made sure we were comfortable and happy. Small but everything you need…and nice outdoor public space to hang in the garden. We will definitely return!

I had stayed at this property a year ago and fell in love with the quiet neighborhood, closeness to the beach and restaurants, and of course, the kindness and care of the property owner. I told my wife that I wanted her to experience this lovely place, so we did a year later. The property owner is such a wonderful person who provided restaurant recommendations, information on the farmer's market a few blocks away, and places to get coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and love these bungalows!

The cottage was just what we needed; home away from home. Wendy went out of her way to send a video walk through since we couldn’t meet in person. The cottage is charming and welcoming. Short walk to everything we did; beach, pier, restaurants and family.
