Had a great time celebrating my sons 25th birthday with family and friends.

What a wonderful location for a girls trip getaway! We enjoyed not having to drive to a beach and the pool was a win when the ocean was too rough. Close to plenty and far enough from the boardwalk that it was relaxing and calm. The deck out back was a highlight for watching boaters, feeding ducks & watching sunsets. The condo was clean and, seemingly, well decorated. We think, the most decorated of all places we've stayed! I did find it odd that there wasn't information on the area/what's expected of us/welcome packet upon arrival. Plenty of sleeping areas (sleeps 6 comfortably, pull out couch would not be considered comfortable). The outdoor chairs made for good indoor seating at the dining table in a pinch. Great stocked cabinets for cooking. Ice maker in fridge was a plus. The bathroom in the master bedroom can use a new wax ring. We were calling that toilet the roller coaster ride. We did feel like the lighting in the living room was a bit dark and could've used more seating as opposed to the beautiful décor. Also, the guest rooms could use less décor so you can place a suitcase on the tops of the dressers. It's pretty, but less functional. These are all things that wouldn't deter me from booking/coming back, but could be an easy fix to push the condo from great to excellent! Thank you for a great stay!!

Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a great stay. Close to all amenities--tons of activities. If you're lucky enough to be there for the Sunday night fireworks, you've got a front row seat on the balcony. We will definitely stay again!

Our second time staying here and we absolutely loved it! Perfect location and great communication with the owner. Hoping to stay again next year.

This was our first time staying on the north end (off of the board walk) for a few nights on our way in. The owners were very attentive and responsive. The unit was clean and offered a nice distance between the two bedrooms. The pool was warm and it was just a short walk to the ocean. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and spacious! We loved that it had two tv’s since we had teenagers and it rained (being stuck inside, it helped with boredom ha!) It was convenient that it had dishes, and a full size refrigerator. We will definitely book again!

Affordable, and great location away from the all the noise of coastal highway.

Postives: -nice area of Ocean City (esp if you want a more sleepy or quiet section of housing). Plenty to do and eat immediately close by. -Good beach parking access nearby. -good communication with manager -Bedrooms pretty nice -Kitchen nice -Good pool Negatives: -Not enough seating in living area -Not enough lighting -Sliding doors didn't work well (master barely budged) -Dining table listed as seating 6, but barely being able to handle 4. -other minor annoyances like bathroom drain plug not working, and Master AC vent constantly rattling.

My brother and I took our mom on a little ocean city trip because she misses going with my late dad. The condo was clean and quiet. It was wheelchair accessible and Randy was a wonderful gentleman to work with. I highly recommend!

The location on the 3rd floor is good to watch fireworks and boats go down the water. Building with the swimming pool is front is nice. Used shopping charts to bring up goods from car. NEED to have OVEN cleaned, it was very dirty. Sceen door to outside is difficult to open. Its rusty on the bottom, maybe some cleaning would help. Inside living room with nautical theme is cool. Sofa is low, maybe could use a harded covered one. Future renters should bring some cooking supplies, bathroom supplies and linens. ALL in ALL a good choice to rent and use. I would say the place is about 8 of 10, but given cost of beaches hotels in the area, its a very good place to be.

The condo was clean and in a great location, walkable to stores and a few restaurants. The kitchen was also well equipped for some quick meals at home. We had a great stay!

I've been going to Ocean City for seven years .every year we stay at a different place this was the best by far.. this will be our spot from now on...

The condo was neat and clean and the beds were surprisinglycomfortablefor a vacation rental. The location of the property was perfect. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to get away for a week or weekend. The only negative was no wifi.

Property was perfect for a group of 4 woman just looking for a girls weekend. Everything was within walking distance and the property is lovely. The owners communication was excellent! Will use again!

This place was a gem! Its actually larger and roomier than it looks in the pics. Its really adorable. It was clean and in a great location to easily get to beach, shops, restaurants etc. A/C was great - which is important to us and the mattresses were also comfortable. The view down the canal to the bay at sunset was beautiful. We tried to be out on the balcony every night for it.

We had an absolute amazing weekend to kick off back to school. The owner was extremely attentive and flexible with our travel plans. Will be staying here in the future!!

This condo is in a great location with being right on the canal and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It's very quiet and the locals that live in the complex and surrounding complexes were very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Communication with Randy was great. Everything was clean when we arrived and it was the perfect space for our family of five. 120 th Street is a nice family area and we felt safe staying with our kids ranging from 4 to 13. The beach as a quick walk from the condo. The pool was also very nice. Having a full size kitchen was great! The only thing that we missed and it was completely my fault for not double checking the listing was WiFi. We were able to check our emails and such from our phones so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Also recommend using the OC Bay Hopper for the sunset cruise on the Bay. It’s located a short walk in the Food Lion parking lot. Would definitely stay at this property again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Randy’s place! Everything was perfect, check in was easy, place was so cute and very clean. We had everything we needed. The balcony was so nice to enjoy our morning coffee. Short walk to the beach and everything was in close walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
