This place was perfect for us. The location was great. Right outside from all the hustle and bustle but also close enough to get to everything without any headaches. The host was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend and hopeful we will return again.

This is our second stay at this condo - comfortable beds and furnishings with everything you need in the kitchen. We love having the pool nearby as an option. It's in a nice area with beautiful marsh views and food, shopping, and grocery options nearby. A short drive to multiple beach access points and the pier area. Great for families with kids of all ages.

This property was perfect for us. We liked being a little away from all the hussle, but it was really only minutes from the pier and everything St Simons has to offer. Loved the space of the place. It really can be for a big family. The pool is right there and the view from the porch is gorgeous! We loved the salt water pool!

Beautifully decorated 4 bedroom condo with all the comforts of home. Loved the location by the pool. Anne was very responsive when we had a question. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone going to the Saint Simons Island.

Condo suited us well for spring break! We spent a lot of time carting teenagers back and forth to the beach but my husband and I enjoyed it very much. Would come back again for sure!

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo. It had everything we needed. Nice pool—water was warm as a bath! Beds were comfy. Location is perfect. It smells like a new home.

Great stay
The condo was great! We enjoyed our relaxing stay for our “girls” weekend to celebrate my 50th birthday. I highly recommend it! The location is central to activities on St Simons Island and only 15 minutes from Brunswick. It is surrounded by a beautiful golf course which provides a great walking area for early morning exercise.

Great Sea Palms location! Spacious unit!
We have rented this property several times before. Always enjoy a nice stay. The location is perfect as we enjoy going to Sea Island and visiting with family near by.

Quiet location, great for families with young kids
We enjoyed our stay! The the condo is spacious with plenty of towels, nice (comfortable!) furnishings, and ample kitchen tools and dishes - we had all the items we needed to cook, bake, etc during our stay. This condo is perfect if you have small children or light sleepers in your party - it is well insulated from sound from adjacent units. The pool is right next to this unit and is a perfect pool for those with small kids since it doesn't get very deep. The owner is very responsive. Best of all it's just a short drive to many things St. Simons has to offer - including the beach!
