The location downtown in Durango is excellent, and communication with the owners was fast and easy. Great parking, large deck with fabulous views, comfy furniture, well-stocked kitchen, close to all the restaurants, shops, and even the river trail. Great stay!

Communication is key when renting a property from a private owner. From the very start of my search the host responded to every question I had in a timely manner. The property itself was VERY NICE. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was in Historic Durango only 2-blocks from the Durango-Silverton train Station.That being said you do hear the train horns in the early morning, not a big deal unless you want to sleep in. The condo is located above the Bicycle Shop and the owner of the shop is the owner of the condo. He was very nice and gave us tips on where to dine. He also gave us advice on riding our motorcycles up Million Dollar Hwy. He was very helpful as were the other employees of the shop. I will definitely book their property when I am back in the area.

Condo was within easy walking distance of great restaurants, shopping and for our purposes, riding the train. Elevator was great for elderly family members. Kitchen was very well stocked and condo was immaculately clean. Beds very comfortable. Finally, the view from the balcony was unbeatable. Have stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this beat them all for having everything you need, location and cleanliness.

This condo is contingently located above second avenue sports, and is proximate to all the downtown activity. We loved the comfort of the floor plan with a large view deck outside. The host was always available for our needs & responded quickly. The staff at the bike shop was very friendly, and knowledgeable about Durango trails and activities. We would like to stay hear again in the future.

We stayed here for a family ski get away and loved the property! I was so nice to be a BKW to walk down the street to eat dinner and shop in downtown Durango. The condo had ever we needed and a great set up for storing show equipment, boats and parks. We loved this modern clean place and would definitely stay here again!

The property has a amazing views, and is right in the heart of Durango. The patio is very large - and it was wonderful to sit on the patio table enjoying lunch. The condo is bright and overall very comfortable.

AMAZING location and incredibly roomy. The family thoroughly enjoyed the walking distance to Main Street and all it had to offer and then plenty of room to enjoy our evenings playing games around the large table and spectacular view from the grand patio! The patio really needed a sunshade as the weather was incredible for our visit. The beds are comfortable with crisp linens and kitchen was clean and stocked with all necessities. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone who values a convenient location and quality accommodations.

We loved our stay in Durango and our home was just perfect. It had everything we needed and more. A lot of little extras were included and it was very well stocked. We didn't need to go out for anything! The view from the patio is amazing and the location is really an added bonus. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here. Our son graduated college and we stayed for the weekend. We grilled on the deck and had a few friends over - it was the perfect venue for this.

Great access to the condo, with an elevator that takes you up above the store to the condo. Very calm and quiet area even in the middle of the day, but close to all the downtown hang outs. Nice privately balcony. They have thought of everything and provided a lot for our stay. Perfect place to stay.

Great place to meet with family and have thanksgiving dinner. Great location Only negative is that we would of Liked some coffee in the unit for breakfast.
