We had a great stay at Jasmine Place. Communication was super, check in was easy, and the location is perfect. We could walk everywhere, and the house was a beautiful place to recharge, hang out at the pool, or people watch on the porch. Loved that it's also pet friendly! Highly recommend this lovely home!

Sitting right next to the Hemingway House and direcrtly across from the Lighthouse (our night light for the evenings). The home is older and gives you a feel of being in a different Era in the Keys. Very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to walk to Duval Street and enjoy the night life. The driveway is very Slim but fits a golf care perfectly. If you stay on the weekend you may hear the music from Hemingway House , we enjoyed all the music. Pool was relaxing and had lots of floats to float your cares away. We would definatley stay with this property on future visits

Great place to spend a week

I'm very unhappy with my arrival experience. After 11 hours of traveling, we (my daughter & I) arrived at 11:30pm to find we were unable to gain access to the house. The code I was provided for the lockbox did not work. I called the emergency/after hours, phone number several times (and texted), I received no response. After waiting on the front porch of the rental house for two hours, all the while trying to find an available room at to a hotel to book, we finally left at 1:30am and had to uber to the only available resort north of town. The next morning I was provided with the correct lockbox code and able to enter the rental house, but I was given no compensation for the HUGE inconvenience, only reimbursement for my hotel room and uber fares. Very disappointed with the level of service and understanding I received. Also, the property smells of old cigarette smoke, so if you are sensitive to smells (or huge inconveniences) this is not the property for you.
