We absolutely love this hidden gem in Bonita. This is our second time staying here and it’s just fantastic. Pat and Richard are very welcoming and on hand if you need anything. The resort pool is beautiful and the location cannot be beat. Glad to have stayed again. Crazy golf across the street along with an escape room. Great pizza and restaurants that you could walk to if you wanted. Minutes from the beach. We will be back!

This property and the community is a hidden gem. We’ve been coming to Bonita for a few years and didn’t know this place was here. The condo is large and spacious with a lovely screened in patio overlooking the pool. Plenty of parking, easy access to beach and tons of restaurants and the best part was the resort style pool and sun beds. Beautifully kept and we will definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay.

Family beach vacation
The property was well cared for and clean. Location near the beach, close to restaurants, only 15-20 min to the airport is great. The pool was very nice and relaxing too. Too bad a tropical storm cut our vacation a few days short, but Pat and her team can't control the weather. Communication was easy and timely. Would rent again.

Great Place to Stay!
This unit was simply awesome. There was such an attention to detail and we were very pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities. The only thing one needs is clothing and toiletries as the unit comes very well stocked. Great location, great notebook of information. Will definitely be staying again.

Excellent first Vrbo experience
….so many great things to say, no negatives. Clean, comfortable, the swimming pools were crazy good. Close to all sorts of good food and activities with our rental car, or using the property shuttle. We will definitely use this listing in the future.

We ended up staying at the Sunshine Palace - a beautiful 3 bed - 2 bath corner unit. Large patio. Had a few little issues when we 1st got there but Pat had them fixed right away. It was great working with Pat....

Spring Break 2021 Finally a vacation:)
Stayed at this condo with my family for Spring Break. Very clean condo, low key atmosphere yet family friendly. Great beach. Pat and Sue had great communication. Five stars...could not have asked for anything better.

Bonita Village in Bonita Springs
We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, nicely furnished, stocked with plenty of towels and pillows, has a nicely equipped kitchen, two pools and the Gulf beaches 1.5 miles away. We also had access to beach chairs, water toys etc. The unit faced the pool and had a lovely lanai with a table and chairs. We would recommend this unit to others. Hope to visit again.

Fun in the sun
Pat and Sue at Waterside Realty we’re very helpful and communicative during the rental process. They also helped us setup a crib rental which was very helpful. The condo was clean and had nice furnishings. The pool was fun and had a tiki bar that serves food as well. It was also close to restaurants and the beach.

Amazing Spot
We loved our accommodations, it was very comfortable. The location on Bonita Beach Rd was close to restaurants, some within walking distance. The resort had a shuttle that would take you to the beach when you requested. We loved so much, we’re returning next year for 2 months.

Hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollem Pool
Wir verbrachten 8 Nächte in dieser äusserst grossen Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Pat verlief vorbildlich - auch wenn wir die Wohnung sehr kurzfristig (2 Tage von Ankunft) gebucht haben. Die Poollandschaft ist gerade auch für Kinder sehr toll. Die Wohnung können wir vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen!
