This is a great place. Very clean, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Transportation right outside the property if you need to go further. Staff is very helpful accommodating your needs.

This was our 3rd straight year at El Tamarindo. Carol has always been gracious to us, very accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area as well has her manager Felisa. You will find a sweetness about Felisa. She is always available and cares (helped us with questions about the Covid-19, always thinking ahead about our comforts and needs). Oh, and Felisa has an adorable cat named "Max". Max LOVES tuna juice. Carol's VRBO establishment has well-kept tropical gardens. Our room was perfect for our needs. Clean, AC, king bed, 2 relaxing chairs, and right out side our room was an amazing common room, just a few steps away. The common room has a full kitchen, perfect for cooking, or use it to relax with a good book or just wanting to build one of many puzzles. Carol's wonderful gem is a five minute walk to Play la Ropa... a beach with many happy faces and restaurants. Both Jungle Pizza (best pizza), and Adelista's Mexican restaurant (awesome food) are a five minute walk down the block. This is why we keep coming back! Last but not least is Trudi. She is so thoughtful and kind. Every cleaning she would leave pretty Hibiscus flowers on our bed and in our bathroom. My wife and I are looking forward to next year. Our home away from home. This property was well located for me as I had friends close by. as well as several good restaurants . All within a short walk. The large room was more basic and old than it looked in photos. The king size bed was very comfortable. The space needs fresh bathroom tiles and some paint.
