Nice house, great location for going into Charleston. The house was clean. However there were many bugs crawling on the bed in the upstairs bedroom, we sent in videos. The bugs were in the sheets and on the comforter . It took three hours of trying before someone got back to us. They insisted these were water bugs and harmless , we believe these were bedbugs, either way we would not sleep in a bed with bugs . We closed the door and two adults slept in the bunkbed room which is very tight and not meant for adults, bumping their heads many times and squeezing between the bunk bed to get to the bathroom. They did offer us a full refund if we wanted to leave but we had had a12 hr drive with a baby and had no choice but to stay . We tried looking for something so we could leave in the morning but everything was booked. With only 4 days in Charleston we decided to make the best of it, going in the room only to check after they came in the house while we weren’t there and sprayed and vacuumed and texted they saw no bugs , of course we went in when we got back and sent a new video with bugs on the bed. They gave us a $50 credit! This should not happen to anyone else, how was that bed washed and made and no one saw the bed full of crawling bugs! Nice house and location but BEWARE!

Our family loved the location, neighborhood, and proximity to stores, restaurants, the beach, and downtown Charleston. Very comfortable stay.

Our most recent trip to Charleston was amazing. The instructions were clear, the house was clean and accommodating and the communication was excellent. We really loved the house! It had everything that we needed for our stay in Charleston. Cannot wait to visit again!

great communication with owner- within 1/2 hr to everything charleston has to offer. greatg neighborhood - attentive to detail in decotrating- if we had cooked the home was well supplied - instructions very clear for check in and check out. would go back to this house in a heartbeat

This is a great house. Very cozy, clean and comfortable for our family of 6. The communication from the property manager was excellent. I highly recommend and would stay here again if in the area.

My wife and I, along with 2 daughters' families, were spending Christmas with our extended family who live nearby in Mt. Pleasant. Falling Moss was the perfect place to stay for the 8 of us. It was clean, had easy check-in and checkout, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Only minor problem was the heating system was often too cool downstairs and too hot upstairs. Would use the property again without hesitation.

Our family visited the area for a basketball tournament my daughter was participating in. The location of this house gave us very easy access to everything we needed. The kitchen was adequately stocked, and we really liked the layout of the house. We would definitely stay again the next time we visit Charleston!

Visited this home with my 3 sisters and mom. It was very spacious and the rooms and beds were very comfortable and decorated cute. The kitchen was stocked nice. The location worked for us and only took us a short 25 min ride into downtown Charleston but we were also close to the beach and Boone’s plantation which I recommend. We ate like queens and enjoyed all of our meals. Church & Union for lunch, Magnolia for dinner, and Pages Okra Grill and Red Drum the next day. Highly recommend them all. Also took a nice horse carriage tour downtown and walked through the market all the way to the Battery to watch the sunset.

Our whole family enjoyed this house. It was comfortable and so welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved having the laundry right off the kitchen. The bunkbeds were fun for our kids. This was close to grocery stores and easy access to sites.

The house was everything I expected and then some! It is so close to all the important things like grocery stores, coffee shops, and some restaurants. If you haven’t booked this house for your travel stay you definitely should! You won’t be let down!

The house was a short drive to Shipyard park. All details were perfectly thought out for our stay. It was perfect for the kids in our group and the adults too!

The house was perfect for 8 of us!! Close to Walmart, beach and lots of restaurants! Had a great stay and would stay again if I’m ever back in the area! Great communication with the property manager!

The property was so lovely, communication owners excellent. We loved the houses in the little community. Property was well equipped and beds were great. Wish we could stay another week!

Property site was a little ran through but stay was great. If I was to give any feedback to make our stay better it would be for the cleanliness. Floors were pretty dirty scuffs and dirt everywhere. Bedding could use toppers for cleanliness. Overall I would recommend. The owners were organized and kind.

This house was super cozy and the perfect getaway for the weekend. Easy to get to, plenty of space and lots of sunlight. The back patio was so peaceful and I can guarantee we will be back!

We had a wonderful week at Falling Moss. It was even more lovely in person than it was in photos. The common spaces are larger than we expected with beautiful tall ceilings. All of the appointments are luxurious. The furniture is extra large and super comfortable. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and we all slept really well. We even pulled the sheets up to see what brand they were so we could buy one when we get home. Our 2yr old had an amazing time and slept great in the kids room. They wisely blacked out the windows with a large shade. We can’t recommend this stay high enough. You will love it.--

We had a wonderful stay at Falling Moss. House is beautiful, loved the backyard. Quiet and cute neighborhood. Close to many stores, restaurants, and not far to the beach.

We enjoyed staying here and the Quiet neighborhood. It rained most of our stay so we didn’t get to use the outside amenities. The house was cute and spacious. Close to IOP and Sullivans Island. A bit of a drive to to downtown Charleston due to traffic. Overall we loved our stay!
