We enjoyed our Christmas at Aneta and Chester’s place two years ago so much that we couldn’t wait to come back! It’s the coziest spot in Venice with a lovely private backyard and heated pool. It’s 9 minutes from the beach, bike trails, parks and playgrounds. We highly recommend Magnolias in Englewood for a special night out.

This was the perfect spot for my husband & I to spend our honeymoon. It is within minutes to different beaches, stores & restaurants. We looked forward to swimming in the pool each day. The home is exactly what the pictures portray. Very clean, relaxing and safe. We felt as if we were at home! We were very appreciative of the beach chairs, umbrella, etc provided for our access to exploring different beaches. The owners are great to work with and had good tips/recommendations for the Venice area. We definitely will be back and encourage others to try this place out! It does NOT disappoint.

This house was a perfect place for us to spend Thanksgiving and reflect on how good life can be. Everything from the inside to the outdoor decor is warm and welcoming. Both bedrooms have king sized beds which was not only great for my husband and I but great for my kids who shared the second bedroom. The saltwater pool is heated and very inviting! Aneta and Chester were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed… even gave us instructions on how to access Fox Sports so we could watch the World Cup! We would love to stay here again in the future!

My son and I decided to go to our most favorite spot to soak up some Florida sun! CasaCoco was better than we imagined! This gorgeous home was equipped with everything we needed! Next time we will pack less! The pool area is a nice place to wind down the evening and just relax. Communication with Chester was perfect! He’s very friendly! We felt welcome! What a beautiful home! Everything was absolutely spotless, the beds were quite comfortable, and the pool/lanai area was so relaxing. The kitchen was also well equipped, so we didn't have to eat out every meal. Chester & Aneta were wonderful to work with, ensuring that we had everything we needed – from beach chairs/coolers to good restaurant recommendations. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

I'll try to describe perfection in 2 words: Casa Coco. The house is just as described and even better than the pictures. It has every thing you may need for a great beach vacation. It is conveniently located within Venice and overall in Florida, very close by there is a big grocery store, good lunch/ dinning options, gas station, the beach, etc. . Close to several beaches in Florida as well, so if you want to visit one different every day, like we did, you can do that (Manasota beach, Venice Pier, Caspersen, Siesta Key, Manatee Beach, etc.) From 8 min drive to 30 to 45 minute drive, excellent location. The house is super clean, one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest we've stayed at. The pool area is superb!!! we spent most evenings there just chilling out after a great beach day and having dinner outside. The distribution of the house is ideal; 2 spacious and confortable rooms separated by a beautiful kitchen and living area. The kitchen is very functional and has everything you'd need to prepare any meals. House has a big garage that fitted easily our minivan. Very easy to unload and load as garage is connected to the house. The vibe of the house is very relaxed and there are inspirational/relaxing quotes throughout the house that help a lot to disconnect and get into vacation mood.. Chester and Anneta are GREAT hosts, very responsive and you can feel the care and detail they put into every aspect of the house for their guests and this starts with the welcome details we found at our arrival. Great surprise!!. All the 5 star reviews you see are real and spot on, I read them and that helped me decide, but honestly I thought "to good to be true"...well... it is all good and true. We've stayed at both properties by this host and we really love them. They are clean, beachy decor and they stock EVERYTHING! I mean, scissors and baggies - things that typical places just don't think about. And they sure come in handy! You also get access to the private beach for that community, just a ferry ride away, which is an extra treat!

First off the house was immaculately clean and organized with cute decorations everywhere. There are two coffee makers (one Keurig and one regular that takes cone shaped filters). The house has been remodeled and was stocked with everything we needed, both bedrooms have king beds and are very comfortable as well. The backyard pool area is very private and has seating for at least 10 people if you count the couch and dining table. There were plenty of beach towels for the back yard and the pool was heated perfectly. The house is close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. The owners are very nice and promptly responded to a question of ours. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us !!!! Rich and Terri

For anyone skeptical of all of the 5 star reviews, rest assured. The reviews are accurate, and the rating is well-deserved. My wife and I just returned home from a relaxing long weekend at Casa Coco. Communication with Chester and Aneta was efficient and timely. The house is absolutely spotless, and equipped with virtually everything needed. The saltwater pool is a gem. We spent most of our time in the pool , relaxing in the comfortable furniture on the pool deck, and eating meals at the outside table. The pass provided for the South Venice Beach ferry is a fantastic addition to the Casa Coco experience. A 4 minute drive to the ferry landing, then a 5 minute boat ride to a private and secluded beach is a treat not to be missed. The first thing I did after arriving back home was start planning a return trip to this magical Florida paradise. Thank you, Chester and Aneta, for your thoughtfulness and hospitality.

The house was exactly as described in the listing. It was super clean (my most important criteria), cozy, had everything you need, decorated beautifully, and we felt safe. The owners were so kind and so quick to respond if you had a question. We feel like we hit the jackpot when we found this rental and we will definitely be back.

Bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house so, it was like having 2 suites. It was great having a garage to pull into and park. We were here during the tropical depression Elsa so, Chester checked in on us and made sure the pool was taken care from all the rain. Pet friendly was important to us because we have 2 dogs that are like our kids and they loved being outside with us in the pool area. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Venice.

Great place to enjoy the water, either beach or pool. And this property provided everything that was needed from beach chairs and toys to pool floats and lounges. The pool and deck area were large and open with lots of room for the whole family. A perfect outdoor living space. The split living plan indoors was great with ample private spaces and an open living area to meet in the middle.All our needs were anticipated leaving us free to enjoy our stay without a care. Furnishings were fresh, modern and super clean. Perfect down to the last detail!
