Overall neat house, very disappointed by the number of roaches - yea roaches I had to kill in the kitchen. Full grown and baby roaches- total turnoff!!!

This has everything, an indoor pool, putt putt golfing, rivers, golfing, dining, hiking. Wineries... could not have been better! Also had a great view

This villa was perfect for a weekend getaway with my family! We loved being close to the brewery and all Shawnee has to offer. As someone who has been visiting Shawnee my whole life, I have greatly enjoyed watching the properties be revitalized over the past few years. This unit has very comfortable beds and living room seating areas. Slight improvements could continue to be made to update the property, such as providing bath mats and fixing slight water damage, but overall we had a great stay!

The home was neat/clean and organized. We appreciated the sheet with local information, we did not realize mini golf had an extra fee though, we thought it was included. The location was great though.

The townhome was nice with everything we needed. Lots of steps- spread throughout 3 floors with bottom just the entry way and “mud room”, second floor is living room, kitchen and master suite with two twin beds, third floor is a bathroom and full size bed. This property is located on a golf course near the Shawnee Inn. The brewery and the restaurant located within the property was nice. I wish the pool was closer. You have to drive to it. Good for active adults, as we came to hike and relax, not so great for nanny & kids who don’t drive and not much to do on site. Wish the tvs were smart TVs. Would come back though.

Property and everything in it was well maintain and very comfortable. Resorts offers daily activity for guest. They will try to convince you to take the time share chat, unless you are interested don't waste 1.5 hrs of your day. Great Peruvian restaurant minutes away from our villa. Will be using this place again in the near future.

Shawnee is a wonderful place to relax. The property location and facilities are good, but the front desk staff was rude. We had to deal with Judy and she was super rude. Mini golf was listed as included, but we had to pay at the front desk.

Everything about this house was so awesome. The views, the fireplace. We really enjoyed our stay the property was so awesome. i will visit again soon before the spring.

The Shawnee Inn resort is cozy & right on the water - beautiful. Decent accommodations for the price - the condo is cozy & cabin-ish, which is what is to be expected if you are going to the Poconos. Bathrooms could use a heavier cleaning & updating.

Perfect location (River Village I) to the golf course. Price was right!

Property is located in a quiet area of resort but close to all the amenities and restaurants. Property manager made the whole process easy.

Beautiful Mountain View. Plenty of things to do in area. Super easy booking process and detailed instructions from owner. Would definitely return.

Pleasant and relaxing getaway for a few days

Very clean and functional two story unit for our weekend stay at Bushkill and 5 minutes to get to restaurants. TV with good selection of channels. AC works fine but does have an issue with distribution (first floor will be cold if upstairs is cool).

On the golf course. We are not golfers but it was a nice property nice place to walk around. Lots to do in the area but book ahead of time Al and all a great experience

It was a nice and clean house to stay at with the family. Nice view of wilderness from the patio, can see wild animals roaming around in the evening. The house is right next to all the spots you will need such as supermarket, restaurant, and activity areas.

Overall disappointing. We were not allocated the condo that was in the pictures and the listing, which was in River village 1. This sector was full and we went to River village 2. We did not see the views on the golf that were described in the listing, nor could we enjoy the easy access to the river that River Village 1 has. We "enjoyed" the view on the parking lot and neighbors. NOT good. Access to the pool was limited, due to COVID, which is normal. However you need to book a slot by calling the pool concierge, and it is not easy to get him to pick up the phone.... hopefully we ended up going in the 3rd day. Wonder why the second pool is closed. People in charge of helping guests with activities were helpful, but not always aware of the many Covid restrictions impacting the ziplines area, the karting etc... that would have been very helpful ! On the bright side, services were perfect, the tech team could fix my internet connection issue, the maintenance came quickly to repair the dishwasher, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I guess we were not prepared and disappointed by not getting what we booked on VRBO

My family and I had a wonderful time in this condo. The location is great - accessible to so many places where you can enjoy the great outdoors. Our nights on the screened-in porch were so peaceful. The beds were very comfortable. Our only issue was the water pressure was a bit on the low side, but that was it. The maintenance people were quick to respond to any needs or issues. The pool was very nice - if you are traveling in 2020, while there are still some restrictions due to Covid, you will have to call ahead and reserve a two-hour slot at the pool. The indoor amenities, such as the gym and arcade, were closed due to the pandemic, as of July 2020. I would recommend this listing if you are a family or couple looking for a comfortable spot near hiking, activities on the river, Camelback, and other Poconos attractions. The owner was a pleasure to work with.

The condo was immaculate and very spacious. It had absolutely everything we needed and is only minutes to the mountain. We definitely hope to return! Thank you for a great stay!!!

The property was very well maintained and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely stay there again with our grandkids. The activities were well organized and were kid friendly.

This is a very nice townhouse! Perfect for a family with kids! There are beautiful views of the Delaware River! The view from the master bedroom is so peaceful! There is a small tiled area inside the front door that is great for skis and coats. There is a cozy fireplace in the living room. The bathrooms were nice and there were plenty of towels.. The resort offers easy access to Shawnee and Camel Back, restaurants and outlets! There is a pool and game room a short drive away, that is perfect for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

The organization of the resort staff is really bad. The check in process was miserable and confusing, mainly based on the fact that this is a time share, but also because the staff was largely clueless as to the details of their own property. Upon arrival, we were told our reservation was cancelled. Then we spent an hour seeing 4 different units as the first three didn’t look anything like the pictures on VRBO and one of the units was already occupied by another family. The assistant manager with whom we were dealing with was incompetent. Her knowledge of the resort for which she “managed” was minimal. Once we got to the 4th and final unit, we were pleased with its location in the resort. The unit was a perfect size and had a good layout. The only real downside was the age of the carpet. We will not be coming back to this property due to poor management, but if you can stomach long lines at check in and a staff that’s less than impressive, give it a shot.
