We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place for our family to gather from the east coast. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, including lots of parking and more than enough comfortable seating in various spaces throughout the home. We loved the indoor and outdoor spaces including the hot tub. Communication was clear and easy, we were able to arrange a slightly early check-in, check-out instructions were reasonable. The location was convenient for all of our needs. We would have liked full length mirrors in at least a bedroom or two for getting ready, and it might have been nice to have light/fan switches labeled, but those are minor complaints/suggestions.

We had this house for a few days just to meet with some of our team for a few days and it was perfect! We could move to different spaces within the house for a change of scenery and the home has a very warm and welcoming feel.

The house was perfect for our family of 14. The location is great - close to everything. The house has plenty of rooms, space, upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen was perfect - we loved our stay. I loved the fireplaces

This property was the perfect choice for our group. The kitchen was spacious enough to comfortably serve 16 at each meal. The rooms and beds easily accommodated our large group. The location was central to all of our events which made travel easy. Overall, this property gave our group a comfortable, relaxing home like feel the duration of our stay. We will definitely use this location in the future!

We were a family of 19 people (ages 5-82) gathering for the Thanksgiving holiday. This house was perfect for us. We had 9 people staying at the home and the locals joining us during the day. There was plenty of space to be together (or apart). The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. We really loved our stay here. We did have some issues with the ovens not working during our stay, so if you're planning to do lots of cooking I would check with Teri beforehand to ensure everything is working properly again. Teri was an excellent host - easy check-in and great communication overall. This was a great find for us as we'd love to return to the area for another family visit in the future! Thank you again!

Several family members traveled here to spend a long weekend and celebrate 3 birthdays. We wok had a great time and enjoyed the size of the house. Everyone has a room and the living room was large enough for us all to gather. Very comfortable house, highly recommend 😊

This house was great for the 5 sets of parents in town for Parents Weekend. Lots of room to spread out, cook and eat meals with all our college kids and friends! Ping pong table and the large yard were a huge hit. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.

We loved this property! We had 17 people in our group and we never felt crowded at all! We had ping pong tournaments and nights soaking in the hot tub. And Teri was great when we had a couple of requests. We would definitely book again.

This house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-stocked. We had a large group of women and some babies, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The backyard is great for games and relaxing. Highly recommend!

The layout was wonderful! Everyone had their own space yet we could all gather in the large kitchen/dining and living areas. We enjoyed the outdoor areas…huge yard, patio and deck. The location was great for us and easy to find. This property would really shine with a little more attention to minor repairs and cleaning, but certainly a great place! We highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

Our family vacation this year was "Boise or Bust." After looking at reviews of this home, we booked it, mostly because it looked like it would be be big enough to accommodate everyone (17 of us, all sizes). It sure did-And then some!. I don't think the photos can do the house justice. It had 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two large gathering areas (living room, family room) which were even big enough to do a "pioneer dance : )" and at least 3 large TVs. Everyone (and each family) had the space they needed; The large kitchen and dining table (room for at least 12) made it possible for us all to eat together in the same vicinity (counter space with chairs, patio and breakfast nook are very close by. There was a game room with a ping pong table (so fun!) and the back yard was huge, and beautiful! There is a playhouse in the fenced backyard that the kids loved, and space to run around in! Hide and seek, anyone? (I'm thinking indoor hide-and-seek would be a definite challenge for the seeker!) The bedrooms were so nice and big, clean and everything was well-maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots and pans, bowls, platters, and table settings--and a dishwasher to take care of clean-up Two ovens made cooking for a large group a lot easier! I wish we would have realized beforehand what there was to do in the house and we would have planned to spend more time THERE! Still, we enjoyed whatever time we DID have! So glad we found this house. Highly recommended!

Our family loved our stay here. Big, spacious home with great areas for gathering, especially the huge sectional couch in the great room. Large, beautiful backyard for playing spikeball, trac-ball, frisbee, etc… with a view of the Boise mountains. The decks have lots of seating to watch the backyard fun and enjoy morning coffee with a mountain view. I made a special request that the host graciously granted, although she didn’t have to do so… I appreciated that. And the host always responded immediately to my messages. We made lots of family memories in this home… We hope to return! Thanks, Teri!

This was a perfect property for our family reunion. Lots of parking in the circular driveway. Easy access from I-15, close proximity to stores and restaurants, lakes and activities. We loved the kitchen table with 10 chairs, a kitchen nook (which could use some more lighting) had additional seating as did the counter. Just outside the kitchen was a covered patio with a table and chairs that the kids liked eating at too. Two spacious rooms with TVs for movie watching, the game room with the ping pong table was a hit with the teens. The large backyard was perfect for family kickball games and a water balloon battles. We let the youngest crew roam free for hours out back. They loved the weeping willow and the little playhouse! The property manager was quick to respond to any messages that we sent. The property had lots of kitchen items, though the large frying pan really needs to be replaced. It has seen lots of use. Plenty of plates and glasses, serving dishes, large mixing and serving bowls, a crockpot and even an air fryer. The hot tub was a bit of a disappointment, though it got used in spite of the water being very coudy and the seating area needing a good cleaning and some repairs. We mentioned the water to the property manager and she checked it after our stay and said they would drain it and fill it again with clean water. Many of the bathroom and bedroom door locks are broken which made some people uncomfortable. Easy fix with new knobs.

Our family agrees that we wish we could pick up this house and take it with us wherever we travel! Plenty of room for everyone. Especially loved the large Great Room and the deck. Thanks for a great stay. We all wanted to stay longer and can't wait to return to Boise to visit the new Bride and Groom!

Large space, impressive yard and rooms. Very communicative host. Clean. No complaints! We had a large group of about 18 adults and all stayed comfortably. About 10-15 minutes drive to downtown.

This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. It is a fantastic house with easy access to freeway, stores, etc. We had 11 adults and two children in town for a wedding. One of the requirements for the wedding date was to make sure this house was available! Absolutely perfect and Teri was really easy to work with. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood and located within close proximity to the airport. With 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a big kitchen and lots of space, we had everything we needed. I would rent this house again. Loved it. Thank you.

Had an amazing time. Lots of space for all to spread out. Our second time to rent this property. Some trouble heating the place but still had a great time.

This was the perfect place for a large group. Teri and Dan were fabulous host. We had a slight hiccup with a furnace on one side of the house and Dan had me check a few things then quickly had the repairman out in 30mins and was fixed just as fast. Right before the test of the family arrived. Everyone thought it was the perfect place. Teri even helps with a last minute hair and makeup artist Amanda for my mom, the minister's wife and me. We stayed here for the State Wrestling Tournament. It was just about 15 - 20 minutes from the Ford Center and we were able to avoid the craziness in Nampa for the weekend.

This VRBO was very spacious. All the information on the listing is accurate. We had 15 people from infants to adults and we still had more rooms than we needed! The back yard was large and fenced in which was great for kids. Location was great as it was located within minutes of any type of shopping needs and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Boise. The owner was great and quick to respond to messages.

I rented this house for a family reunion and it was so amazing. Teri is such a good host. We had damage to a dining room table and she worked with me trying to repair and with the insurance I took out. Couldn’t ask for a better host!

We stayed there to attend our daughters college graduation and we had family stay with us and the home was roomy and very inviting. It felt like a winter chalet. The home needs a little updating but it was very clean and comfortable.

Was a lovely house for our ladies retreat. Only had 11 ladies and it was plenty of room. So large it took awhile to find our way around. Hehehe
