We just spent 8 nights in F102 and the condo was even better than advertised. The entire condo was very well done with nice furnishings, and all of the little things you need to make your stay much more enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with nice appliances, cookware, wine glasses and decanters, and there were even 3 types of ziplock bags in the drawers. Ziplock bags are an example of something that they thought of that was small that really is handy when you need it on a trip. There were beach bags we could use and other little things that made it feel like home that you don't find in many places. The space is quite large. Each bedroom is a pretty good size with basically two rooms that could be the master. The bathrooms were very large also and well equipped. The outdoor living space was great and the plunge pool was a real treat on a hot afternoon. The entire complex was very nice and the location cant be beat. The pools were very nice. The beach was wonderful and there was always someone there to set up a chair and umbrella for you. If you are looking for a great spot that is a little more high end, but not part of a hotel then this is a perfect spot for you. We walked down to the Four Seasons for a drink and dinner. The Four Seasons was great as always, but I was much happier with the lower key (less crowded) Wailea Beach Villas. I was also really happy we had our own kitchen and space to hang out. We have been fortunate to stay in some great places over the years, and this was one of the nicest places we have ever rented. We would definitely stay there again!

What an amazing rental property. My family and I have been coming to Maui yearly for 10 years and this by far is the best rental. Condo is fullyn stocked, super clean and great location. Will definitely rebook in the future.

This property is absolutely fabulous! Great location, very clean, and owner provides all the extras that you would ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back again for another visit. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

We had an amazing stay at Bali Hai. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could have imagined we needed. The lanai and plunge pool were so great we never wanted to leave. The service was also fantastic. We can't wait to come back!

Jane, with Private Paradise Villas, met us at the unit when we arrived. She took the time to show us through every room to point out switches and remotes, and to made sure we knew where everything was located. The Villa is well built, beautifully furnished and decorated. The grounds are lush, green and groomed daily. The property is gated and very private, but it is easy to access nearby shops and hotels with the door key. My wife and I, along with our youngest daughter and a friend of hers, stayed for nine days. The girls used the pools and beach while we caught up on rest. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are quiet and isolated. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. All the appliances, utensils, dishes, glasses and flatware are high end. We took several day trips to explore the island and it was always nice to return to the villa in the evening. When it came time to leave the management group noticed our flights did not depart until late at night. They called and offered a late afternoon/early evening check out which was extremely helpful. We were able to relax all day and shower before heading to the airport. Thank you!

Lots of open space and comfortable. Worked well for 6 people. Close to stuff (shopping, restaurants and beach) but private and away from the crowds. Indoor / Outdoor space was fantastic.

The Villa was incredibly well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. It was a short stroll to the beach or to the two pools available for resident as well as the local shopping center. Having cleaners come in everyday was great. They were quick and fairly thorough. We will absolutely be staying again!!

Outstanding!!!! From the beautiful villa to the complete and competent Management! We have stayed at many rentals in the last 30 years and this was by far the best overall experience! We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family! Aloha!

My family and I stayed here for a week in July. Beautifully furnished place with everything you would want in a kitchen. Beds were extremely comfortable. The ability to open the sliding doors to provide an indoor/outdoor feel was the best. My grandsons enjoyed playing in the plunge pool. Only quibble (and it is a small one) is that there was no room to store dry goods. But, believe me, this did not detract from the enjoyment. The management was on top of everything, including making sure we had water for the expected power outages due to the tail-end of a hurricane (which didn't make landfall). I really appreciate the extra detail and service.

Beautiful place! We had an amazing time. Only reason for not giving a four star rating: Each room has nice large televisions but really complicated to operate. Spent too much time reseting cable ect. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. It has everything you could possibly need. But...there is no room at all for dry goods or non refrigerated items Other than those two issues we were very happy!!

The villa had absolutely everything a family could ever want or need. We loved opening the doors for an indoor/outdoor environment in the early morning as the birds were singing and the sun was shining. We could see the whales jumping in the ocean. The property was beautiful and quiet even though we were there during peak season. The pool was wonderful as well, and we enjoyed having service on the beach with chairs, umbrellas and towels. We spent most of our time off property as our son showed us all the local sites. The beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and cooler were so handy and the daily housekeeping service allowed us to leave early in the morning and come home to a clean villa. I would recommend this villa to any family, as we truly had the most remarkable vacation there!

Spacious, nicely furnished, immaculate. Modern appliances, easy access to the beach. Easy check in. The splash pool was a nice feature, but leaked on the side, creating a mud pool which was easy to step in. Also it's too bad the adults only pool is right by the beach and we have to pass thru it with our kids, who inevitably ask why they can't swim in such a nice pool while enduring glares from the adults.
