We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was the perfect location and very close to town. It was also pretty quiet at night compared to other spots in town we have stayed at over the years. Sam was very responsive and accommodating to our requests and questions. It was cool to stay in such a historic house. Everything was very clean. It was more than enough room for our group of 3 adults and 1 kid, with lots of extra space. The bedrooms are all a great size. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook. Overall, it is nicely maintained and updated. The upstairs tub could use updating. At first, the upstairs bathroom seemed a little awkward since it connected two of the bedrooms for access to the back staircase, limiting use of the back stairs if someone was in that bathroom. We made a plan to let everyone know if someone was in that bathroom, with the middle bedroom using the "secret" closet connecting to the bunk room for access to the back stairs. Of course the front stairs give normal access to the downstairs for those two bedrooms so not a big deal at all, but just to mention. It's an old house, so part of the layout. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great spot for a getaway weekend. Location is perfectly close to town. But just far enough away so it’s quiet. Nice little coffee shop steps away. No need for a car. 10 min walk from Steamship and 5 from Hy-line and stop n shop. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our girls weekend was wonderful at this property! We loved how it was within short walking distance to everything in town, and you could even see the water from the master bedroom. It’s quirky - being over 200 years old, the floors aren’t always level and the stairs are steep, so you do have to be careful as you walk in certain corners - but the quirks are a big part of the charm. The kitchen is beautiful and had all of the basic pots/pans/dishes we needed. The style is cute and clean, the grocery store is very close, and the owners checked in to make sure we were all set. Definitely would recommend!

We had a great stay walking all over the historic seaport and renting a jeep to see the rest of the island. Loved the cozy fireplaces!

Perfect location in close walking distance to town and the ferry. The house is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and thoughtfully restored. The kitchen had everything we needed which was great. We came during a historically cold weekend and enjoyed the gas fireplaces! I would definitely come back- highly recommend.

I am a contractor working in Nantucket and have stayed in this house several times. I love this hose for its location and cost.

Very comfortable and well-appointed house. Two TV's. Full kitchen with all imaginable appliances. Classic old house with steep staircases so possibly not great for elderly or people with small children. Great house and comfortable beds and furniture. W/D etc. Will stay here again if available.

We had the absolute best stay! Beautiful home with all amenities needed. The owner was super helpful and very quick with responses to questions. Excited to stay at the house in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay in Nantucket. The amenities were wonderful and everything was very clean. Very comfortable and welcoming. It’s a great location to walk to all of the shops and restaurants. Convenient walk to the ferry as well! Highly recommend staying at this lovely spot!

Could not be a better location. House was very cozy and well equipped.

This property is really good, historic, near everything in downtown, has a parking spot, everything you would want if you for a stay near town. One thing I would note that is more preference than critism is that from the pictures it is hard to the tell but the bathroom upstairs is shared by all 3 rooms. If you book this house make sure you are comfortable with that situation with your other guests. Looking to come back next year with our kids.

Everything was as described, and Sam was fantastic. Everything you need for the beach is there, and you can walk to everything in town.

This is a classic old New England home with wide board hardwood floors and nooks and crannies (it took us half a day before we realized we hadn’t seen the half bath. Search crews were deployed and it was found). It is tastefully decorated and the beds were all super comfortable. The upstairs layout is interesting, as all three bedrooms are attached by one of the bathrooms. However, PRIVACY IS POSSIBLE, as there are two staircases. The bunk room is accessible easier by dining room stairs (full bath at the base of those stairs). The other two rooms accessible by front stairs off that hallway. We came from the Steamship Authority with roller bags and it was an easy walk. We got coffee from the Handle Bar cafe next door each morning (very tasty). Diagonally across the way is a Nantucket shuttle Bus stop and a rack full of Sandy Pedal ebikes (ebike rental using an app). The host, Sam, was very communicative and responsive to any of our inquiries. Overall a nice stay.

This Nantucket home was so comfortable and the location was right in the heart of Nantucket. Samuel the owner was a pleasure to rent from, he made checking in and checking out effortless. The extra bonus is a coffee shop right next door!!! I would hightly recommend this home for the perfect Nantucket vacation.

Steps from the harbor, stop and shop and downtown eateries and shops. House was well stocked and loved the layout upstairs and downstairs. We walked everywhere and also enjoyed the beach off of Washington.

House built in 1750 with lots of character. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Extremely clean and cozy. With parking adjacent to property. Short 5 minute walk to center of town, restaurants, shops and supermarket. We walked to dinner every day. My kids loved the house, will not recommend for a toddler. Used our car to drive around the island and visit the beach.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It has so much character and you can’t beat the location. It was very clean and well decorated.

An old Nantucket house like this is exactly the right environment in which to tell the tragedy of the Pequod to wide-eyed children before bed.

This property is immaculately clean. I brought lysol wipes and didn't even have to use them. (I am that person who wipes down everything - even before Covid). The location is great - walking distance to shops and restaurants.
