Property was very nice, and the owners were exceptionally helpful and willing to answer questions. We would stay there again.

Great little cabin. Couple of deer there to greet us when we pulled up. Creek out back, nice deck to just sit and enjoy the peaceful cool pines.

Such a great cabin with everything you need. We had alot of family fun!!

You can’t ask for a more tranquil setting! Morning coffee on the back patio with the stream gurgling and beautiful wildlife to enjoy (squirrels, birds, even a pair of fawns!). The downstairs living space was very nice and the kitchen was tiny but it worked! Everything was clean, and there were plenty of towels and linens. The pictures didn’t quite show how tiny the upstairs bedrooms were. You can stand up straight at certain places up there but have to stay hunched to move around. The stairs were tricky, too, as they are tight and quite steep and narrow. Fortunately, we put our young adult kids up there and they did fine. Very cute place. Can’t beat the proximity to the lake! Beautiful area.

This peaceful, cozy cabin was a perfect getaway for us and our two older boys! We very much enjoyed the peace of the outdoors...the sound of the stream running right off the back of the property, watching the deer and listening to the birds! The perfect location of the cabin (away from the busy) still allowed us to travel to a couple of trailheads we had on our agenda to hike while visiting Colorado...One just down the road from the cabin and another in Silverton. (We made it to Ice Lake!) We also enjoyed visiting downtown Durango as well as spending much needed quiet time at at the cabin! Our 23 year old son even said “I could live in this cabin!” Thank you so much to the owners for always being so responsive and for sharing their home with our family! We will definitely recommend it to others!

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at this quaint and cozy piece of paradise! We so enjoyed the cabin itself as well as the deer, birds, chipmunks, and the idyllic stream right outside the back door! The owner was very responsive to our needs and met our every expectation! We would book this property again in a heartbeat!

Communication with was very easy and always timely. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen and bathroom was well stocked (pots, dishes, condiments; soaps, shampoos, towels). Very peaceful, quiet, and convenient location. We would absolutely stay again.

We made fabulous family memories at this darling cabin in the woods! We loved playing badminton, listening to the lovely mountain stream in backyard and taking walks around the neighborhood. It was nice to unplug and reconnect.

We so enjoyed our visit. There was plenty for the kids to do and the quiet neighborhood was so peaceful. We all loved to watch the deer coming through the yard, relaxing in the hammock and listening to the creek out back. Would love to visit again!

Easy and enjoyable!!!

The owners were amazing and so helpful. The cabin was so charming and full of wonderful touches (bikes, bug spray, games, extra towels). We had a very nice time and highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing get away.

The four of us stayed at the cabin for a week and we had such a wonderful time. The cabin has everything you need and then some, it's well equipped, clean and in a great spot. We used it as our base to explore the region with a number of amazing hikes. We also enjoyed the creek behind the house, the lake close by and so much more. Hope to be back soon... Thanks!

This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Lots of things to do outside such as bike riding or badminton or just sit by the stream in backyard. We enjoyed grilling out even for breakfast with the cast iron griddle provided. It was a wonderful getaway.

We had a great time. The river is right in the backyard and could hear the sound of the flowing water all the time. Great time!

We had an amazing visit. Loved sitting outside and listen to the river. Nearly every night it was cool enough to have an outside fire. The property owner was amazing with a quick fix when we locked ourselves out of the cabin.

We had a very fun and relaxing time at the cabin. Everything was very thought through with the provisions....right down to the mosquito spray and flashlights! We loved seeing deer every day, including a doe with a small fawn!!! Our boys LOVED trying to catch trout in the backyard stream, and I loved sitting on the yard chairs with the sound of the stream and the fresh smell of pines! Our kids asked if we could come back to this cabin next year again! Thanks for a wonderful getaway!!!
