House was awesome. Top 5 VRBO we have stayed in. It was perfect for the 3 couples. Quite neighborhood. Great location for all things in round rock. Georgetown. House was clean and as advertised!!!!! Would definitely stay her again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fantastic. The creek in the back was peaceful and teaming with fish and birds. The paddle boat made for a fun way to take it all in.

We had a great stay at this location! Mary and Gary were fantastic hosts and even offered us extra amenities for our kids. The house if fully stocked and in a gorgeous setting. We hope to be back!

I’ve stayed in lots of short term rentals, but this home was the best by far. The home was immaculate and spacious! The room arrangement offered lots of places for our six people to gather, and the furniture was very comfortable., as were the beds. Now for the outside…even better than the inside! It felt like our own private resort. It had a lush green lawn, cozy fire pit, a tree swing, and a fun paddle boat. We enjoyed the large patio where we could look out at the river and surrounding trees. Gary was such a thoughtful host. Brought us more firewood for the outdoor pit when we ran out. He was at our beck and call. Don’t miss your opportunity to stay here!

Property was very nice, clean, well equipped with lots of amenities. Host had instructions and helpful hints. All the beds are queen size, would have been really nice to have one King size but all beds were comfortable. The beds were higher so you might need a step stool if you’re not used to a higher bed. Sitting at the fire pit by the water was so relaxing and there was a fan to keep the breeze moving. Younger adults had fun with water activities. We would stay there again.

Nice rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful view. Lots of wildlife (deer, cows, birds). Paddle boat and paddle boards for water fun. Also a fishing pole and supplies. Very nice long weekend.

It’s a little far out but that makes it peaceful, and it was still within 10 minutes of groceries and restaurant. The house was beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture, decorated for the holidays and really comfy. The creek side location was idyllic and we enjoyed using the peddleboat.

This was a spacious, clean home. The views were excellent and the peaceful area was perfect. Nice quiet retreat from the busy city. We loved the wildlife and wished we had more time to hang out and fish or use the paddle boat.

Everything about our visit to this house was memorable! Great place to spend time with family in the area, extremely relaxing when it was just me and my spouse, listening to the sound of the creek each evening was a special treat, and the chance to enjoy the water was an added bonus. The house was extremely clean and well furnished, the owners were friendly and helpful, the beds were extremely comfortable ... in other words, all you would want from a vacation rental. We will absolutely plan our next trip to the area for when this home is available!

This home is exactly as pictured-spacious and clean. The wildlife was amazing- deer, blue heron and turtles were so much fun to watch. The hosts were incredibly responsive and we are looking forward to returning in the fall.

There is access to anything you would like from walking trails, parks, shopping at the outlet malls, or just relaxing at the home by the fire pit or on the water. This home was a beautiful, clean, spacious and peaceful place to stay for our family get away. We were close enough to Austin to visit for the day but able to relax and enjoy a quieter and slower pace outside of the city. With a family of 5, including 3 teenagers, this home gave us more room to spread out and relax than 1 or 2 hotel rooms provide. Plus the backyard of this home is awesome! We enjoyed the paddle boat and paddle boards, as well as all of the wildlife that came to visit. It was also so nice to sit on the backporch in the mornings and experience nature! The owners responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend this home!

There were only two of us and the house can certainly accomodate more, but we thoroughly enjoyed this property. The master bedroom and the den looks out over the water and lots of wildlife to watch from ducks, herons, egrets, deer, lots of deer!!!! The master bedroom is a nice size, the master bath is quite large, with both a nice shower and a separate jetted tub. The fire pit is right by the water and was already stocked so all we had to do was light it. There are tons of nice walking/biking trails nearby as well. The only thing a would recommend is putting in a smart tv so quests have access to streaming, otherwise, the house is about perfect for a long weekend stay :D
