We loved our time at the lake! So peaceful to sit on patio for our morning coffee. Perfect location close to wedding venue. We had everything we needed and there were lots of grocery stores and restaurants close by. It’s a gated community and very secure. Car is needed for access. We did have a problem with the door lock, but communication with owner was very responsive and sorted out quickly. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.,

Geared to give you a fun and convenient lake/pool get-away experience. Rooms and beds were nice! Outside seating area with a view of the lake. Place was well-stocked. Need to update on-site instruction book, as some of the info. was a little different compared to instructions given online (eg what to do with linens, checkout time, etc). The front door jams when locking unless you pull on the door knob as it locks, so if you forget/don’t know, you chance leaving the place unlocked.

We were just looking for a place to stay near the wedding venue for my niece’s wedding, but we located this absolute gem! The property has it all! It was very comfortable for our family if 6. The kitchen was well equipped and there were at least two groceries near by. It has all the comforts of home with a beautiful lake view. We did not have time to enjoy the swimming pools, but we were able to spend some time on the lake with paddle boards. Paddle boards, fishing poles, beach towels were all provided. This would be a wonderful weekend destination all on its own. A true treasure of a find! (And less than 10 minutes from the wedding venue!)

Welcoming and pleasant place to stay. The home has everything a family needs to enjoy vacation. I could only recommend the homeowners replace a recliner and maybe upgrade the upstairs mattresses. The homeowners supply so much for families to use and enjoy during the stay and the location is terrific! Highly recommend and look forward to staying again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay!

Everything was as advertised and even better! The owner was quick to answer questions and interested in seeing us have a great time. We have used ABNB and other on line vacations services and this was the nicest facility and we had the best time of all of our experiences. Nice to see promises kept!

Seriously a little gem. Right on the water, quiet, well stocked, and so comfortable. Owner was very easy to communicate with any issues or questions, beds were comfortable, home is laid out so that even with 6-8 people you don't feel on top of each other. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

This family time was priceless and affordable. Loved all the extras with floaties, paddle boards, fishing poles (missed the worms in the fridge) Jenga and more. The space was great! We all had so much fun. The kitchen was stocked! The place was clean and awesome. Oh and lots of towels and life vests were great! Didn’t need to bring anything but us and our food. Only down fall need a king bed in the master. Other than that perfect stay here! Thank you Donna and Steve

Stayed for a family lake weekend! This condo has EVERYTHING you would want or need! Beds are super, outdoor games, paddle boards, tubes, gas pit, kitchen staples, pools, golf, boat slip, ladders to exit water, baby/doggy safety gate, and tons more! Christy is very easy to communicate with and really helpful! We will be back every summer for family fun time!

Loved Lake Conroe and the condo. Appreciated the extra touches, such as fishing poles, folding chairs and gear for sitting out by the lake.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Perfect location for a boat pick up. All the necessities in the kitchen provided. Definitely recommend.

Accommodations were just what we needed for the four of us. Enjoyed sitting on the patio for breakfast. Had fun on the paddle boards. Realized afterward that one had a missing plug but was easy to drain. Only concern was there were wet coffee grounds in the coffee pot and some of the dishes had some residue left on them, so we felt we had to clean any more before using. All-in-all, enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The condo was very spacious and clean. It had everything we could ask for and more. The location was great and being on the water gave it that magic touch. Fishing was also good. Christi was very helpful and made sure everything met our expectations. We will stay there again.

Very clean, modern lake house. Comfortably fit all 8 of us. There were great amenities & we loved the nearby pool. Definitely recommend!

Had the best time. The condo was more than we even expected. Spacious, clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The patio and green space was perfect for us and our dog!!! And Christi was very accommodating and prompt with her interaction with us!! 😊

Clean, tidy and well maintained condo on Lake Conroe. Decent amount of amenities and a large tv in the living room. Country club is right next door if you like to golf. Armed security at the front gate and routine patrols making sure miscreants stay out of the neighborhood. Lovely spot for a family vacation.

The home was cozy and comfortable for our needs. The view was great, the beds comfortable and the entire home was tastefully decorated. Parking in the two car spot was tight but apparently there is some guest parking that could be used.. Everything we could have needed was provided by the homeowners.

Wow - this was an excellent rental! The place offers very comfy beds and pillows and super soft towels. It is decorated very professionaly, yet offers all the comforts of home - such as extra blankets and pillows. We truly loved our short stay here and Christi was so easy to work with. She approved us for a late check-out and early check-in - which was so helpful as we were in town for our son's wedding and needed the extra time. The lakeview is so nice and very peaceful! Fun fast - the aquatic driving range is right outside with targets on the lake - so fun to watch the golfers. Book with confidence!

Quiet neighborhood, tight parking spots. Make sure you are clear on the boat docking rules. And know entry rules if bringing a boat/trailer. Property manager did find us a place to park the boat at night, great communication, quick response to questions & any concerns. Slept 6 adults & an infant comfortably. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at Christi's condo for 3 nights in early November. The condo was perfect for our 6 adults and 1 child group. Each couple had their own comfy bedroom and the 12 year old slept on the sofa bed. The kitchen has everything needed to cook including essential spices and a cute coffee bar. We didn't cook, but I put out a large charcuterie on our first night and found plenty of trays / cutting boards to use for display. There was even a mini crockpot for the queso dip. The fridge is large, but grab a bag of ice before arriving. Two coffeepots, great mugs and sweetners all ready to go each morning to get us moving. My husband participated in the Oilman Triathlon that Sunday and we stayed that night as well so he didn't have to drive home immediately. We enjoyed lounging that evening away. The location is excellent and quiet. The view is relaxing and the grass off the steps made is easy for tiny fur babies to do their thing.

The unit itself is up to date ( recent remodel) with 3 bd and 2 baths. The unit provides use of 2 paddle boards and is set up with the stuff needed for people with small children as well. The description is accurate and the pictures represent well. Minor complaint, we had good security in this neighborhood with a manned guard gate. But it was tough to invite guest over without prior approval through the owner. We could bring them on property with them in our car, but we could not get a guest in a separate car or an Uber ride on without walking to the controlled gate. Could this have been one gaurds interpretation of the community rules? Possibly, but that is what we were told. Overall a nice property, I would stay again and would recommend.

Our stay was great! The house was well stocked & had everything we needed. It was very clean & comfortable. The location on the water is great. Kids were in the water or fishing most of the time.
