Perfect location for my mom and I. Walking distance to the places we wanted to go. The trolley is also handy for transportation. It was very clean and easy to check in and out. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. This our second time staying at a Playa Lido property and our last place was just feet away from this one. We have thoroughly enjoyed both stays. The condo was small but we did not spend much time in it so that was OK. We didn't realize there was not an oven until we tried to cook some frozen pizzas we bought oops! That was totally our over sight but something to keep in mind. Comfortable beds and onsite laundry to keep sandy cloths out of our suitcases. The location is great just minutes walk from St. Armands for dining and shopping and even shorter walk to the beach. We loved opening the huge patio doors during storms and enjoying the view and breeze from the couch with our kiddos. Short drive to great attractions like aquarium, zoo, circus museum and much more. This will continue to be a destination we return to year after year! Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay and had everything available we needed for that time period. Location is excellent and parking was easy. So much nearby to enjoy for a laidback vacation. Only suggestions would be to fix shower, so it does not leak onto floor under door, update to fresh towels, and there were only 3 spoons. None of these things are a big deal, but just some suggestions. Would have no hesitation booking this place again.

Great condo location! An easy 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and 15 minute walk to busy Armand Circle full of shopping and restaurants. We felt safe amidst the busy area. Comfortable mattress. These are reasons to return. Kitchen sink was very small. Bathroom towels and closet hangers could use updating. Our host did respond quickly to our text regarding the non-working lock on large sliding patio door. With just a few simple tweaks, this place has great potential to be an overall WOW rental!

5/5 only 2 min walk to the beach. I will recommend to friends and family

In a great location. .7 miles from the Circle Very easy beach access. The only thing I would say was there wasn’t enough towels. But we had a great time

Enjoyed our stay, wish there was info sheet there regarding transportation, trolley, laundry, outdoor shower etc. also staying a week we needed more hand towels in the bath and kitchen towels, salt& pepper, spray cooking oil small things we had no access to flying in with out a car. Directions as to where we could purchase Kleenex & soap etc would be great info to add to a direction- welcome sheet . You have a great location & nice place. Thank you for including each chairs & toaster. Loved the sheets, bedding & shower - thanks so much.

Excellent location

While we generally liked the unit however it needs a little extra care. The toilet was not fastened to the floor properly and wobbled with each use, the shower leaked excessively onto the bathroom floor with each use, the bathroom sink was awkward when using ( to high and the faucet was placed in an unusual position on the right side making it hard to use for right handed people), small insects were seen several times coming out of the outlet behind the bed and the outlet in the kitchen to the right of the kitchen sink, there was no way to lock the entry door from the inside the dead bolt was non-functional, the shade that covered the balcony doors was difficult to operate because it was to big for the space and kept binding against the wall when lowering and raising, and the pin kept falling out of the handle resulting in the handle coming off. The bed was on rollers and made loud noises every time you moved while sleeping, it sounded like the box spring and mattress materials when rubbed against each other produced the sounds, it was so troublesome we slept on the couch in the living room. The location was ideal only 5 minute walk to the beach, 20 minutes to the circle and all it has to offer, the kitchen was furnished well with everything needed for preparing your own meals. None of our comments will stop us from coming back we only mention them to improve the stays of others coming behind us.

We had flight issues getting to Sarasota so it was wonderful to arrive to the unit and it was as described and more. Nice and cool, clean and nicely decorated. Unit had everything we needed. Owner even text me a few days before to let us know about Red Tide (Nothing they could do about it but appreciated the update so we could make plans if we couldn't go to the beach) . Great location and owner easy to work with. This is the place to stay on Lido Key!!

If you love Siesta Key but you're looking for something just a tiny bit quieter.... This is your place! When I rented I was not even aware of the fact that there is this excellent little outdoor covered kitchen area with a grill. It was excellent to return back and have a beverage after the beach. A few slight tweaks would be if the kitchen was a little better stocked with dishes and the towels were a little fluffier. The hosts were easy peasy though!

My husband and I stayed here 5/23/21-5/29/21. It was just perfect for us. It was clean, very close to the beach (a 2-3 minute walk) and close to St. Armands Circle. We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to come back again next year.

Great location near Lido Key without all the hustle and bustle of a resort. Literally minutes walking distance to the beach. Nice, quiet property. Only a couple of oddities that can't easily be fixed. Kitchen sink is no bigger than a bar sink making doing the dishes a bit of a pain & the bed was very noisy when getting up to use the bathroom. Having said that, I'd still stay there again, as it was very clean & nicely appointed!

Great location, convenient, clean

This is the 2nd time I have rented this unit. The location is truly perfect! Walk across the street for beach access. Condo is clean, comfortable and has all you really need for your stay. Daily walks in surrounding neighborhoods are just beautiful. Only complaint I had is the the house next door has back stairs with a porch light that must be on a timer. The light is wayyy too bright and lights up this bedroom all night long! I slept pretty poorly each night and wished I had addressed sooner. I did send a follow-up text after I checked out to inquire and see what could be done for next time. No response to my inquiry.

My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary weekend here. It was charming, cozy and nicely located half a block from the beach. It had everything we needed and is an easy walk to St Arman Circle. We'll be back.

The small condo was accurately advertised, and was suitable for our short stay. There was one problem with the sliding door not locking, which made us a little nervous at bed time. Since we were there for only one night, though, the owner didn't have time to have it fixed before we checked out. The owner, whom we met in person, was very nice.

Location was wonderful! We enjoyed our coffee on the porch, days at the beach, and walks to dinner. Would certainly stay here again.

This condo has a great location less than one block from the beach, easy parking and just a short distance from St. Armands square. Would definitely say this condo is best for two people max as the pull out couch takes up much of the main room. Plan meals accordingly as the kitchen doesn’t have an oven or dishwasher and the sink is small and not easy to do dishes. Overall, the location makes it well worth it for a short stay/just 1-2 people!

The location of this condo was wonderful. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and also to St. Armands.

We were in town to see our grandparents and wanted to stay on the beach. You’re 1 block (3 minute walk) from the ocean and a 10 minute drive from downtown with great cocktail spots. We walked to cilantro grill for breakfast which we highly recommended. The bed is a little tight for two adults but we only stayed one night and everything else was perfect. Definitely will be back
