My family and I had a great time. Joe was a fantastic host, the location was great, and the house was spacious and well stocked. Plenty of beach items for us to enjoy, and the kids had a blast with the toys. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay, great location, unobstructed view of the ocean! The owner met us at the house. The only little thing was the beach chairs & umbrellas weren’t quite as expected. If we have the need for a large house in the future in Pensacola we would stay here again!

We used to live in Pensacola so we know the area and homes pretty well. The location of this home, the view, the built in downstairs, everything... it's amazing. It's the little things about this home, first the welcome from the host. Secondly, the views of the Emerald Cost (Gulf Coast). The downstairs built in area had everything that our entire family loved, from the $40 bar (he will tell you the story), the corn hole, darts, swing, bikes, surfboard, chairs, I could go on and on... they even had a sand flea basket, and as fishermen, we loved that. One of the comments the wife made was how much water pressure it had. It's perfect after a long day in the salt water and sand! The main house was beautiful, comfortable beds, well laid out and the observatory deck! Amazing Everything was perfect!

We loved everything about this place! The ease to get to the beach was at the top of the list and it is a great beach. If you walk down the beach a couple more minutes there is a bit more flat space perfect for spikeball or wiffle ball etc. They provided all the things needed to make the beach fun for hours. The spacious living area, outdoor and game area, comfortable beds, etc. made it a definitely would stay here again place. Thank you, Joe!

Location was great, right across with street from beach and next to the public beach access. Area was quiet and uncrowded, but near all the Pensacola Beach restaurants. Description of house was accurate and was great for our party of 10. Only downsides was the host only provided one roll of TP per restroom, the beds were a little rough, pillows were thin and uncomfortable. One of the bathrooms appeared to either have chipped paint or mold growing on the ceiling. Host also meets you in person at the rental to handover key and show you around.

The house was awesome the location is fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was one of the best vacations we have had in a very long time. Joe was fantastic and we really appreciate he and Christina sharing their house with us.

This was our 12th year coming to Pensacola Beach. We love it here and we found our new favorite home away from home! Already booked for next year! The views and location won’t disappoint and Joe was an amazing host. We enjoyed meeting him and hearing his history of living in Pensacola!

This was a phenomenal property with beautiful views of the ocean that had literally everything we needed. From beach chairs and towels, paddle board, sand toys, umbrellas and canopy for the beach to a FULLY stocked kitchen with every utensil or dish imaginable, you will be all set! The owner was very kind and helpful and extremely responsive. We had an amazing stay and hope to come back soon!

He even made sure we had his personal number in case we needed anything. The home was beautiful, the pics in the listing really don’t do it justice. It was very comfortable and extremely well maintained. The beach is a very short walk and is gorgeous, as well. The views of the ocean are amazing! We will definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone heading to Pensacola 👙⛱️

Great location. Easy walk across non-busy street to beautiful white sand beach. Saw Dolphins from the porch. We loved sitting out on the front porch overlooking the gulf in the evenings. Nicely stocked kitchen. Could walk down to restaurants. Great place to stay.

Would definitely stay here again great views and very nice accommodations. Joe was very communicative and made check in and check out easy.

It is a great property for a family beach vacation. Joe gave us great ideas of what to do and where to shop. We lacked some paper products because Joe did not have a chance to check the property before we checked in; however, he supplied us right away when we called him.

Loved the location across the street from the beach. The home was well appointed with lots of deck space to enjoy the view. Joe was attentive and helpful.

I gave "Accuracy of Online Listing" 4 stars because what we discovered in Joe and Christina's house was so much more. The place was spacious and comfortable. Little things like water pressure and strong wifi added up to make our family's week one of the most enjoyable yet. But what truly sets this house off are the many balconies and comfortable deck furniture. A cold snap came through during our stay, but we still got all the sun we wished for. Beach access is directly across the street, and the Gulf views are unparalleled. Joe was an excellent host. His tour of the house and its' plentiful amenities had us feeling right at home from the start. He was a treasure trove of local knowledge, even for Pensacola regulars like us. It's the mark of a great vacation when my family were all suggesting we call Joe to extend our stay. Now we're all comparing schedules to book this house again.

It was as pictured and marketed. Joe, the owner, is a wonderful man and took time out to answer my daughter's questions as well. =) The walk across the street to enjoy sunrise EVERY morning was breathtaking. Had to feel the sand on our feet, but we then returned to have coffee and hot chocolate on the top level for a spectacular view. There is plenty of outdoor space for 2 families to spread out. We also enjoyed the sunsets on the beach or from the corner of the house. The sunsets were just as spectacular and the sun went down in between the row of houses. Not many places have a sunrise and sunset view. The kitchen is stocked with necessary plates, bowls, glassware, cooking wear, utensils, etc. We had 4 adults, 2 teenager's and 2 elementary school kids. The bunkbed has a trundle... So that was moved to the side bedroom (plenty of room) and the two teenager's slept in the same room. The master bedroom, closet, and bathroom are huge so it's easy to share space. It was great having a fridge on the ground floor and garage doors so we could easily repack all of our stuff for another day at the beach! We love Pensacola, and typically we stay in a condo or hotel right in the heart of it and walk to everything BUT the house isn't that far. Plus there is a park blocks away that the kids had fun on and we all got some exercise in the mornings. It was still very convenient to drive to dinner or into town to shop or site see (which you would drive for anyway). There are plenty of activities for the family we love the following: Gulf Breeze Zoo (the budgie encounter is the best), Laguna's Adventure Park ropes and zipline course as you come on to the island, the Pier, UFO's mini golf at night. We also found a great seafood market in Navarre (got seafood steamed for dinner that night at the house), we drove down one morning to see the beaches on the National Seashore and had lunch in Navarre Beach. The white beaches of Pensacola are beautiful. With that said the sand is soft. A sand wagon is best and the beach is not flat. It's not a beach to ride bikes on, but the streets and park were PERFECT for that. The kids love all the things they see.... Sea turtles, dolphins, sharks, jelly fish (the storm I think brought them to shore), crabs, the Blue Angels, Pelicans... They had fun on the surf board that is at the house! In final it's a relaxing vacation!!! Just enough to do, but mainly RELAX and enjoy family time together!

We rented this property to help make our small intimate destination wedding come to life. We were blessed with the best renter, Joe was wonderful, the property was beautiful cleaned and set up for us. Joe went above and beyond on his communication and friendly demeanor. We had a wonderful time and look forward to renting this property again as to always have a piece of our marriage in our hearts. This accommodates comfortably 7 adults, 2 children (7 & 12) along with our 18 month old son. The down stairs bar area was well set up for our caterer and the bar was a lovely touch! The owner was very informative & helpful- our family all came down & our grandkids. The house even had a high chair & playpen. A lot of beach toys, coolers, surf boards, chairs, tents, towels, bikes, etc. we didn’t have to pack all that for the drive. Corner lot w/ easy access & view to the beach. Not over crowded bc it’s located in the residential area. We liked that better bc the condos & hotel beaches get very crowded & wild some times. Gets porch with swings to enjoy family time & relaxing. The house was very roomy w/ plenty of room for the grandkids to play & to have family dinners inside & outside on back patio w/ large patio table. Plenty of driveway space for everyone & two parking spots in garage. We also enjoyed the recreation area on lower level when it rained. Perfect set up! We loved it all! The owner even dropped off a gift (local coffee) when we met him! The neighborhood was quiet and safe which was very important to us. Would definitely recommend to all our friends & family.

Myself and my wife and family stayed at this beach house for our 10 year wedding anniversary. This house was everything we asked for and more. My brother and wife could not believe how beautiful the house was and how it was so close to the beach. We had a family of 5 but the house can easily host 10 people since it had plenty of room. It was hands down the best vacation home we have rented so far. Joe is a excellent host, we will definitely try to come back in the future.

This rental property was just as described. The owners were fantastic. The communication was phenomenal. The property was so accommodating to our group of 6 to 8 adults. The amount of space for entertaining was great. The house has absolutely everything you need. The welcome gift was delicious 😋. I could say 100 other amazing things about this property and the owner's.. 0 negative things.

A great family vacation at Pensacola Beach. We have vacationed along 30-A for several years but this year we decided to stick closer to home, it was a great decision. Villa Segunda was the house we chose!! It is spacious, well equipped, clean, great outdoor spaces with wonderful water views, easy access to the beach. Not much more you could ask for! We had a wonderful week with family and friends celebrating very special birthdays. Happy Hours was a perfect home for our multigeneration family. Room for everyone to spread out and come together comfortably. The crows nest was a favorite spot to watch the sunset and stargaze. The Tiki Bar was a fun hangout to come and go from the beach. Joe is a perfect host, communicative, friendly and responsive. The home had multiple bikes, chairs, beach toys to use and the beach access is directly in front of the home. The neighborhood was safe and friendly and we saw the sheriff making regular rounds. The Blue Angels flew by on their way back into town right over us on the beach! You can book a dolphin cruise on Wednesdays and see the Blue Angels do their practice routine, but be sure to book well in advance as they book quickly. Lots of live music at the local venues and great seafood everywhere. Best Family Beach Trip Ever!
