Our family stay was superb, the location is close to so many exciting attractions. We were in the area for a wedding and the house did away with any stress. The kids were well taken care of and safe. The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with, i would recommend this property highly.

My wife and I rented this house for two reasons: it was close to Providence where my son and granddaughter live, and it was on the water. The photos of the house and views looked terrific but as experienced vacation home renters we knew that you never know until you get there. From the moment we walked through the door, everything exceeded our expectations . The house has a large living room with cozy, comfortable couches and chairs. The kitchen is spacious, wonderfully designed and has all the gizmos to make a cook happy, The dining room is an enclosed porch room with large windows looking out over a small beach and and estuary that leads into the Providence river. It faces west into terrific sunsets, The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. Everything is new and modern. Yet it has an easy, lived in feel. Riverside is a sweet, quiet little town. Even though it’s 15 minutes from Providence it has very little traffic. Supermarkets and convenience stores are minutes away and there’s a terrific farm stand 20 minutes away. It’s close to Barrington, Warren and Bristol all with wonderful small beaches and great seafood. Jen is the best host I’ve come across. She makes sure the house is in perfect shape, gets back to you immediately when you have questions or concerns and has put together a terrific house handbook. I can go on but you get the idea. Needless to say, we’ll be back

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The house was immaculate and well stocked. We appreciated the comfortable beds, comfortable seating for tv watching, and the breathtaking views from almost every room. There is a bike path nearby for walking or riding and walks at sunset on the beach we’re a high light. Jennifer went out of her way to accommodate our needs and was lovely to deal with.

Our family enjoyed a week full of relaxation, family bonding, walks on the sand, fishing and playing in the backyard. The home was spacious enough for the 6 of us. Will keep this beautiful location in mind for the future :)

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The water views from the kitchen and dining space were so beautiful. The beach access was super close and easily accessible. My young children loved playing in the low tide river. There was endless amounts of things to collect and find on the beach. The only negative of the beach would be the amount it broken glass. We spent a lot of time walking and picking up anything that looked remotely sharp. The trampoline and surf swing were a huge hit with the kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Jen’s property! The house is beautiful, very clean, and has INCREDIBLE views! My children LOVED the playroom and we loved the beach and neighborhood. I would highly recommend the property, Jen was also very responsive and helpful. Be sure to pack beach shoes!

Beautiful home with a GORGEOUS view!!!!! From all the bedrooms, the dining room and the kitchen! And actually even from the living room through to the dining room!!! Sunsets were amazing! Was very clean and extremely spacious. And really equipped with anything that you could need. Which is so gracious of the owners. Quiet. Lots of different birds in the backyard. And bunnies! Easy walk down the path to walk to the beach at low tide. Private back yard. Jen was very nice! Definitely recommend!
