Very responsive host and clean property

We had an amazing stay in the mountains. This house was amazing and more than enough room for all of us! You definitely want to book this home while you’re in Tennessee! We will definitely book again! The location is close to everything & I do mean everything!

Stayed with my four adult children, their spouses, and four grandchildren at the cabin. The cabins were closer than I thought from the pictures, but the view from the back porch was beautiful. The place was very clean, perfect for families, and very rustic. I did not need to communicate with the property manager because there were no problems during the stay. Saw black bears during our stay. Quiet, secluded area with a clean community swimming pool. Would highly recommend it to any family who would like to "get away from it all" but still be close to great activities.

Nice house and good location

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was nice to be close to parkway where you can do whatever you wanted to do.

This place was great and pretty clean. We had an issue with a cute little raccoon family taking over the hot tub but that’s just Mother Nature. Nothing that Kim could’ve prevented. When we contacted her she reached out to a hot tub service company and animal control right away. We were able to use that hot tub a day later.

The location was perfect for our family of 11.

Lovely cabin and just right for our family

This was a great cabin. The family walked in and said "wow - it's huge!" It is very spacious and accommodating to a large group, offering space to gather together as well as privacy for each person/couple. It is well furnished and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The view was great, albeit a bit obscured by some trees directly in front of the balcony that are in need of pruning. The deck could use a little tlc but we used it a lot and enjoyed the peacefulness and view. Despite the location being close to other cabins, it was quiet for most of the time we were there. We really enjoyed this cabin and would definitely recommend. We would stay there again in the future.

We loved our stay at this magical cabin. Such a beautiful location with amazing views of the smoky mountains. Proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was perfect. The cabin was exactly what we expected. Definitely will be coming back. Such a wonderful trip.

The cabin worked well for our group. Close to trails and Dollywood. View was nice. Beds were comfortable. Some standard wear and tear for a rental but nothing terrible.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your cabin. There was plenty of room and everyone was pleased with their accommodations. We loved how close it was to the Parkway, shopping and entertainment.

We love to vacation in the mountains and do so almost every year. This cabin was very clean, and had a Christmas tree up with some other small decorations, which was perfect for our Christmas with the kids! There were some minor issues that were immediately fixed by Mrs. Kim. She responded very fast and was very quick to have someone show up the next day to get everything in order. This was an exceptional stay and we enjoyed our time very much! The cabin is gorgeous and so is the view. Definitely worth the money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Cabin was clean and spacious. My kids really enjoyed the pool table and arcade machine. More then enough sleeping space. Views were beautiful and hot tub was hot. Kim was easily reachable and is willing to handle any problem that arises. Would definitely recommend this cabin!

This house was perfect size to fit our large family lots of space and location was close to everything we wanted to do. Quiet location beautiful. Only issue was the dishwasher did not work right and the hot tub was not working right. It heated for a short time and the jets to work. Look forward to hopefully rent it next summer again.

The cabin was great...the view was so beautiful. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the lightning bugs!! Great location!!! Close to everything, but still far enough away to enjoy the quietness of the surrounding woods. Will be back!!

Great location and view. Level parking. Kitchen needed more items for cooking. Owner approved us getting a few items.

This cabin was a perfect spot for us! Slept 9 perfectly, everyone had their own space and everyone had a blast! Thank you Kim for everything!!

Couldn’t beat the location and view of this home! It is in a community but it was very quiet. We had a few issues with the plumbing but Kim responded promptly and was very sweet. The only negative we had was the cleanliness of the home. The counters and floors were not cleaned at all. Some in our party had major allergy issues from the large amounts of dust in the home. It’s a beautiful home but it is also apparent that it’s a rental property where a lot of things aren’t in top shape or working properly. We still had an amazing time and it was breathtaking waking up every morning.

While in Tennessee for a wedding we stayed in this wonderful cabin. Nice quiet neighborhood but yet still close to town in Pigeon Forge. Owner was very easy to contact and helpful when we had issues getting in the cabin because we had the wrong code. We would definitely stay there again.

Pros the location to town is awesome and we did not have a problem being close to other cabins like other reviews. Fully equipped with everything we needed and a variety of games galore . Kim was very helpful and answers questions rather quickly. Cons [1] the hot tub didn't work for 2 nights out of 3 which was disappointing since we had damp rainy weather so looked forward to that amenity [2] the main floor bathroom that my elderly parents stayed in did NOT have hot water because the knob was broke for our entire stay; they had to wipe out of sink since they could not go up or downstairs to the other baths [3] lastly there were to many to count on just how many dead lightbulbs throughout the cabin there was; but especially in the master bath we only had1 next to shower so we took dark showers. All in all for this trip I'd have to give it a 3 because the issues we did have were major at least to us.

We enjoyed our stay. I wasn't aware of how close the other cabins were when I originally booked but found out after reading other reviews but it wasn't a problem. Overall the cabin was clean and we even got some visits from some guests on the front porch.

Over all it was just okay. Clean, but old. Kitchen was well stocked. Synthetic poly fill pillows, not a big fan of flat cheap pillows. I’m not a fan of waterproof mattress pads on beds. Mattresses are not deluxe. None of the TV’s worked. No WiFi. There was supposed to be WiFi, but could never get it to connect. The view was spectacular. Lots of room to accommodate a lot of people.

Overall the cabin was great. But the pictures misrepresent it quiet a bit. They don't show that there are cabins on both sides within about 20 feet. The view is nice but NOT what Is in the pictures. Trees need trimming! The huge windows with the great views are in desperate need of cleaning. Also, beware of spiders bigger than gold balls. That was NOT fun to kill! But the inside was clean and comfortable and overall a nice place.

Kim was super to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. The cabin was clean and was exactly how it was described on the website. The mountain views was awesome. Overall the experience was good, only a few minor issues but nothing that cant be adjusted to (winding curvy mountain roads to be expected, oven was a little tricky at first but we figured it out lol) if you are looking for a get away for the family or even a couples get away then this is right for you.

This cabin had an awesome view! There was plenty of room for our family. We loved the pool table and swimming pool. It was a great family vacation!
