We loved our stay here! It had everything you’d want and more. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beach things,amazing pool and privacy! We had our check in info well in advance and our stay was everything we needed.

It was a very good experience, everything was perfect, the toilets were dirty at the bottom but I still give them the 5 stars.

Great place , loved it , clean close to everything,, got there early and called and they let us in early,, we will rent again on October.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. I’ve been coming to Anna Maria/Holmes Beach for years and this property was perfect for myself, my partner and my dog. We stayed for the week and enjoyed the private pool. This property is located on a corner lot so it was very quiet although i don’t believe anyone was staying at the property adjacent which may have helped. When we arrived the property lived up to the pictures and the pool was bigger than i thought! The king size bed in the main room wasn’t too comfortable they need some sort of mattress pad and was a little stiff but the bathroom and shower were very nice. There wasn’t a dresser for shorts/pants in the main room just a closet for hanging clothes to which we had to use the guest rooms dresser. All in all the property had an on-site washer and dryer which was great and had a lot of kitchen equipment with a really nice dishwasher. We will be booking this property for all our future stays.

We are in between houses. We are settling in to Sarasota from NH. We’ve stayed at plenty of houses in the past. I have to say Salt Water East exceeded my expectations. The pictures online don’t do it justice. Even through the rainy days we were there it was so comfortable and homey. The owners didn’t leave out any thoughtful amenities. I’m so glad we found this gem. We would definitely come again and also recommend to anyone. It’s very private.

Perfect size house for our family of four. Wonderful location, close to everything via golf cart. We used the pool everyday that we were there. Great ambiance, very secluded because of the palm trees and beautiful landscaping surrounding it. We will definitely stay here again if in Anna Maria.

Cozy and tidy two bedroom beach house. Very well maintained in a great location. The pool is awesome. The only issue we had was the master bedroom’s bathroom sliding door that was very hard to shut close and kept sliding back open. Other than that, no complaints.

The property itself was amazing. Although located on a busy street, it is very secluded and quiet. Beautiful trees & flowers throughout the property.

Property was smaller than anticipated but got the job done for a family of four. Washer and dryer being outside wasn't ideal and check in instructions weren't accurate. The pool was great All! All things considered, we enjoyed our time in AMI and will continue to return and check out additional rental properties.

There were no bikes, the beach cart is a rusted playschool plastic wagon that did not roll well on sand, the chairs were wore down and a few broken. I would recommend you bring your own gear. It is a bit of a walk to the beach access. I HIGHLY recommend you rent a golf cart if you have small children. We had a bit of an issue but the management company was quick to resolve it. They stated they would send someone out to fix. No one ever came out to repair it during my stay. All in all a nice place to stay in Holmes Beach.

We had a great month in Florida exploring potential retirement areas but this was not one of the properties we could recommend.

We were staying for the month in another home, but we did not wat to leave. We didn’t need a big house, but wanted everything our previous home offered. This had everything plus. Huge pool & patio. Easy walk to the beach. All the beach equipment we needed. Loved it! Claire our host was a big help with everything.

Our stay was quiet and relaxing , close to the beach and food.The pool was nice .

Our stay was just lovely! The home was perfect for us and the outdoor areas were private and beautiful. With a pool all to ourselves and options of various nearby secluded beaches, we were able to relax in a safe environment. We easily found grocery store pickup and restaurant carry out. Thank you for a relaxing and much needed respite!
