I’ve stayed at a lot of places hands down most comfortable beds we have slept on and the cabin was very nice!!

Bella is exactly as billed - beautiful views, well-appointed, and the hosts and very easy to communicate with. It's a wonderful mountain getaway.

We had 3 adults and two kids stay and it was very roomy and comfortable. Cabin is nestled in the mountains and the views are 👌 it had everything we needed in the kitchen for a comfortable stay. We all loved the games in the basement and the movie theater at night. Location is right across from the national park for hiking and a 15 min drive into all of the touristy places in gatlinberg. We would love to stay again.

Property was beautiful! Fantastic views from all the decks. Peaceful area. Theatre room and pool table were great for the kids and adults. Hosts were so helpful in sending a great list of all there is to do in the area. Grocery delivery was seemless thanks to the hosts. Would definitely stay again.

Our family of 5 loved our stay at Bella Vista. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee and wine every day on the top patio across the cross walk. In the evenings watching the Dollywood fireworks. The whole family enjoyed the game and theater room on our down times.

Home was clean, had a great and view. It was well stocked with everything you need and more! Owners were very helpful with questions we had.

This cabin is an outstanding home base for any family adventure to the Smoky Mountains. The home is equipped with every entertainment option imaginable and offers an absolutely amazing view from the deck - appropriately named Bella Vista! Couldn’t recommend this place enough if you are looking for a cozy home for your family adventure!

This house is amazing and has gorgeous views. Loved all the decks that you can go out on and look out. We loved everything about this house except for the steep roads but we knew going into it. 😂 they have everything at the house that you could ever need or want. It was very clean. Would recommend it to anyone.

Very nice amenities and extras. You feel welcomed and at the end of our stay we wanted it to never end. The views were fantastic. The 2 children had a good time. Lots to do outdoors at the National parks with hiking and looking for bears. Good location. The mountain car rides were very fun with the altitude changes and winding roads.

This cabin was everything we expected and more! Our family loved visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge during the day and coming back and spending evenings at the cabin. Great location, spacious and so much to enjoy in the evenings from relaxing on the balcony, to the home theater, to the game room, and of course enjoying the hot tub. Many thanks!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. The downstairs game and movie space was awesome for night fun. It was clean and easy to check in/ out. The road up is very tight, as are all mountain roads.

Our family had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the cabin. It was just as advertised and actually better than the pictures. Not only was the inside beautiful but also the mountain views. Enjoyed the huge game room and theater room. Will definitely return in the future!

The cabin is absolutely perfect!! So much there to keep everyone happy of all ages!! It worked perfect for us (Me, Son, wife & 3yr old grandson, my other son & his girl friend) mainly because we each had our own floor to sleep!! We had privacy if we wanted & plenty of room to be together when we wanted to be! The description in this listing proved to be perfect!! The road to the cabin is very narrow & no guard rails (only in a few spots) which would be concerning if it snowed. I knew this when I booked so I was not surprised. If we had gotten snow though & could not have made it down the mountain, we would have all been content to stay at the Cabin!! Plenty to do🥰!! I would definitely book again!!! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This location is wonderful. Everything was as expected based on the information from the listing. It has a very private feel even though you are just a few minutes from all the activities. We used the kitchen which was well stocked with all the pots and pans we needed and the kids loved the theatre room.

We loved the short time we spent at this cabin. We had plenty of space, the kids loved watching movies in the theater room and playing foosball. The views from the decks are also amazing. Only downside was we happened to get snow the first day and due to the steep roads we were unable to make it up for one of the two nights we booked. I would definitely recommend this house and we plan to go back again.

Our stay at Bella Vista was amazing!! Everything was perfect and Lodge was stocked with everything you could need from kitchen supplies, games, movies and so much space. Perfect place for family vacation. We are already making our plans for next year to stay at Bella Vista Lodge. We have stayed many places in the Smokey Mountains but this is definitely top notch above the others. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had before arrival and during our stay. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to an amazing stay at the Bella Vista Lodge.

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at Bella Vista and it was perfect. The view overlooking Pigeon Forge is awesome. King bedrooms on three levels gave everyone their privacy, while the theater and game room were great for hanging out. The cabin was perfectly cleaned and the wonderful kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. The location gives you privacy with easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon and Sevierville. We will be back

House was perfect and listing description and pictures were very accurate. The floor plan was perfect for 4 couples. We've been going to Gatlinburg for many years and this home has the best view of any rental we've been to. The view overlooks the strip of Pigeon Forge and is truly amazing, especially at night. We will choose this home again.

It is a great cabin with cool upper walkway and patio. There was plenty of entertainment with the theater room and games. We had an enjoyable time.

We had a fantastic trip and Jamie was an amazing host. The cabin is exactly as described, and it is absolutely luxurious and just about everything that could be thought of or provided was. The only thing that surprised me at all was that there weren't extra towels for the hot tub, but there's a washer/dryer, so we were totally fine. Jamie was incredibly responsive when we had questions and was very helpful. We got together with three other couples who we've been friends with since high school/college, and everyone had an amazing time. All of the beds were super comfortable with awesome memory foam toppers. The hot tub was wonderful, and you can't beat the view with the different decks. The only downside at all is that it is a little far from town and the drive up is a bit steep in places. The distance wouldn't have bothered me at all except that we ended up going at the height of leaf season. We hadn't actually planned that - it was just when we could all get together - and we were not prepared for the absolutely insane amount of traffic and tourists in Gatlinburg. It was so bad that we ended up sitting in traffic for 30-45 minutes plus each way just trying to go take a hike. Were we more familiar with the area, I think we would have tried to come at a less popular time. Between the high volume of other visitors and the way the roads are set up, it took us ~45 minutes to take the left off the highway (coming from Pigeon Forge area) to get back to the cabin one night. None of this is Jamie's fault, but just pointing out that traffic in the Gatlinburg area is an absolute nightmare in peak fall season, so be prepared for that if you've never been before! Knowing what we know now, I think we would have just bought food in advance and just planned to stay at the cabin rather than trying to fight the traffic. Usually when we travel with VRBOs, we don't spend much time in the rental because we're more interested in touring around the destination, but with this cabin, it really was a situation where we wished we had more time and hated to leave it. Long story short - you can't control what else is going on in Gatlinburg or the traffic, but you will absolutely love your stay here!

We stayed for 4 days and went to Dollywood. The road up to the cabin certainly provides that up in the mountains feel and the views don’t disappoint. You can see beautiful mountains and the city(but not be too close). Good location for going to gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The house was very clean and well maintained. All of your questions are answered with ample instructions around the house for how to use the theater room and hot tub. We were lucky to have amazing weather during our trip, so we didn’t even get to really use all the space and amenities at the house. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a cabin in the mountains, away from the hustle and bustle of town.

The house is way more gorgeous than the pictures portray and the view was just amazing!! We loved that the property was right in the middle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

If you're looking for a fantastic cabin to stay and look no further. My wife are three children and I had a fantastic stay at Bella Vista. The property listing was accurate. Communication with the owners was spot on. The cabinet itself is immaculate. Plenty of room for all of us. We particularly enjoyed the lower floor game area, inclusive foosball pool table and movie lounge. Amazing views from the decks. Watching fireworks go off and pigeon forge from a hot tub and from the upper level. Very impressive amenities. I loved the kitchen. The kids say they would love to come back!

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. At night, you could watch the Pigeon Forge fireworks. We enjoyed preparing several meals in the large, well equipped kitchen.

Great stay all the way around. Awesome location, amazing cabin that was not only clean, but VERY well put together, and looks out over the Pigeon Forge strip and Dollywood for insane sunsets and fireworks shows. Theres not much more you could ask for with this one. We will definitely be back. Owner communication was also excellent with no hiccups or issues. Can’t rate this one high enough.
