Dear Sir/Madam, I have to contact you regarding the refund for Lovle Apartment (Menton). Check in was on 28.09 and the owner sent us the wrong code to enter the apartment (proof attached) Since the code was wrong, we decided to get in touch with the owner who did not respond to calls and messages (proof attached) After one hour another document arrived with the correct code for the key. The reservation included free parking (proof attached), but there was no such parking. We contacted the owner again, but we didn't get an answer! In stress after a long journey where we don't know the city, we find the Tourist Information Center, which directs us to the nearest public garage, which is 1300m from the apartment. After 6 days I go to the public garage and we pay about 85e (once we left the garage to check the price) Receipts and proof attached. An extremely bad experience followed by stress and the disinterest of the apartment owner forces me to ask for a refund as soon as possible. The apartment is quite small, but beautiful. Better for an one person or 2 young people. Near the beach, just 6 min by walk. Quiet.

The sofa bed is not very comfortable, because is slightly tilted. The table, I think, is too big for this apartment.

Easy to get there from the train station.

Dishes were not clean. No dim lighting, only intense bright lights. A bit far from the centre.
