The owner was very helpful, helped us book places to eat, shuttle available to take us into town for shopping. Some of the staff were not as helpful & we felt like we couldn’t ask them for assistance

A well located, modern and clean property with an excellent support team providing an outstanding experience.

The location is 10min by walk to the nearest ski lift and is easily walkable with kids (also the Evergreen ski school meet-up is at the same point). The hotel provides shuttle to restaurants for dinner and a daily shuttle back and forth to supermarket. There is a new service launching for free taxi service in Hakuba that works really well (nearest stop is Minomoki hotel, 2 min away). The apartment is well furnished, including kitchen stuff and laundry detergent (always useful). The staff also helped us book ski rental, ski school and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

Modern, spotless accommodation with well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and quality furnishings. Located just a short walk to ski lifts, restaurants and hot springs, but very quiet, with some great walking trails right from the front door.

It was perfect for a family. The beds were comfortable and the 2 bedrooms were just big enough. The kitchen had lots of counter space and all the cooking utensils that you need, including a coffee maker, toaster and teapot. We loved the combo washer and dryer. The tv was huge and was a smart tv so you could login to your Netflix account, etc.

The stairs leading to the ski storage area were quite icy and slippery. The quickest walking path to the lift was a little difficult to walk through in ski boots and with kids as it was narrow, a bit slippery and you had to move small tree branches out of the way.

The place is new and clean. We enjoyed al the new appliances and nice beds. The TV in the room is huge and at first we were a bit puzzled as to why you'd need such a big tv in a small living room, but later we realized: after skiing all day, the only thing you can do is watch a good movie! That tv was exceptional for watching Our Planet show in Netflix. The staff is very helpful, the owner helped us a lot with tickets, travel plans and other general support. We enjoyed heated floors and a big, new shower area. Great stay!

Everything was brand-new, and the heated floors keep every thing nice and toasty. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a nice little view out back into the courtyard. The quality of the bedding and stuff was hotel-quality good.

The only complaint we would make is that the upstairs tenants were loud walkers (kids) and that the sound insulation could be a bit better. Still, it was very nice, and we’d stay there again.

This was one of the best appartement experiences we had in Japan so far. The appartement is perfect and features everything you need. Enjoy the soft smell of Hinoki and relax during a bath or glass of wine. The hotels next door have great onsens or restaurants. You can reach Sakko lifts by feed if you have too. Enjoy this great place, you can't be disappointed.
